시설과 조식뷔페가 너무 훌륭해서 재방문한곳인데요~~사람이 별로없어서그런가 사우나가 좀 뜨겁지않았고조식뷔페도 주방장이 직접 테이블까지 제공하는 요리코너라든가 이런게 좀 줄었어요~그래도 하얏트보다 저렴한비용에 가성비좋습니다 추천요~~
The hotel was absolutely amazing. I stayed on the club level and the staff alone made it worth the price especially Wendy. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this one is by far superior to the others around the world.
Beautiful hotel and excellent location! Was able to walk from the hotel to Forbidden City easily. Room (including bathroom) was pristine and looked as if it was brand new or as if I was the first to use it. Visually the space is very welcoming and warm. Room service was responsive. Staff and concierge service did a great job to accommodate me and was able to get a car to pick me up from the airport and bring me to the hotel, and on the day I left, take me from the hotel back to the airport. The hotels car is a BMW 530 which is super comfortable and spacious. The room service food was great. Love the scents of the soaps and other toiletries here. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. No complaints about this place at all, and have already recommended it to friends. Whenever I go back to Beijing again, this will be the place I decide to stay at. Wonderful experience.
就在王府井步行街附近，交通非常方便。装修维护非常好，前台和酒廊的服务人员非常热情友善！满足了白金会员免费升级套房的要求！酒廊的下午茶和欢乐时光非常丰富！欢乐时光有4道热菜，冷食炸物水果也非常丰富，相当于一个小型自助餐了！希望进一步提升口味！酒廊和房间都能看到故宫，景色不错！综合感受，这里是旅游休闲商务的极佳选择！
The staffs are very professional and warm-hearted. Especially the Manager Lina and Glory, who really expressed me. They can always meet the customer’s reasonable demands. A colleague whose name is Circle help me to checkout, she double checked my bill and fapiao. And welcome me to visit again. The lounge’s staff are also in their position,with good manners. Rapunzel and Carina are very polite with every guest.
酒店的整体设计很有特点，一进大堂就能感觉到浓厚的中式现代风，前台的工作人员很热情，入住酒店的这几天有几个员工给我留下了深刻的印象，分别是betty, circle和一个叫glory的经理，记得好像是glory经理给我办的入住手续，十分专业热情，笑容灿烂甜美，每个客人见到了都很开心。整个入住办理过程都十分顺利，还给我免费升级到了尊贵房，实在让我喜出望外。旁边还有另外一个热情的小姑娘，好像是叫circle的，一直在跟我介绍酒店的情况和周边的一些景点，并推荐我去吃了四季民福烤鸭店，真的是太棒了。中间有次忘带房卡都好像是叫Betty的前台同事帮我补做的房卡，非常认真的跟我核对了身份信息，这才是五星级酒店应有的服务水准。 酒廊的袁主管服务非常到位，每次都会提前跟我打招呼。离店以后我打电话过去，还帮我开好发票并帮我邮寄，真是无比贴心。 下次来北京一定会再次选择金茂万丽
酒店地理位置很好，作为一家开业20年的酒店，硬件设施状态相当不错。早餐厅和行政酒廊餐饮水准令人满意，特别是中式早餐品质突出，第一次在酒店吃到可以称得上好吃的馄饨和豆腐脑。餐厅服务人员的服务也很及时。然而大堂吧服务人员素质亟需提高。入住期间公共休息区域被酒店出租出去，本人在不知情的情况下做到了大堂吧的区域，大堂吧工作人员在本人表示只是坐下等几分钟车之后，仍旧态度强硬要求本人离开，还表示可以去酒店二楼等车。这种服务态度令人体验非常差。毕竟酒店出租场地盈利时，不应该造成客人入住期间合理需求无法被满足。并且该名服务人员在造成客人不快时，丝毫没有歉意。这是我住过那么多酒店中，最没有服务意识的工作人员。希望这是服务人员中的特例，但是这无可避免地拉低了客人心目中酒店的整体水准。
相比Jw万豪、丽思、洲际价格上差不多，但是万丽的房间风格没有那几家精致。很多次其他家大堂会主动建议给家庭客人免费或收费升级客房。再就是早餐性价比和味道都不太好。客房配送物品的小机器人有意思。地理位置很好，出行非常方便。
Public spaces were stylish and very handsome. Room was spacious and comfortable - shower was awesome! Staff was very professional and very caring. There were some language issues, mostly overcome through the use of a translator app. Restaurants and bars were very overpriced (even compared to other top hotels in the area), but I guess that is to be expected of a Western-brand hotel catering to the expense-account crowd. Location was great: Shopping, restaurants, bars, and many major tourist sites were all easily walkable, as were two subway lines, providing easy and inexpensive access to the rest of metro Beijing. I highly recommend the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel.
非常开心的一次入住，由于是第一次入住金茂万丽，去之前还担心这家酒店会不会不太好，但是到了之后才意识到自己完全多虑了。非常感谢酒店给我升级了一个套房，虽然楼层很低看不清故宫，但是我还是非常喜欢这个房间。就服务来说，金茂万丽的服务水准绝对是一流的，在入住期间遇到的每一位工作人员笑容都很真诚，印象最深的就是酒廊的一位男生和一位女生，以及入住期间来房间里打扫卫生的一位HSKP阿姨，都让人交流起来觉得非常舒服。另外还有一点，酒店的Happy Hour简直超赞！我已经很久没遇见HH有面档的了，而且其他菜出品也非常好。当然不足也有，酒店的套房感觉比起之前住的几家有点小，而且感觉房间的也有一定的年头了，但是保养的还算好，对于喜欢大房间的我来说可能稍有不足。总的来说，金茂万丽无论是从服务质量、地理位置、性价比来说都是一家非常棒的酒店，在北京的万豪系里应该算很不错的了，下次来附近出差还会选择这里。
This is a very convenient location, close to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The hotel is super comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional and helped me reserve a driver/car to take us to Mutianyu area of the Great Wall. They provided us with a map, helpful tips about where to go and THEY HAVE A ROBOT THAT YOU CAN CALL TO BRING YOU ITEMS LIKE WATER. This was so surprising and interesting...what a cool glimpse into the future :-) Thank you for a very nice stay.
入住当天恰逢生日，在办理check in的时候，前台的工作人员表达了祝福并赠送了一件小礼物，在客房也准备了小蛋糕以及果盘，其实可能预期有点高，这些并没有wow到自己，其实在客房里面留下一张祝贺生日的手写卡片，我觉得可能会更加好。整个入住的过程中，总机的经理以及Dyina帮助我很多，帮我改房型、订餐厅、给客房送东西等等，虽然是他们的本份但是帮我节约了很多时间，很是省事。对他们的一流服务表示感谢。餐厅的话，可能是实习生，对于餐厅的菜品不太熟悉。除此之外，希望可以更注重一些小细节，比如你的pin有没有带反。整体来说是一次不错的体验！
I would highly recommend the hotel. Very good location with modern and fully functional amenities. As a Marriott Bonvoy member with experience of several Marriott hotels, this has to be in the top quartile. I would single out the staff of the Club Lounge for particular praise. 整体酒店入住感觉很好！大堂很舒服！客房也跟温馨！早晨起来电动窗帘拉开就能看到远处的故宫三大殿，低头酒店下方就是一个两进的老北京四合院，行政酒廊在17楼，故宫观景的最佳地方，推荐去品酒兼观景还有就餐，秀色可餐吧！下回去北京还会住这里，出门溜达溜达就到故宫啦！
第二次入往，虽然在疫情期间。酒店的很多服务设施都没有开放，行政酒廊也关闭了。但是，酒店工作人员的服务做的更加细致了。为所有疫情期间工作在一线的酒店工作人员点赞，谢谢您们坚守和付出。
Staff are nice and helpful. Being a 5-star hotel, cleanliness was not up to standard, there were insects inside the room. I have booked a room for three adults, however there were only two single beds. Staff nicely arranged an additional bed for us though upon our request. Toiletries were not replenished daily which is disappointing.

I took my family for a one week vacation in Beijing, and we stayed in this amazing hotel which is only few blocks from the Forbidden City. I have to say that the main reason I picked this one was for the location, which is so close to all the main sight seeing places. When we arrived, we were shocked by the beautiful style of this hotel lobby. It was really cool. And the room we have was also very clean and spacious. Wonderful experience for us.
万丽的大堂非常有特色，很喜欢。一般住酒店很少会用到大堂吧，因为万丽的大堂设计，特意留了一个晚上在大堂吧坐了一会儿。房间内浴室空间很大，枕头高度也非常适合“低枕”需求者。地理位置好，出入方便。无论是想购物还是逛景点，都非常便捷。整体入住体验很棒。
前台的工作人员都很积极热情，前台经理rita团队带领的很好，对待每个客人都笑脸相迎。值班经理lina和glory处理问题的态度非常好，非常顺利的帮我解决了入住期间碰到的一些小问题。酒廊的服务也很好，两位经理Catherine和cliff对待客人非常真诚。非常满意的一次入住。
This is a great place to stay if to explore the heart of Beijing. Room is somewhat spacious and the design of bathroom is great although i doubt how can lower floor guests manage to have a bath with a view with sheds roll from the top. Good value for the price paid and a lot are still up to the standards. Staff are warm hearted and willing to help. If the waitress at brekkie buffet can be trained to handle situations on a case-by-case basis(cook sth new to take away /request of take away of half-eaten food simply because short of time), it would be better we don’t waste food prepared. Highly recommend if you book higher floors. Actually prefers this to the marriott near the 4th east ring, for the easy access to the cultural surrounding.
This was our first stop for a 8 week visit to Asia. Our stay was very memorable as our room, the staff assistance and fabulous breakfast exceeded our expectations. In particular the concierge (Naviagator), Jefferson, was very helpful in arranging travel and sightseeing visits for us. He always printed out instructions in Chinese so the drivers new exactly where we wanted to travel to. The hotel has some nice private cars that are reasonably priced for private trips further out of town, like visits to the Great Wall. Our room, a suite, was very large and well apportioned. We would have appreciated two sinks in the bathroom but other then that the room was very nice. The room was very clean.The breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. Foods to please everyone with at least 7 food stations and a couple chefs available to make your meal to order.The hotel has a very nice and reasonably priced spa with well trained masseusesThe lounge was very nice although the food could have been better served had it not been delivered at 5pm for a 5:30 start time. One small set back for an overall great experience.

Very nice hotel and breakfast buffet. Tip - the buffet is less expensive if purchased at time of reservation. Not so good - hotel couldn’t get taxi by phone, thereby told us to hail one on street. Usually at this star level, they would do that.
这个酒店设计是为了体现中国的书香之气，建筑外观似一本打开的书，大堂是摆满古书的书架为装饰，一进去就有一种别用洞天的韵味。酒店地理位置适合来北京旅游的人们，可以步行至王府井步行街，也可以步行到天安门广场。在行政酒廊可以远眺故宫、白海和景山。行政酒廊的早饭丰富，平时也可以作为安静小憩的好去处。房间整洁，设计舒适，光线柔和。服务人员热情周到，应答及时。总之到北京来玩，选这家店是没错的。
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The lobby area is spacious, check in was easy and efficient, while sipping warm complimentary tea. Our room was large, comfortable and very well maintained. The location is great, an easy walk to the Wangfujing Pedestrian St and two different subway stops. The lobby staff was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. We were especially impressed with Steven in the Club Lounge, who remembered us and our room number, greeted us personally and asked it we needed anything. Jason in the lobby bar and club room, brought us our usual wine order when we sat down and made special cocktails for us to try. Mia in the Club Room was a delight, always with a friendly smile.
1.位置十分好，机场接送机过来也就40分钟，具体王府井，故宫都轻松到达。2.酒廊风景一流，看着窗外的胡同和红墙金砖，感受京城的历史文化3.员工十分热情，大堂有钢琴演奏，如果允许客人演奏一曲，我会弹奏一曲流行音乐。4.燃餐厅的早晚班我都体验了，满足南方的我对京城味道的试尝。
部屋は広く、清潔で、窓から胡同や首都劇場が見えるというのもよいポイント。バスルームからも外が眺められるのも楽しかったです。地下鉄の駅に近いのもよかったです。
位置极佳，距离王府井近，距离故宫等周边经典近。但是宣称的“故宫景观”房型并不足以看到故宫，原因主要在于建筑还是不够高，另外客房空间相较住过的其他万丽以及同级别酒店要小，还请酒店多多准备加湿器，以免在干燥的冬天顾客提出要求的时候不至于犹豫。

This hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Our check in was quick and easy and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was the air con our room was very warm and we were told this was as cool as it could go so we were provided with fans and an open window! This was not ideal in busy city due to noise issues. Apart from this we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
The Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing is located around a 10 minute walk from the major shopping area, and 20 minutes from the metro. It offers a stylish hotel filled with friendly staff, who were always going out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Despite arriving early, I was given a temporary room to refresh and rest while waiting for my suite to be ready, which was greatly appreciated.The lounge features one of the best views of the Forbidden City, although keep in mind youre mainly looking at the roofs of the buildings - however, its still a view that had me in awe. They also provide a generous happy hour to watch the sun set, and a great selection of food options for breakfast an in the evening. I also appreciated the ability to have breakfast in the Food Studio as an elite, which would be my recommendation.I was fortunate to have a king suite with a Forbidden City view - breathtaking, and the suite was very spacious enabling me to have a separate working area from the bedroom, which I value on business trips. Well furnished with no sign of wear, you would think that the hotel was a recent build.The fitness centre was generous with the number of machines - both cardio and weights - which seems to be a rarity at some hotels. All machines were in working order, although there was a sign that the satellite TV had been disabled almost a year ago, due to government regulations.In additional to the walking time to the metro and shopping area, it was approximately a 25 minute walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City entrance - a must see attraction, and one the Travel desk was able to quickly provide me with easy directions to.Staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and are passionate about helping guests. To me, that makes all the difference in a hotel to fill any gaps... however I found no gaps here. I would happily stay here for my future trips back to Beijing.
The hotel is in the prime location of Wangfujing and takes about 8 minutes to walk to the center of the Wangfujing. Hotel lobby is very stylish and the service is also quite attentive. Room itself is pretty good and the views of forbidden city is certainly enjoyable. Happy hours at the lounge is quite good. The robot delivering water to my room is a big surprise and interesting. Highly recommended hotel to tourists.
The hotel has very cozy,clean and equipped room with great view. But I dont get it why even in luxury hotel like this there is such a bad and uncomfortable extra bed. Yea,I have experienced even worse but it is such a disproportion to the rest and two people get luxury bed and one from the group has to sleep on this substandard one.But everything met our expectations of the five star hotel BUT. It is huge problem in whole China that there is not sufficient knowledge of English of the staff. And there emerge problems when it came to money. My friends went on breakfast earlier than me and I told the staff if they had signed only for 2 people and now I will sign for myself, they ensure me about it but of course that was wrong and they had signed it for 3 people so if I didnt notice they will charge me one more breakfast which is not cheap in this hotel.But worst problem was that the hotel claimed to hold 4000RMB at my card despite the fact that I have paid everything in cash in advance.I would understand that it is for some case but I asked the staff during check- out if they will release my money next day and they said yes!After two weeks I still didnt get my money back! So I called the hotel,they said that some colleague with better English will contact me.Nothing happened.So I called again and they werent able to see how the things are and they tried to persuade me that there were some other charges,finally they said they will release it.It took one more week.Terrible.

酒店在入住时未向国外客人（老人)提供详细地址，导致客人外出走丢了，客人出示房卡给多名出租车司机，都告知不知道地址拒载。回来向酒店反应，酒店前台曾小姐说；“出租车司机找不到地址，不是酒店的责任，而是出租车责任” 你如果提供详细地址给客人，客人能找不到地址吗？ 但如果你就告诉司机去万丽酒店谁带你去？这跟你坐上出租车 说去机场 有什么区别？去哪个机场？ T1 还是T2?总要说清楚吧曾小姐还表示 现在信息时代，手机 电脑 都能查地址，下订单时也有地址，一脸不屑的说 为什么回不来呢？ --对于年轻人，懂中文的人 都不是事，关键这是个看不懂中文，且没有智能机，没有电脑的60岁老头，曾小姐，你需要站在客户的立场考虑问题。提前官网APP下的订单，退房时要求两个房间都开发票，告知只能本人开？？？？订房有要求只能本人订房吗？？？而且我们是一起入住的客人，我下的订单 也做了担保的。
对于事故的及时沟通，和认真态度的解决，比上海明天广场万豪酒店强太多，尤其是工作的谦卑度，令人尊敬！比起明天广场JW 万豪酒店的Joey强太多了,处理事务的专业度和态度，真的应该让这位Joey 来好好学习！Joey 丢尽JW的招牌！相比JW 的Niki 处理事情游刃有余，方式方法令人心服口服。
From the moment I walked in this hotel, I felt well attended to. The front staff was professional and the lobby had a clean modern feel at check in. After being upgraded to a better room, I am able to say the room was excellent. I loved the plush bedding, the modern bathroom, and the inspiring view from my room. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of offerings which I completely appreciated. The concierge employees work very hard to help the guests. I explained what I was hoping to see in theee days and Rocco designed an itinerary that helped my make this possible. He ordered all taxis and organized all details with his strong understanding of English. Rocco turned my stay into a remarkable one! This hotel really exceeded my expectations and I would happily return.
The Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel--what can I say, from the moment you walk in off the streets, youre enveloped in the most lovely aroma. I wanted to capture it and bring it home in a bottle. Or is it the impressive size and space of the lobby with the shelves of books, the holiday lights, huge inviting seating, or the friendliness of every single staff member waiting to help you, from valet to greeter to the front desk? We visited in early January. It was cold, but the hotel staff was warm and this feeling never left until we left. This hotel was truly our home while visiting. The navigation crew was five stars in helpfulness, the fitness room was five stars in cleanliness, and the entire experience--with its location close to attractions, shopping, and subways was all five stars. We love Marriott hotels, and this is the reason why. We are consistently pleased and sometimes pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

The Hotel was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Chinese restaurant was fantastic and our waiter, who had limited English was excellent and attentive. We had an excellent experience.

Located in Wangfujing, commercial heart in Beijing. Convenient for Shopping and site seeing. Very nice food in restaurant in 1st floor, if you are meat lover, it is your place to show!
北京金茂万丽酒店，位置较好，在王府井大街北段，距离首都剧场和中国美术馆非常近，去国贸打车也就半个小时的时间，酒店设施较新，装修时尚豪华，行政酒廊和游泳池的工作人员服务很好，每次来北京首选金茂万丽。
No view unless you stick yourself to the window. Stayed at 1231.No initiative from staffs to offer to carry and bring your luggages. Even when they were not serving any guests.Breakfast contained no cooked fish or meat dishes. It was noodles, vegetables and eggs.Ordered nasi goreng for in room. The oil xan easily fill a spoon full.Staffs were generally solemn. Only 1 out of 5 would smile and greet. Housekeeping was good. Water pressure was awesome. Location is very convenient.I had this thought in mind on 2nd day of stay- this hotel seem as though it might close down any time soon. That is the vibe we got from 5 days of stay

From the moment we arrived until we left we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Circle checked us in and was most helpful in giving needful information. Issac was most helpful in planning our efforts to see and enjoy the wonderful offerings of the city. The club was an excellent addition to our stay and the staff exceptional.
Very helpful staff. Big, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great location close to three subway stops. Do not use the concierge to book tickets for Great Wall or Forbidden City. They will rip you off with service charges. Try Ctrip instead.
酒店环境和酒店地段都非常棒，前台小姐姐服务贴心，是家庭出行还特意调了个房间较大的双床房，朝向也很棒，一早起来就能看到国贸和朝阳。服务体验: 超赞!
非常棒，紧挨着故宫，地处王府井大街北段，强烈推荐入住17楼的行政楼层，窗外可以看到故宫和景山。景观非常棒！

想夸奖酒廊的一位台湾腔小哥哥 （抱歉忘记询问名字）和酒店内所有贴心的员工，会因为这次体验到的超棒服务以后认定这家入住。
入住的时候被告知没有双床房了（我已提前很多致电酒店说飞机很可能晚点，让酒店如果可以的话帮我留好双床房，酒店也答应了），然后说让我住一晚大床房，第二天再换到一间双床房，由于我是跟母亲出行，我们商量了一下就同意了酒店的处理方式，但没一会儿又被告知说给我们找到了一间双床房。有点莫名其妙。很好奇是如何“找”到的。除了入住时这个小插曲体验不是很好，其他各方面都不错。
前台服务热情贴心,就是餐厅的服务人员态度特别好，但是食品的品质希望有待提高
Checkin 3:30 was not available. When we returned at 6:00 the room was still not immediately available and we had to wait 15 minutes.The phone quality is very poor, housekeeping cannot hear us and they had to call us back a few times to clarify basic requests.The thermostat was broken in our room. Set to 23, but it just kept going colder and colder until 19 degrees, the only way to stop it is to turn the whole system off.When we complained about all this, they gave us a USD$5 bottle of wine (we dont drink and had carry-on luggage, so we just left it for housekeeping).The robot was awesome.Location is a bit far from the subway with luggage. There are no grocery-stores/bakeries nearby. Walking 15mins to Wangfujing is your best bet if you need food - but its busy, expensive and a it touristy.Overall - not a great hotel, not a great location, not a great experience, but the robot was cool.
