위치를 생각하면 매우 훌륭한 가격이지만 들어가자마자 벌레 두마리를 잡아서 청결에 민감하신 분이라면 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 시원하고 좁지만 샤워실이며 있을 건 다 있어서 하루 묶기에는 괜찮았어요. 직원도 친절해요.

ここは注意が必要な宿です。。口コミにある、感じの良い日本人の方は今は辞めたとのことです。時間外はセルフチェックイン可能と書いてありましたが、受付に行くと何もなく、仕方なく受付にあった電話で電話してみると、「なんだこんな時間に！非常識だろ！ふざけんな！」と韓国語で罵声を浴びせられました。確かに深夜でしたが、チェックイン可能と書いてあったから予約したし、ほかの日本人の宿泊の方がいらしたので伺ったところ、20時にチェックインした時もすでにフロント不在、同じ様に電話で怒鳴られたそうです。客を客と思っていないですね。部屋番号を言われて入りましたが、鍵すら無く…写真で見ると結構可愛い綺麗な部屋ですが、とても裸足では歩けない様な床で、汚いし、建物もすごくボロいです…スリッパは借りれますが、汚いので持参をお勧めします。低料金、好立地でどうしてもownシャワー＋トイレが欲しい人は、ボロさ不潔さは妥協しないとですね。シャワールームは下水の匂いがすごいです。言うまでも無く極狭です。シャワーヘッドはビニールテープでグルグル巻き…笑 水圧は弱いです。使い続けるとお湯が出なくなりますので、こまめに止めた方が良いです。私の部屋はタオルがありましたが、置いていない部屋もあるそうです。エアコンはリモコンが無く、部屋が暑かったです。寒がりなので大丈夫でしたが、あるのはホコリを被った扇風機だけ。回したら病気になりそうです。。良かった点は、棚みたいなところに荷物を載せられたり、テーブル代わりに使えたところです。あと冷蔵庫もちゃんと冷えるし、まぁまぁな大きさがあったのは助かりました。でもまじで二度と泊まらない！！対応、清潔感の無さがすごいです… この値段ならもっと良いところあります！あとチェックアウトして荷物を預かってもらうのも、5000ウォン取られますよ！みんなちゃんと選んで！！

I would advise everyone not to book this guesthouse. My friends and I stepped into the rooms for 10minutes and quickly booked a proper hotel in the same area. The pictures shown on expedia is a lie. 6 years ago I stayed at this guesthouse for 2 weeks and it was lovely so thought we would stay there again this time. Upon arrival, There were 3 youngsters at the check-in all sitting on their phones. No greetings or whatsoever, we were just handed keys. We booked two family rooms for the 5 of us. One of our rooms stank of drain and they did nothing about it. Both rooms were filthy as if they were never cleane d after each guest stay, even one of our beds had stains. I have pictures taken of how dirty the rooms were, I wish I could share with you all. The one pair of slipper they provided in the wet room was horrible. It was mouldy with stains and i can assure you it was just a cheap 1000won slipper from daiso across the road. We quickly left for our new hotels after 20mins. On two separate occasions we handed our keys back the boy who worked at the check-in desk did not even bother to ask why weren’t staying there for the rest of our trip. No questions, just “OK”. They knew how filthy and smelly our rooms were. You wouldn’t dare step into the room in your bare feet. There were dust+sticky stains on the table, fridge tops and even on the extension sockets. You can tell the wet rooms were not cleaned either. We were very disappointed, we would actually like a refund for both rooms.

ホストのお兄さん、隣接するレストランのお兄さんもとても対応が良く、 お部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。 朝ごはんは食パンとチャーハンがあります♪ チャーハンとても助かります。 フルーツ、その他菓子パンのようなものもあり、 コーヒーも無料なのがとても嬉しいです！！ 立地は明洞駅すぐそこなので、夜遅くなっても電車もあるし、 最悪タクシーでも簡単に帰れます(プリンスホテルと言えば間違いなく到着します)。 アットホームだけど贅沢に過ごせるゲストハウスです。

Great location! In the heart of Myeongdong, literally just in front of the metro/subway, and also just in front of all the bus tours. The room was basic, but did the job. The shower was hot, the bed was clean, and there was a fridge too! I would imagine heating or cooling might be an issue, because there was a tiny draft coming from the window, but otherwise I recommend this place!

立地は明洞の目の前で、最高です。部屋は値段相応、納得して泊まったので問題なかったです。

The location of the annex building is not stated. Its very far from myeondong station. Expedia and the owner did not state the correct location precisely. I called alot of times i mean alot of times to refund my booking. But they always say that they have already escalated the issue. But still there is no feedback. I waited for a month. I just got tired of waiting and calling. If i knew that the annex building is far, i wont book this guesthouse. Also, i want to report the staff of the guesthouse myeondong. I wasnt able to get the name. He went to our room at around 11pm to collect our payment. I asked for the receipt and he told me to chat thr guesthouse myeondong. I said okay. We were already asleep at Around 1am, then suddenly that person rang the bell, then after a few seconds knocked on door alot of times to wake us up. I got irritated and opened the door. He just gave the receipt and left. What a horrible experience. Wont recommend!

Für den Preis ist es voll okay. Hinterm Fehrnseher lag noch die Socke vom Vorgänger, die Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert und das Zimmer muß man selber machen. Für jeden der sich von solch kleinen Widrigkeiten nicht Schrecken lässt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Flughafenbus hält vor dem Nachbarhotel (ca. 30 m), die U-Bahnstation ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist lassen sich die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Ach ja, was noch zu beachten ist, die Handtücher sind ein wenig größer als unsere Gästehandtücher und in meinem Zimmer musste man eine ca 50 cm Stufe zum Badezimmer erklimmen.

This is a basic guesthouse. Small space and average cleanliness at cheap price. I only used the room for sleeping but love the location of the guesthouse. It is near airport shuttle, myeongdong, namdaemun, namsan and metro and thats important for me. 2nd time with this guesthouse. Book only if you are not claustrophobic and particular about cleanliness.

Very nicely located Guesthouse in the heart of Myendong District, literally 2 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants you can get in this crazy neighborhood. The hotel is very simple and clean. The reception is always open and if you need any help they are always there. The rooms are spacious and dont require a key (Its a code door). I would really recommend for young couples or a group of friends. Thank you for the Seoul experience.

初めて利用させて頂きました。ミョンドン駅9番出口と10番出口からすぐにあり立地は抜群でした。建物の2階がフロントで、チェックインすると特に何も言われず鍵を渡され、私は2階の部屋だったので、靴を下駄箱に入れて備え付けのスリッパに履き替えて部屋へ。4階までが客室のようですが、エレベーターはありませんでした。シングルの部屋は広くないですが、清潔なシーツ類のベッドとテレビ、デスク、冷蔵庫もあり、スーツケースは広げられるので、寝泊まりだけ出来れば良い方には十分かと思います。利用の注意事項が部屋に貼ってあり、日本語訳も書かれています。シャンプーとボディソープはバスルームにありましたが、タオルなどのアメニティは一切ついていないので持参品を使用しました。フリーwi-fiも問題なく使えました。24時間出入り可能ですが、フロントが不在の時間帯は入り口が電子ロックで施錠されているため、解錠パスワードが必要です。部屋の壁が薄く？廊下や隣の部屋の音がかなり聞こえて来るので気になる方にはオススメしません。チェックアウト時間の11時を超えると超過料金が発生します。スーツケースなどは17時まで5000ウォン？で預かってもらえます。建物を出ると左にコンビニ、右にベーカリーカフェがあり、飲み物の調達も便利です。地下のお粥屋さんのアワビ粥が美味しくて、お一人様でも利用出来ます！値段が安く立地が良いのでまた利用したいです！！

エコノミーシングルに滞在。チェックインの際にスタッフの方が荷物を部屋まで運んでくれて、ゲストハウスなのにとびっくり。3月中旬の旅行でしたが、寒い日は床暖房が入って暑いくらいでした。共同のバスルームは、十分な水圧の熱いお湯が出ました。ベットの幅が狭いけど、明洞駅からすぐの超好立地で、この価格なら文句はありません。多少の生活音は聞こえてしまうので、気になる方は耳栓を持って行く事をお勧めします。

Bedbugs alert! No Elevator! Very rundown. Stayed only 2 hours and then checked out after we felt itchy and sick. Location is good, but there are many other place way better to stay in Myeongdong.

Guest house provided clear directions to get to the place.

Guesthouse is located near to Myeongdong station (about 30s walk from the station exit). Its right beside Myeongdong shopping area. Size of room is just nice for 1 single bed and a small walking area. Not even enough space to open 1 luggage. No lift and stairway is narrow, so might be challenging for people with huge luggage. Staff is nice enough to help me with the luggage though. There is a weird smell coming out of the toilet and theres only one small heater in the room, so its extremely cold in winter. Bed is clean but wall is full of dust. Should only stay here if youre on a really tight budget and just need a space to crash. Dont expect too much with this price.

明洞から近く価格も安かったし、レビューも良かったので寝るだけならと思い2泊を予約しましたが、やっぱりお値段で決めてはいけないと改めて思いましたｍ（＞(エ)＜)結局、その日に違う所を予約し泊まることにしてたので、安いとは言えお金だけ無駄になってしまいました。

The guy in the front desk is really nice. I had many silly questions he was able to help me with.

ミヨンドンにあるホステルなので結構買い物するときに便利ですね

I’ve stayed at many guesthouses in Seoul, and this one was by far the dirtiest. There are plenty of guesthouses in Myeongdong that are much higher quality for the same price as this one.

Easy to walk to Myeongdong shopping street and subway station.near Seoul tower.
