시설은 조금 낡았지만 저렴하고 남산타워가 가까움

6인실 사용했는데 일단 넓습니다.공용주방엔 라면과 계란과 빵, 쥬스 등이나옵니다.사장님도 친절하신것같아요단, 화장실에 비누는 없습니다.

Personally I liked it a lot. Its not fancy, but it has everything you need. The location is awesome. I had so much fun in the neighborhood. Bit of an incline walking up to the door if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. If not then you will get a daily workout in.

Good location although walking up the steep but small hill may be a challenge to the elderly. It is strategically located near Myeongdong shopping street and subway line and definitely within walking distance. The host is friendly. The shared kitchen is well stocked with food/drinks and utensils. A small con would be the wall which is relatively thin; you have to tone down the TV volume and speak softly to avoid disturbing others.

We had a great stay here, the manager was really friendly and helpful and we found the place to be very quiet, easily accessible to major attractions (Myeondong is around 3 mins walk and the cable car to North Seoul Tower is around 2 mins walk (or the walk to the tower is around 45 mins - highly recommend)).We found plenty of coffee available and the hot and cold water dispensers were great. We found breakfast to have enough options for us (even for a 7 night stay), we just wished there was a towel in the kitchen to dry items (you wash up yourself after breakfast and leave items in a drying rack which often meant that plates etc were sometimes damp if people had breakfast before you!)

This property was in a great location, central and near to the metro. The underfloor heating was amazing also as we never got cold!

Overall, the photos do not really reflect the guest house itself but still was extremely clean, warm during the winter and felt really cozy like a small apartment. The owner speaks english, chinese, korean, and probably other common languages as well and was very helpful in finding our rooms and giving us a free upgrade. The floor heating was really warm despite the negative 15 degree weather as they had turned it up to ensure all the guests felt comfortable. Overall very nice stay, cost-efficient, and only downside is it is up on a fairly steep slope with a 30-40 meter uphill walk. Would definitely recommend.

The uphill walk going to the hotel was a challenge especially when you are tired from walking all day. The room was spacious and clean. It was just a few minutes away from Myeong-dong Station. I would recommend that they give bigger towels. Overall, our stay was great.

The guest house is very clean and well organized. It has a kitchen with appliances, plates, glasses, etc. The room was as advertised and the owner left even some toothpaste alongside 2 new toothbrushes for us. Very kind in the circumstances in which out luggage has been lost. We (me and my wife) arrived around 2 am on a very rainy night (slleepy and tired). The owner left for us the indications on how to get in and how to open our room. That is a give stars service right there. Definitely recommend this guesthouse

To start off, I was with my parents who are both aged 60+. It came as a surprise to us when we arrived and found out that the location of the guesthouse was up in the hills. It was very steep getting there but good thing that a taxi brought us straight up there. It was quite a challenge going back and forth to the different places in Seoul since it was physically tiring to reach the guesthouse. However, location aside, the stay was really homey and comfortable. The room was huge enough for all of us 3, and the toilet was also big. The hotel owner was also kind enough to allow us an early check-in (as early as 11AM). There was free breakfast which consisted of bread, eggs, butter and strawberry jams, juice and coffee. We totally enjoyed our stay (notwithstanding the uphill climb). Worthy to mention also that we were brought to Myeongdong Station after our check-out by the owner for our convenience. Although uphill, the guesthouse was conveniently located just few steps from Myeongdong station. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to anyone who wants to stay nearby Myeongdong and who would not mind the physically demanding walk to the place.

Difficult to find, no signs. Breakfast you have to prepare yourself. No fromt desk, but if you ring the bell at the enterence someone will come help you. No English is spoken. Positive is it’s location, nearby Seoul N Tower. Room is roomy and has small kitchen. Overall you get what you pay for, ideall for sollo traveller or budget travellers.

Da der ac kaputt war würden wir einfach auf die Straße gesetzt ohne Vorwarnung und wir waren gezwungen uns eine neue Unterkunft auf die Schnelle zu suchen ! Ich warte immer noch auf meine Rückerstattung !

Convenient - close to Myeongdong, Mt Namsan and other places to visit. Host is very nice and accommodating.

This place is setup like a guesthouse. It has 24 Hour check-in, just had to press the button on the door. The staff also replied to questions submitted via text message. There was a slight problem where one of the external doors had me locked out of the hallway to my room, but it was quickly solved. You will have to walk up a steep hill, so I highly suggest a taxi when you have luggage, but otherwise it is a quick walk to Myeongdong! The staff was also kind when I was late checking out because I overslept =)

The owner is accommodating and the location is near Namsan Soul Tower..I would not recommend the place to Seniors and PWD Bec the place is steep.

I like everything about the accommodation. The owner is so so nice. He lets us to upgrade with free of charge and also helping us with transportation. Oppa Gomawo!

The location was not good but the service was amazing.
