Location is excellent. Rate is reasonable. Room is clean & tidy, staff are very helpful. Though simple breakfast served yet yummy.This is our second time visiting Mom House we will still take it as our fist choice.

Everything is so accessible, just few steps from Myeongdong stn, and just across airport bus. Also, Myeongdong shopping area is just across the street. The staff are nice and friendly. It would be better to redesign the bathroom as since it is shared, the space for shower area is blocked by the sink.

Accomodation - there are 2 buildings. 1 grp was sent to bldg where reception is located. It has 1 elevator. Room is a little small and cramped, the toilet has no separate shower area. The lavatory faucet only have a separator where the shower hose is attached. Waste water at the lavatory drains very slow due to hair accumulating since it is where most wash their hair. Rust stains in the tiles around the toilet. Drinking water - no available cup you have to request from reception. There is water dispenser outside in the pantry area. Beddings - we got twin room. There are 2 single beds with 1 pillow and 1 blanket. Towels - no bath towel. They provide 4 pcs hand towel. Towels are old and with holes and runs on the sides. Amenities - tissue, shampoo, conditioner and body wash onlyLocation - near myeondong night market, exit 2 and exit 1 of myeongdong subway station, near dropoff shuttle bus from airport. 2nd grp sent to bldg 2 since bldg 1 already full. Bldg 2 have no elevator. Only stairs. All rooms in 2nd flr. Room-toilet configuration same with bldg 1. Breakfast - 1st day - coffee, orange juice, bread, strawberry jam, butter, sunny side up egg, bacon, banana cake, orange and banana slices. 2nd day - same as above except instead of bacon it was replaced with plain porridge and seaweed. 3rd day - same as above except instead or porridge. replaced w/ plain pasta with tomatoes. Cleaning - reception said they do not clean or replace towel on daily basis.

ホテルは明洞駅の２番出口から出て２分くらいで着きます。急な坂道があるので注意が必要です。初めてこのホテルを利用した時に部屋の壁が薄いせいか音が漏れるのでちょっと不便に感じました。フロントのスタッフさんも対応が若干粗末な部分があるので改善して欲しいです。朝食はにゅうめんやトーストが提供されます。ごく普通でした。買い物しに行くならこのホテルに泊まっていいのですがプライバシーに気になる方にはおすすめしません。

Amenities was not replenished until requested. Towel was small (like a face towel size). Breakfast was very simple. Location is perfect. Opposite Uniqlo Myeongdong (the bus stop to take limousine bus 6015).

位置方便，地鐵站也近，步行對面就是明洞商圈。民宿下有餐飲服務，晚上天台暫聚一個不錯的選擇！唯一自己要留意的是，民宿都是半自助的形式，我們四人租五人間，房間空間足夠但只能配一張房卡

This is a basic hotel at a good rate near a popular area. If you want to see Myeong-dong area and not spend a lot this is a good hotel. Breakfast is basic but a nice start to the day.

The room is dusty with corners not vacuumed properly, we can see clumps of dust. Windows are not winter proof and cold air can seep in although the windows were completely shut. Lots of visible mould can be seen in the toilet / bathroom. Towels are v small and thin. Room was not cleaned daily. Saw a spotted blood stained tissue on the window ledge of room and gave feedback to reception counter lady. Breakfast was simple, no frills but not bad. Room heater works well but aircon is v dusty as well.

The hotel is very close to public transport and the Myeongdong shopping district. The staff were not very accommodating or friendly, it almost felt like they spoke no English whatsoever. The room was nice, though people staying on the same floor were quite loud late at night. Getting to the hotel was not too difficult, but trying to find food or the correct transport routes for sightseeing was relatively harder than it should have been because it felt like I could not ask the front desk for help. The views from the room were charming.

七月份入住，位置绝佳，就在4号线明洞站旁边。连住六晚，早餐太简单，就寿司、蛋糕，有点吃腻了。房间卫生打扫不及时，需提前一天同前台说了第二天才会打扫，而且打扫得不干净，打扫之后地面全是头发没扫。

The single room have just enough space for me to open my luggage. The floor is heated but the aircon is centralized. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. The location of this hotel can not be beaten. We did get our moneys worth as far as rate goes.

Super convenient as it is near myeong dong station. It is clean as well. The towels are very small.

1泊しました。チエックアウトは11時で荷物を整理し部屋でくつろいでいたら 清掃のおばちゃんらしき人物に突然、部屋のドアを開けられた。チエックアウトまで20分あると言うのに…。洋服を着てベットに腰掛けているだけだったからいいようなものの、謝るわけでも無く「あ まだいたの」くらいの感じで モソモソ喋り扉を閉じた。3月にも2泊で予約していたのに その態度に腹が立って宿泊キャンセルしました。立地は抜群だけど二度と行きません。

Anytime of the day, they are willing to help with any request. All areas of the hotel were very clean. All the members of staff to be really polite and considerate. Location was great- we walked to get to everywhere. Easy to locate and very accessible to all tourist attractions.

私はスジュペンなので4回目の利用です。駅近で便利ですが部屋は狭いです今回は部屋に入っていきなりぎゅさんがゲストハウスなので初めての人はシャワーを見てびっくりするかも。スリッパが無いので近くのダイソーで買いました。朝食は簡単な物が付いてます。スジュペンにはご存知のキュヒョンのお父さんが経営者です。気さくな方でお父さんもお母さんもお願いすれば一緒に写真を撮ってくれます

立地良し、サービス良し。 隣接するレストランのチキンもとっても美味しいので、 ゆっくり過ごす方にもショッピングを楽しんで帰る人にも最適です。 私は安心感があるので、ソウルに来ると毎回ここに宿泊しています。

Strategically, the guesthouse is the best because its so near the streetfood, night market and subway. It is in a great location and not so congested. As the name already suggest, please expect the room to be VERY SMALL ie MINI. The hotel rooms were kept very clean.

Nice hotel with great location for family.

Toilet ceiling leaking informed the help desk and was told they will repair the next day. But when asked the very next day, they reacted as if they didnt know. We told them to do room cleaning end up they only tidy the blankets without changing the bed sheets. Used towels were left inside our bathroom.

Just a traffic light away from Myeongdong street where you can get absolute everything! Its also easily accessible to the metro station where you can explore anywhere. :)

The staff is friendly and provide help for anything asked. I like the location even the aiirport shutter stop close to the guest house. Our visit to Seoul during 26-30 Jul 12, the most hottest season with Summer Sale was fun and enjoyable as we stayed at Gusthouse Myeongdong, Korean Style Family Room.

Good location. But room very small. Basic amenities. Overall is ok for two nights stay.

Location is superb, which is right in the shopping district. Room is tiny, and definitely is not large enough for two people with their shopping stuffs. Breakfast is OK. The staff is friendly.

有簡便早餐供應，位置超方便，就在明洞站2號出口，直行轉右上斜路就到。對面馬路就是明洞大街，購物、飲食，超方便。房間雖小，但十分整潔，有淋浴露、洗頭水、護髮素供應，但就要自己帶牙膏牙刷及杯。每層亦有廚房，內有煮食爐、微波爐提供使用。有天台位置可供吸煙人士去呼吸。

Provide service for tours and food choice. After intensive research, I have chosen this place because I am on a solo budget trip and the location seems to be the best. Note that I am not a fussy traveler and can adapt to any type of stay as long it is clean.

Good breakfast options,Near metro station,Near bus station。 excellent location first night...i was provided with two shampoos and a conditioner..called the front desk. the staff wasnt able to communicate in english nor chinese. i asked if there is anything for body wash.. the staff said she wasnt sure.. then I asked if they only provide shampoo and the staff said she thinks so..

部屋はとても清潔感があり綺麗でした。スタッフのサービスが良かったです。交通の便がいいです。朝食は申し分ないです。

非常便利，房間乾淨無異味，櫃檯人員都會說中文，非常便於溝通，唯獨房間隔音還是仍聽得到小小聲音，尤其是在別人在外面開門講話的時候特別聽得到

朝食は期待はずれでした。しかし、フロントの担当者がとても親切だった。交通の便はよく、快適に過ごすことができました。

Nice, comfortable and great location. The only downside is that the towel provided is small towel.

发生一个小插曲，就是丟了一頂新買的帽子在房裡。原以為不見了，幸好前台妹子熱心積極幫我尋回。所以必須給5分啊。。。。

性價比不錯，位置方便，機場巴士可到，對面就是明洞，還有早餐，喜歡逛街買東西的人很方便，旁邊就是地鐵明洞站，去別的地方也很快，回程搭車回機場也很便捷。

The hotel very clean and big also easy opening of my baggage ,location excellent easy for shopping, the staff was very helpful.I will stay again if I come to Seoul.

交通便利，離明洞商業區非常近，環境乾淨溫馨。唯一不好的就是房間隔音有點差，半夜靜下來會聽到隔壁房間的聊天聲。
