자동 체크인 기계를 이용하는 방법이 복잡하나 (여권스캔 외) 너무 깨끗했고 모던한 인테리어가 인상적이었던 아파트먼트 호텔입니다. 적극 추천합니다.

아토차역과 가까운 편이고 주변에 식당과 매점이 많아서 편리했습니다. 소피아 미술관도 바로 밑이라 좋았습니다. 숙소 시설도 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 다만 후라이팬이 오래되서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Lovely well designed apartment, with loads of very good facilities. Extremely comfortable bed and brilliant to be able to prepare foid and drinks. Lots of shops nearby for provisions. The apartment is very well located for the major museums and only a 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and Pueto del Sol. We spent most evenings in the lively Plaza Santa Ana area, full of great bars and restaurants. However, there were a number of downsides. The double glazed very large windows of the apartment onto the Calle Marques del Toca were inadequate to reduce the level of noise from people smoking and talking very loudly outside the bar across the street until the early hours. Earplugs were essential but still didnt quell the noise entirely. The impersonal reception with a complex automated registration process was very unwelcome after a long journey to Madrid. The keypad for the entry keycode was badly lit and would be difficult for people with poor sight.

A beautiful and clean apartment in one of the best locations in Madrid! My family and I loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this property when we come back to Madrid. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable everything inside the apartment was just super clean. You can get to the Metro station very easily, or walk for 10-15 mins and you are at the Gran Via. Highly recommend.

Its well equipped and clean. Its in walking distance from the train station. The self check-in process is sufficient. The streets are quiet. Overall its a good stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was in a good location and felt secure.The only down side was the tap in the bathroom was very loose, hopefully this will be repaired. Also comfortable chairs would have been nice.An info leaflet in the apartment said there was a reception open during the day, but we never saw evidence of this.

Ein schönes Apartment 4 min vom Hauptbahnhof. Mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Allerdings sehr hellhörig, bitte auf jeden Fall Gehörstöpsel mitbringen. Anmeldung erfolgt am Automaten - Pin für Aussentür sollte man sich aufschreiben oder im Handy speichern, sonst steht man vor verschlossener Tür. Supermarkt um die Ecke, Tapasbars auch. Kein deutsches TV aber guter WLAN Zugang.

Very spacious apartment with all the amenities you can need. Location is good as well. They have onsite parking, but we unfortunately couldn’t use it as they said their garage was full. The check in process was ok, it’s done via a self service machine. The issue is that you need a credit card with a PIN, so I hat to pay using a separate process and that email was for some reason delayed. The other thing to watch for is the way the apartments are labeled since there is no one on the premises to point you, out apartment was on floor P apt 0. It took us a while to figure out that somehow floor P if the ground floor even though the door of our apartment was labeled A-0. Otherwise, great place

Great space! Very modern and clean. Missing a few touches in the kitchen like a wine opener. Our room was confusing to find as it said P0, but was actually A0. All in all a nice stay. Loved the neighborhood

Es handelt sich um ein schönes, modernes Apartment in unmittelbare Nähe zum Atocha Bahnhof. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Reina Sofia Museum, Plaza Mayor oder Gran Vía sind daduch schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Obwohl die Lage ist zentral, das Apartment liegt an einer kleinen Seitenstraße, was sehr viel Ruhe bringt. Leider hatten wir einige Probleme mit der Heizung und Warmwasser, was irgendwie nicht ständig laufen konnte.

Room was super clean and had great amenities. Bed was very comfy. Close to good restaurants and markets in case you needed anything quick. The only problem was we had loud neighbors and the walls were pretty thin. Other than that, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for my business trip, was attending a conference on the Atocha and was central and great. Such a lovely warm room and was very contemporary. Only negative is the walls are a little thin but other than that, I will definately be returning.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, neu und toll ausgestattet. Leider war die Wand zu unserem Nachbar an ein Fenster gezogen und extrem dünn. Neben uns war eine Familie mit Kindern die sich die ganze zeit gestritten haben. Jeden Morgen um 8Uhr gings los.. Ausserdem klingelte es fast jeden zweiten Tag an der Türe. Zum glück hatte diese eine Kamera, denn es waren immer fremde Personen.

The apartment was comfortable, however there was nothing to help us clean it.. there was no dish soap or a sponge, no broom... Everywhere else we stayed in Spain we had all those thing, plus spices to cook..and the refrigerator had a bad smell.

The apartment looked amazing, great location for us. My girlfriend and I loved it. Only issue is the bathroom door squeaks when it opens, but nothing to mark it down on.

Jättefin lägenhet. Informationen en katastrof. Vi fick ett mail där vi informerades om att det fanns ingen reception, därför var vi tvungna att åka till en lägenhet 1,2km från hotellet för att få en nyckel. Vi anländer till lägenheten och frågar efter nyckeln, nää vi har ingen nyckel, det har ert hotell!!!...... Trasslar oss vidare med metron till vårt hotell. Där fanns nyckeln. Från flygplatsen tog det oss 2tim att nå dit, kissnödig slängde mig ner på toan....gick inte att spola...! Tvättade mina händer och stod plötsligt i forsande vatten, från handfatet, röret från handfat till avlopp hade ramlat av...Vi upptäckte att duschen hade _ett_ läge: kokhett, termostaten trasig. !!!Annars var lägenheten bra . Suck!!!

Als wir am Apartment angekommen sind sah alles nach einer riesigen Baustelle aus, kein Personal war da und man müsste sich um alles selber kümmern.

The check in was a bit of a hassle. Not enough toilet paper, the shower didn’t get hot, the tv remote didn’t work, and the temperature of the apartment was locked and couldn’t be altred

Everything is quite new, and the self check-in system is really gd.
