서울역에서 가장 가까운 호텔이 아닐까 싶습니다. 방은 넓지 않지만 씻고 잠만자기에는 충분합니다. 다른 곳은 방은 넓어도 화장실 비좁은데가 많은데 여긴 화장실 공간 샤워하기에도 전혀 불편하지 않을 정도의 넓이입니다. 아침식사도 포함되어 있고요. 새벽에도 체크인이 가능합니다. 단점은 면도기와 치솔은 별도 구매이고 잠옷 가운도 없고요. tv가 좀 더 컸음 좋겠네요

To all the foreigners who are considering to stay here: anywhere else would be better than here. The worker here does not know how to deal with customers. Very unfriendly place, and I regret choosing my night here. There was a used toothbrush and a shaving knife waiting for me in the bathroom from the customer before, along with an unemptied trashcan which clearly shows they dont keep the rooms clean. Most importantly, they scammed me into a wrong room and when I complained about it all I got was whether I wanted a refund and just leave the place. Please find a better place to stay.여기어때를 통해 서울케이팝하우스라는 곳을 예약했어요. 프론트에 직원 없이 예약자 성함이 적힌 포스트잇과 카드키만 있어서 셀프 체크인 해서 들어왔는데 쓰레기통이 안비워져있었으며 화장실에 전 투숙객이 사용한 일회용 칫솔과 면도기가 있어서 매우 불쾌했어요. 리뷰를 남기려고 봤더니 사진 속 방과는 너무 달라서 확인하니 이곳은 옆건물인 서울케이팝호텔이었던 것. 속은 기분에 불쾌해서 직원에게 말했더니 뭐 방 취소해드릴까요 환불 가능해요 (이 밤에 나가라는 말) 라고 개소리 해서 됐다 그랬더니 아 그럼 사진보다 방이 작아서 그런거냐 그러길래 아뇨 아예 다른 숙소잖아요 따졌더니 옃에 더 큰방 준다길래 그것도 됐다 그러고 다시 들어왔는데 하 어이없네요.

인천 공항 가기 전 하루 묵었습니다. 서울역에서 찾아가기쉽고 가까워서 좋았습니다

약간 언덕위에있어 캐리어 끌고 가기 힘들었어요 그래도 이가격에 깔끔한곳에서 잘놀다갑니다

좋았어요 천장에서 거미 한마리 봤어요 보일러 방은 따뜻해요 다음에 또 올것 같아요

방이 많이 좁고, 추가 비품(세면도구)는 별도 구매해야합니다.도착 후 업무를 보기위한 와이파이 접속 문제가 있었는데 종업원들은 전혀 지식이 없어 도와주지 못하는상황이었으며 와이파이 라우터 재부팅을 요구했음에도 메니저에게 문의한 후, 손님 스스로 방안의 라우터를껏다 켜보라는 답을 받았습니다.늦은 시간이라 마땅히 찾을 숙소가 없어 머물렀으며, 익일 아침 식사(6시~9시까지 가능)를 위해 아침 8시에 지하 식당으로내려갔으나 준비된 토스트 식빵은 이미 떨어졌으며, 얼마남지 않은 시리얼과 우유와 커피만이 있어 커피한잔 마시고나왔습니다.업무를 보기위해 캐리어 키핑을 요청하여 키핑하였으나, 본인 캐리어 여부를 확인할 수 있는 태그부착이나 배부가 없었고손님스스로 거치하고 알아서 찾아가는 방식이라, 캐리어 분실 또는 바뀌는 상황이 발생할 수 있는 상태이었습니다.별로 추천하고 싶지 않은 숙소입니다.

The hotel service staff are very nice and speak great English. The rooms are very clean and affordable, with very comfy mattresses for a great sleep. Also if if it’s cold in winter the floor heating keeps you very cosy and snug. It’s so convenient for access to Seoul Station which is a key city center. Easy to take express lines to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. The breakfast is small but very convenient if you need something quick before heading out for the day. Also you can wash your clothes, have a wide open space to use your laptop and they even have their own computers. Overall for the budget price it’s a great deal!

酒店位置在首爾站對面的SEOUL SQUARE側邊的南大門警察局後面小山坡，地鐵出口13號出口最近。交通是非常方便。 酒店設施是3星級的小旅館。前台服務人員都幾有禮貌。 綜合評分還可以。

The room is so tiny. Me and my friend could barely open our bags. It is not a well equipped hotel. Location is convenient, but you have to walk a bit. If you have lots of luggage I would not recommend this place. Noisy street with older people hanging around there day and night, sometimes drunk. I wouldnt say its unsafe but you should be cautious.Would not stay here again if I can avoid it.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt bei der Seoul Station. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind von den Quadratmetern her auf einem Minimum gehalten. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat ein wenig zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Wurde jedoch nach einer Reklamation sofort erledigt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt super geeignet.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. It is within 5 minutes walk from Seoul Station exit 10 but the only problem I had was that there is no elevator after you got off from the subway elevator. There is another stairs which lead to the main road. Since there was no elevator, I had to carry my 20KG luggage up the flight of stairs. Room is very small. You can barely open a big size luggage. However, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is value for money for the budget if not for the stairs I had to climb up.

The hotel is located in the center of city next to Seoul Station (Exit : 10). Room is very clean but a bit small. The staff is very helpful and the environment is cozy. Will definitely go back and stay there.

Excellent location in terms of public transport connections near to Seoul Station. The room was a bit tight for four people. The breakfast was a bit perfunctory -- just white bread toast or cereal. Good coffee.

Everything is this hotel is very “basic”. Kitchen utensils can be more neat, tidy and clean. Only bread and coffee for the breakfast.Location is good.

Klein aber fein, so die grobe Umschreibung. Das Doppelzimmer ist mit etwa 9 qm sehr klein, aber es ist gut konzipiert. Eine Nasszelle, die zwar klein ist, aber sauber und funktional. Der Ausblick ist okay, es gibt sicher schlimmere. Einziges Problem,es gibt keine Möglichkeit, seine Sachen unter zu bringen, man lebt aus dem Koffer. Sehr gut fand ich die Möglichkeit, jederzeit Kaffee, Tee oder Saft aus der Küche zu bekommen. Das W-lan war sehr gut und hat bei uns immer funktioniert. Das Beste aber ist die zentrale Lage. Man fällt förmlich vom Ausgang 10, Seoul Staion, ins Hotel, kaum 50 m.

I had to travel quickly to Seoul to get a tourist visa for work in China. This hotel was around the corner from Seoul Square where the Chinese Visa Center is. It is also across the street from Seoul Station which makes it easy to get to from the airport and easy to get around. The rooms are small but clean and nice. Receptionists were great - very helpful. There was no breakfast, but there was a lounge area downstairs and beverages provided. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

It took me 2 minutes to find this hotel, when I came out from Exit 10 of Seoul Station. You will need to climb a little steep hill to reach the hotel. You will need to check in at the counter, fill up some personal particulars on the form provided. This hotel has lift access to every floor of the hotel premise, so its convenient for people with luggage. Do take note that this hotel is not near to any convenient store, nearest will be Paris Baguette. If you need drinks or snacks, do get it in advance. My room has a private bathroom, would suggest solo traveller to take up the double room, for ample space. My room has a small fridge, but the hotel only provide 1 bottle of water. It was ok for me. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the famous Lotte Mart, after crossing a few traffic lights.

Low cost accommodation in a well run hotel, essentially across the street from Seoul Station. There is a steep climb of about half a block from the main street to the hotel. The rooms are tiny and breakfast is pretty basic but this is a good hotel.

Beds are really comfortable, not typical Asian hard beds. Room is tiny, not enough room for big luggages. Toilet and shower are not separated, so after taking a shower the whole bathroom is wet. Free washing machines in the basement kitchen (but driers are not available). Free coffee and juice also in the kitchen. Breakfast rather disappointing. Location is great, very convenient to the Seoul Station and to Lotte Mart.

交通便利,清潔感あり　ソウル駅の10番出口から徒歩数分なので便利です。深夜に外出からホテルに戻る場合は入口でパスコード入力を求められるので、チェックイン時に渡されるパスコードを持っていく必要があります。朝食は食パン、シリアルとおまけ程度ですので外食すればいいと思います。

Small comfortable room but air conditioning blows directly on you in bed cannot avoid it

The reception was amazing and the people were helpful and friendly, however, in the room, number 301, there were stains on the wall and on the side of the bed against the wall- it hadnt been cleaned as when my phone fell down I moved the bed and found trash and odd things that I just put in the trashcan myself or left there as it wasnt my rubbish. Other than this the location was great and I had a peaceful stay. Thank you!

Unfortunately Ive found a bed definitely not clean (hair, suspicious stains). The bathroom was clean either. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is pretty small and I have to say I was a little bit surprised due to other experiences in different hotels for the same price

Tiny, tiny room, uncomfortable bed. Had to request towels. Outlets were in bad shape. Only had one old fashioned room key, so we couldnt split up. Breakfast slim and only served until 8 am. Central location next to Seoul Station, but dingy block up the hill from police station. Would perhaps stay again if traveling alone, too small for more than one person.

Pros = Quite close to Seoul Station (once you figure out how to navigate the labyrinth of underground passages) and attentive, helpful staff. Internet access included. Use of washing machine and coffee machine in basement.Cons = Steep climb from exit 10. Noisy neighbours (even with the window shut, I could still hear loud discussions from nearby buildings late at night, and a dog barking for half-hour around 3 am one morning). Poky little room with nil desk for my laptop, shower in same space as toilet. No tumble dryer in basement - have to take your just washed clothes to the roof and hang them up to dry.

Handy for Seoul Station. Lots of older locals hanging round outside at all hours. They are harmless but a bit disconcerting.

I am very pleased with my stay at K-Pop hotel in Seoul. Good room, fine service and a very good location makes it a hotel well worth considering when visiting Seoul.
