8 minutes walking from Hoehyeon Gate 5 & City Hall Gate 8 subway station. Along the way to Hoehyeon youll pass Namdaemun Market, which is a great place to buy souvenirs. Nearby are also a lot of convenient stores as well as cafe/bakery in case you need a quick bite.The owner is very friendly and her daughter is helpful as well. Her daughter speaks English very well so theres no communication barrier here.Breakfast is served on the top floor everyday. Toast, cereals, coffee, milk, tea. Pretty much you can save on your breakfast before going for a long walk.Went there during winter season, the heater was just nice and its centralized. But in case you felt too hot at night, just request for the air-cond remote from the owner. The room is just nice for 3 person. Afterall youll only be in the hotel room like 12-8am for the night only. The bed is quite hard but I think its okay.

Our whole korea trip was made more amazing because of this guesthouse. The owner was so hospitable to us. The rooms were not that big but it was good enough. I would like to recommend this guesthouse to everyone! :) The best!!!! Also the breakfast is sooooo good!

The location of the guesthouse is very strategic. Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. The value for money is surprisingly good. Perhaps the windows here are not as good. Significantly, the room is really clean. I enjoyed my stay there and made some new friends who travelled alone there.

The location is very excellent. In my very short stay, I ***aged to experience late chicken delivery thanks to the staff who helped us ordering by phone. Cleanliness is almost perfect. The lounge has good character and vibe for a pleasant stay, supplemented with basic computing facility and local map.

I used to stay in hotels when I travel overseas. This was the first time in my life I tried staying in a guesthouse (or I also call it a hostel), and I must say I was very uneasy about this accommodation initially. However, it turns out to be FABULOUS experience. The manager at the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. When you ask him something, if he dont know, he will search the internet for answers. And, if you need information of a certain product, not only will he help to find out the price and the shop address, he will also browse some online forums for user reviews and discounts.It was a great help as those forums are all in Korean language, for people like myself who dont understand Korean, will not be able to get hold of such reviews easily.It may look a little too good to be rating 5 points, but considering the amount I am paying, i think it definitely worth 5 points.

Very nice guesthouse, so close to myeongdong and namdemun market. Also walking distance to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace maybe 15 minutes, also the metro station is just few steps away, very convenient, the manager Ryan, is very attentive and helpful. Beds are comfy and there is an elevator in the building. We really enjoyed our 7 day stay ..

Overall, the hotel service was good. They gave us free upgrade to triple bed room from double bed room. The staff were also friendly and helpful.The hotel was close to sub stations and market places, hence it was at a very accessible and convenient location.The only minus point is the bathroom is too small and hence difficult to move around when bathing. Other than that, given the budgeted price, it was a reasonably good hotel and I may go back.

Almost all the must-go-places in your itinerary is within walking distance. Street food at night, and lokal market just across the street. Staff was always really nice and spoke ***y languages. Generally , it is a good choice for the tourist who do not have a high qualitied requirement.

Floor was not clean with rubbish from earlier occupants chucked below the bed. Also experienced power trip during one of the nights. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

The room is quite small but still comfortable. The area is convenient where a lot of restaurant,grocery shop. The staff is very helpful on all our enquiries.

We had a very enjoyable stay here but theres 1 thing need to be adjust, maybe you can readjust the breakfast time from 7am to 10am

Friendly and helpful staff. Manager recommend us a few good place to visit and dine.The location close to City Hall and Hoehyeon station, just opposite namdeamun market very convenient.

Convenient location, walking distance to subway and shopping areas. Luckily, I chosed a triple room although only 2 of us. Still the room is small and the bed linen not too clean. Toilet is also very small. Not value for money.
