Great place to stay. Was in town on business, hotel was moments away from the venue. Initially checked into a wet room but was quickly changed to a room with dry floors. Front desk was pleasant and accommodating. Wish there was more parking. We paid for parking but still had to walk very far to get to the cars.

Enjoyed all personnel was friendly and helpful and free breakfast was great. Only problem was I didn’t know you had to pay for parking

The staff here is excellent. I hadnt realized you have to pay for parking both a one time fee and a daily fee so that adds up. There was a party the night I was there and people playing basketball and loud music at 12 am and 1 am. The staff took care of it when I called. Feels like a safer place to stay during Covid since doors open to the outside.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will not be back. The room was horrible the filter to the return air vent was nasty. The couch was nasty and ripped up. The floor to the room I can not explain it was beyond horrible their was dips in the floor, very uneven, carpet nasty. The room was just horrible I didn’t want to sleep there. Bathroom and kitchen horrible we had plan on making breakfast but we decided against because the room was not suitable. As I stated before I will not be back and I have stayed at many Marriott and have always known them as being very beautiful but this one no.

Positive: Staff was very responsive. Our second night we came in late only to find that our shower did not work. They did their best to get us in another room. Took 20 min -wonderful. the room we were moved into had a fireplace. Everything smelled like soot Negative: consider this a motel vs hotel. Doors outside - walkways reeked of Marijuana. It was was nauseating. People hung outside in parking lot - heard them all night long. Next day came in late to Find that the shower did not work. Contacted FD

Horror show! Kitchen sink pipes burst, smelled like a smoking room which triggered my allergies and left my clothes smelling so horribly I had to wash everything which hadn’t been worn. Bathroom door with stained streaks down it and filthy floor. However, front desk staff were excellent.

We needed a two bedroom suite near Piedmont hospital; so, we chose this location. Front office staff was very nice. Our room was 54 degrees when we entered. I was still wearing a coat two hours later because most of the heat rose to the loft. There was a fireplace; but, it was not functional. We were woken early the next morning by a loud garbage truck outside our room. I doubt I would stay there again.

Sheets were scratchy room had a stinky stench smell did NOT have the energy to ride around and find somewhere else had too many drinks after dinner @ HALS. Will not return.

I have stayed at the Residence Inn in Buckhead numerous times. I have enjoyed every stay and always felt at home. Typically, I would receive a suite upgrade except for this last stay. It was understandable since this was a busy time of the year and most(if not all rooms) were booked during that week. Staff was very professional and helpful. Decent breakfast selection and Residence Mix in the evenings was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!!

My son has to go to a local hospital in Atlanta. We usually stay at the hospital but this visit they didnt have room for us and i was recommended this Hotel by the Staff of the hospital. It wasnt hard for me to decide on staying here because the hotel provides Free Shuttle to and from the hospital and also offered a free Hot breakfast which saved my family money . The room was big with clean bed and bathroom along with a full size kitchen. Bathroom was very modern with body wash , shampoo and Conditioner located inside the shower . Great stay with friendly staff.

Staff could be friendlier and more attentive. Saw a roach in bathroom.

It was great we would’ve stay longer we just didn’t like the floor plan it took up allot of space.

As a Platinum Elite member, I stay in hotels about 300 nights a year. The layout of this property is not optimal for security.The furniture has been upgraded but there flooring choices are not great for cleanliness. Bathroom is small and has poor lighting. Friendly staff. Great location.

I strongly recommend this hotel for people who are staying near Buckhead for work or pleasure. The apartment feel is better than just staying in a normal hotel room.

This place provided everything we needed and much more! Full service kitchen, nice living room area and even a desk with a light. We will definitely stay here again!

Buckhead is an ideal location to be close to downtown Atlanta, but away from the heavy traffic and hustle & bustle of the city center. Good restaurants and shopping close by. We loved having lunch one day at a Turkish restaurant, Café Angora, just up the street and over one about 0.5 miles away. This property is nice and well maintained. Lots of trees and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Looks more like a cottage neighborhood than a hotel. The pool looked very inviting, although we did not take a swim. Staff greeted us with a smile and our check in was efficient. As an Elite Member, we were fortunate to be upgraded to a penthouse loft which was very spacious and more than provided for our needs. We highly recommend and will return when our travels take us back to the Atlanta area.

Very nice stay! Staff was awesome! The only thing I think could be done differently is the time for breakfast. We had very early meetings and had to actually purchase breakfast a few days. Other than than that, staff went above and beyond. The room was clean and cozy. Just what we needed.

I loved my stay at the Residence Inn Buckhead. I brought my dog on the trip and the property was great for him. Staff was incredible. So friendly and helpful. This will be my new home away from home when I visit the ATL.

Lacks luster for a buckhead area hotel.. was expecting much more of a wow factor with services... grounds.. and penthouse interior.. very mediocre rooms... cleanliness was good.. staff was nice enough.. but there are far better hotels in buckhead...

Very clean, nice room. Staff was very nice, the room was extremely clean, nice layout, I felt safe inside the room, and the bed was excellent, work area excellent, Kitchen had everything I needed, in room coffee was good. Nice coffee station, staff accommodate me even off hours with milk for coffee. Free parking. Although I was a little concerned when I saw the outside of the facility, I was pleased once I got inside my room and had everything I needed. Housekeeping staff was also very nice.

The stay was great ! The studio suite was not only spacious it was clean. The suite had all the supplies you needed from bathroom to kitchen . The king bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming. My only concern.....PLEASE consider adding either turkey or beef to your breakfast menu. Not everyone eats pork products. However, I will definitely make this my permanent place to stay while in Atlanta.

This property is old and smelly. My dark, cave-like room smelled of cigarette smoke. I couldnt in good conscious recommend this hotel to anyone. The Marriot corporation really just needs to tear this place down and build something they can be proud of.

I selected this location for its proximity to a family reunion. We always stay at Residence Inns while traveling and I completely missed the fact that this was the old style Residence Inn with exterior entrances to each room and no elevators. The two bedroom suite is not in fact two bedrooms. One bed is in a loft with no door and the other is sitting next to the living area so neither bed is in an actual bedroom. The room was clean and staff were friendly, but I will not stay at this location again. I don’t need to hear people out in the common areas being loud at 2 am and not having any actual bedrooms inside my “two bedroom suite”. And if you have small children, the loft is a nightmare for kids throwing stuff over the side.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and the room has been clean for both our stays. Large rooms with kitchen and living area are convenient and the fire place is a nice touch. The air conditioning needs attention, the fan ran constantly during both of our stays. Our second room had a filter that was black and dated November 2018. Very gross.

This hotel provided us with an awesome experience. Our family was very comfortable and loved the fully furnished penthouse!! Check in was swift! Cleaning service was great!Staff extremely nice!Laundry room service was good. $2 to wash; $2 to dry clothes. We traveled with 57 ppl on a chartered bus and this trip to Atlanta was amazing. Part of that is due to the outstanding service and room layout we had at residence inn. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Atlanta especially those who have families who are planning to stay more than a day or two.

I was at this Residence Inn for 12 nights on business. The staff was very friendly, the room exceptionally clean, and all of my requests were met with enthusiasm. Grocery orders easily handled, and the shuttle was invaluable. Theres a small workout room, but its well appointed and good equipment. Outdoor pool looks great. Small basketball court. Laundry facilities clean and worked well. If you need something thats not in your room, just ask! I really wanted to cook (bake, broil, roast, etc.), so had them supply me with a more comprehensive set of cookware than the standard. Great two weeks.

I really enjoyed my stay my only complaints are the living room could use more lighting & there should be 2 switches for the fan & light in the bathroom because the fans were very loud. And some of the sockets in the kitchen are not working.

Nice hotel with local shuttle, friendly staff and cocktail hour 3 nights a week. Close to MARTA station and on #5 bus route. Grocery stores and shopping nearby.

Would definitely come back! More than accommodating for me and the wife and 4 kids!
