오랜만에 찾은 부산!서면 번화가를 조금 벗어나서 약간 저렴하게 잡고자 선택한 호텔인데,,,1.오래된 객실같이 군데군데 설비불량.세면대는 실내에 있는데 물이 새서 손만 씻어도 바닥에 물이 흥건!오후 늦은 시간 되면 약간 서늘해서 보일러 켜달라고 했지만 알겠다고 하고 조치를 취한건지 밤새 추워 솜이불 푹 덮고 잤네요.애아빠가 여긴 설비인원 전혀 없는 거 같다고~2.객실청소땜에 체크인 4시 아닌가?! 고개를 갸우뚱할 만큼 바닥은 군데군데 끈적거려 발이 한템포 늦게 떨어지고, 구비된 가구 먼지가 심해 옷가지라도 올려놓으려하니 청소 다해야할 듯하여 비닐 깔고 대충 적재.따로 구비된 샤워실 욕조는 사진에 보듯이 곰팡이 투성, 욕조는 언젠가 닦은건가?!할 정도여서 최대한 샤워는 안하는 방향으로 ㅠㅠ3.객실에 거울이 없어 애아빤 그냥 감으로 드라이~~,,난 최대한 각도 맞춰 애기 손바닥만한 휴대용거울 보며 머리하느라 아침부터 진 빼고,,!프론트에 문의하니 거울같은 거 준비된 거 없으니 알아서 자체해결하라네요~. 죄송하다며~ㅎ4.불운하게도 환불 안되는 예약인지라,, 다음 날 객실 청소 부탁했더니, 주말은 또 객실청소 서비스가 안된다네요~~박박 이의 제기하며 해달라고 요청, 그제서야 죄송하다며 수락 ㅎ대박!!(참고로 저희 호텔스 닷컴을 이용해 예약했는데 1박에 4.6만원돈 줬지만 아고다는 2만원 후반이면 가능했네요.아~~진짜 여러가지로 이번 여행은 폭망!!)정말 뭔가를 해결해줄 생각이 없는 호텔 주인과 스텝인 듯 합니다~!잘 참고하시어 투숙 결정하세요~.왜 평점과 평가는 반은 맞고, 반은 틀리는지~, 초행에선 그런 평가를 보고 길라잡이할 수 밖에 없는데 나름 각자가 그 평가나 점수를 냉철하게 보려는 각자의 기준이 있어야 할 거 같아요 ㅠㅠㅠ

내인생 최악의 숙박업소 쩍쩍들러붙는 바닥.물이 줄줄세는 세면대.곰팡이 천국의 욕조.분리되어 정말더러운 샤워기.밤시ㅣ 깜박이는 현괸등 .비데는 기대도 안한다.침구의 꼬부러진털과 손톱인지 발톱인지.나는 이곳을 내인생 최악의 석박업소로 칭하고 싶다

서면역 바로 옆이 아니라서 조용함. 서면까지 걸어가기 가까움. 방이 1단계만 해도 찜질방처럼 따뜻해서 숙면함. 가격대비 좋은 숙소.

친절하고 객실 넉넉하고 편함

세명이 이용했는데 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 좋아요. 비온다고 사장님이 우산도 계속 빌려주셨어요.조식은 늦잠자서 구경도 못해봄..

직원분들 모두 친잘하시고 주차도 편하고 서면은 걸어서 충분히 다녀올 수 있을만큼 가까이 있어서 좋았어요~~

소음이 크다. 현관등센서가 이상하다. 더웠다. 가운이 없었다. 로비와의 전화연결이 원활하지 않았다.

This hotel was incredible. It was located in a great spot, easy to walk around and literally right in front of the metro exit! The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and there was a lot of space!

I made an all-paid reservation for 3 people, but on arrival was forced to pay an additional fee. The man working the counter basically said if it was an issue I should bring it up with expedia. Also the room had a mildew stench and was lacking a third set of towels, and the type of bathroom mess kit that is common among motels in Korea.

Good conditions in overall. Nice design. Llcal are is also nice

Comfortable room for staying, equipped with computer, huge bath tub and huge bed (king suze or bigger). Perfect for couple (no separator/door between bath tub and common area).

Very helpful English speaking staff. Spacious room but quite dark as no windows. Bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Large bed, but I was quite cold at night as there were only sheets available in the room. A thicker duvet was available from reception at a small additional charge. Hotel around backstreets and not on a main road but I felt safe as a solo female and don’t have any problems. Recommended!

Very stylish and modern, and extremely clean. Front-desk staff was very helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable!

Location is convenient to many places as the subway is just a couple of minutes walking distande to hotel. Hotel is warm enough in winter.

The pictures are terribly misleading. This is a run down hotel with very few redeeming features. Air con was broken, massive holes in the walls, shower flooded room, window didn’t lock, door was left unlocked after they cleaned, unprofessional situation at front desk, heavy stained mould in the shower...I could go on. We left and booked into another hotel as soon as we saw our door was unlocked.

The room is big and very comfortable.. It is also very clean and neat.. It is really very peaceful at night so u can have a good night rest.. There is an elevator in the hotel so don’t have to worry about carrying the luggage up to the room..

Accessible location within 2 minute walk of metro. Room was very large and extremely comfortable. Daytime staff spoke very limited english and did not inform us of the breakfast times so missed breakfast all of the days we were staying. Would stay again (especially since we now know the times).

The room is spacious but the condition was poor. We saw room tiles fall off and left at the corner, floor dirty, bed sheet dirty - More than 5 times that we found hairs on the bed sheet and in our opinion it’s possible that it’s come from different owners and different part of the body! You can imagine. Basement Parking lot is small, so if you happen to stay here we recommend parking at the outdoor parking opposite the hotel, just that you need to leave the car key at reception.

Its awsome. I will stay here again. We love hotel designed and staffs also friendly

Nice and neat hotel. Very convenient location with just 3 mins from the subway.

With a little maintenance it would be a great hotel. Breakfast wasnt anything great. Ran out of breakfast food before services stopped. Paid for the upgraded room with a spa tub that didnt work. Another couples spa tub also didnt work.

Overall its not bad, only one thing I want to mentioned is abt shower, the water isnt too hot when u shower at nite, and feel cold. Other than that, its all good.

Staffs were very friendly. Covenient location just 5 minutes walk from metro station.
