Excellent location, able to access all stations. Very close to Santiago stadium and we also went to the zoo and athletico stadium is one train ride away. Beds so comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment would Benefit from having a kettle and toaster too, simple appliances. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved it.

Upon arrival and without warning I’ve been given a smoker room. From the elevator you could smell cigarettes. After switching room nothing better. Was like time traveling to the 80s. Old furniture, horrible hairy carpet, curtains. Had a severe allergy crisis. Do not recommend.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of great food places all around the area. It’s also nice that if you want to save some money, the room has a small kitchen so you can go by groceries close by.

Its a perfectly ok hotel, just a bit tired and worn. Room was fairly clean, though when you find a needle (just an ordinary needle, not drug related) on the carpet, you have to wonder what else has been missed. Heating in my room was controlled by switching the fuse trip on or off, which isnt ideal.On the plus side, staff are friendly and helpful, and its in a good neighborhood, not far from shops, cafes and metro stations.

The staff at the front desk were awesome! They were Courteous, helpful, and had great ideas for places to see.

The breakfast was lovely. Large room with kitchenette was nice for leftovers and extra space. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but we loved the overall vibe of hotel. Great value for the price!

Easy to access well located centrally for my requirement, quiet (except for refurbishment activities within the building).

Had a great stay here, very close to the Bernabeu Stadium, The staff at the hotel were very helpful when we left something behind, they went out of their way to help and get the item back to us. Special mention to Angel he was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others.
