每次往返酒店都需要走一個很陡峭的斜坡民宿不太偏僻 在明洞8號出口走個5-10分鐘就到了在2130後入住的話前台就不會有人 所以一整個旅程我都沒有遇到任何工作人員 但指示很清晰 有中英文的翻譯 沒有太大難題房間跟樓梯都偏小跟窄特別是廁所 只能轉個身 廁所花灑水勢會忽大忽小 忽熱忽冷應該與其他房間共用水有關 地板部分地方有暖器 因此房間不會冷整體感覺還可以

First of all, i would like to thank Welcome Guesthouse for giving such a good experience on my stay for my VERY FIRST SOLO TRIP. The room and hotel are so CLEAN and having a COMFORT SMELL. Location is just 5 mins walk from MyeongDong subway station Exit 3. Famous Myeongdong street is just right opposite from MyeongDong subway exit 3, Olive Young, McDonald, GS25, Money changer, 7eleven all are just walking distance from the hotel. Simple breakfast is provided, you can even cook the egg by yourself. Warm welcome by the reception, and Yong (one of the receptionist) has given me a lot of helps to a female solo traveler like me. Guesthouse has no lift, however do not worry on this as the reception will help you carry your luggage to your room. They are also very helpful in guiding you through the map. They have warm floor adjuster, you can make your floor in warm when you are in cold weather. So Overall, this is a very good guesthouse. Will come back again in future and will strongly recommend to travelers who travel to Seoul. Best guarantee.

Room was perfect for our small family. The value for money is after in my opinion very good. I felt like the really took care of me during my time there. A good place to spend the night because we arrived at 9pm , before we go to Seoul the next day.

Location is great! 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong station exit 3, which is opposite the main shopping/street food market. Its also very near to the cable car (5 minutes) going up to N Seoul tower, recommended for anyone to visit when in Seoul. Love the guesthouse, our room was very comfortable. Bed was a little hard for me but I have a bad back so Im not used to sleeping on a hard mattress. Queen size bed so its great for a couple! Small bathroom but very clean. The rate is very reasonable for such a location and service. Staff are super friendly and they will help you as much as they can. Breakfast is self service with simple eggs and toast. Theres a water cooler on the 2nd floor that you can fill your bottle up whenever. The place is well kept and very cute, Joe the owner takes a photo of guests when they leave and put it around the reception area. Also, theres 2 computers for guests to use and free wifi all around. We definitely would come back to Welcome Guesthouse the next time were in Seoul! :) Thanks guys!

Great guesthouse with great person incharge and great location. Its just a few minutes walks from myeongdong station exit 6 and namsam tower. Food and Shopping in myeongdong is just 5 min away from hotel.. Super convenient. Simple breakfast provided like bread, eggs, coffee tea and orange juice. PIC helped us to make reservation for everland and cab too. Overall, we enjoyed our 6 nights stay here a lot!

The place was slightly uphill, located close to the center of the city. Its easy to find food, convinience store. The staff were very helpful in giving up information about the surroundings and the sightseeing places. We have everything we need for basic living in the guesthouse.The wooden floor was very warm. We can manage the room temperature ourself. The bathroom was using the wet system, where the floor was wet after taking shower. Just one thing, the matress was a bit hard for us but we were able to get extra blanket on the top of the matress, so it was helpful too.

We spent 4 nights with our 18 month old daughter at this resort. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel overall is clean and very tidy. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help us.

The price was very reasonable for the hotel. Staffs are quite friendly in nature. The rooms are of a high standard. The shuttle drives were all super nice. The bed is very comfortable. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. Over all a very good stay.

Really nice, very helpful staff! However, the accommodation are extremely basis. Clean though and located in a good area right beneath the Seoul Tower. My biggest warning is that there is no real shower area, just a handheld faucet between the sink and the toilet. It was okay for me because I only stayed one night and decided not to attempt trying to shower without making a mess, but for people staying longer, it might be something to consider.

The hotel staffs are all super friendly and helpful. And you feel welcomed by them during your stay :) !I stayed in a single room. Tiny,clean but basically got everything I need. Their shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is good enough that I dont have to use mine and which is unexpected. They got hairdryer in the room. For adapter, you can pay a deposit and rent it which is quite convenient. The hot water comes immediately which is really great as it was freezing in Seoul during my stay (dont worry they have heater). The only thing upset me was the wall is quite thin that it could be really noisy if some people they are inconsiderate. But you can simly say it loud to stop them inside your room which I did stop them. So overall its nice.

Even though I arrived too early for check-in, the receptionist gave me a lovely welcoming and directly lead me to my room and gave me explanations for everything. The location is really good, whether you want to visit Namsan Park or go to Myeongdong Centre, you can reach everything by walk. The train station is really near too! I really recommend this guest house. I stayed in single room.

It was great overall. It is on the hill but it really didnt bother me that much. Nice, clean place with kind staffs.They carried my luggage to the 2nd floor and tried to carry it back when I checked out due to no elevators.I thought this was very thoughtful. The owner was apologetic about thin walls but it is guesthouse, not firstclass hotel so i used ear plugs. When I couldnt get to sleep due to loud voices next door, I contacted staff.They immediately came upstairs to resolve the issue. Very responsive to guests concern.

The room is basic but is sufficient. There is no chair in the room. You have to sit on the floor. That is something we do not get use to. The bathroom is a wet bath in the same room of the toilet which is usual for B&B. They provide 2 hand towel size towels and not bath towels. You may wish to bring your own bath towels. The front desk Oppa helps to carry the luggage as there is no elevator. The Oppa took our picture for their guests photos collection.

As a guesthouse, the room is a reasonable size with private bathroom. Wifi signal is strong and stable. Cozy and clean room that solo traveler will love. Have both air conditioning and heated floor. Recommend to those who just need a place to rest. Just that as most guesthouse, the wall is quite thin, so maybe noisy if the neighbor room talk in loud voice.

Excellent well spoken guy at reception on the first day. Second day the other guy couldnt speak english too well and was knocking on my door on the dot of 11am telling me to check out asap ! Anyway the room was nice but bed was a little hard and mattress was so thin you could feel the wood supports underneath.Breakfast was self catering toast and jam.With all being said i do recommend it but it is a little over priced.I would stay there again

The only thing is that the hotel is located up a small hill. It’s about a 5 minutes uphill walk. We don’t mind but can be difficult for others. Great location and good value otherwise.

Highly recommend if you planning to stay in myeondong area with tight budget! Worth staying! Helpful and friendly Staff! P.S: Thanks for playing KPop music videos while we are having breakfast! :)

Guesthouse is really good located. Just 5 minutes to Metro and city. Lobby looks really nice. Got lots of information beforehand. The owner is very friendly and helpful! Guesthouse offers everything backpackers need. Wifi is also very fast. We stayed 6 nights and would come back.

Good value for money,Excellent location I did not success to find the phone number to infom the hotel about my late arrival but my keys were ready and the room available.

This hotel is really clean and staffs are really nice. it is near city area (Myeong-dong) and convenient.The room is kind of small, but its much enough for just sleeping and relaxing.

The hostel is very closed to the Myeongdong shopping area. The owner and two staffs, Jacob & Daniel, are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very clean, tidy place with friendly staff. Walking distance to subway station, its very convenient to travel, but roads are slightly sloppy if traveling with elderly.

We had a corner room that was quite large. Staff didnt offer much information but they were kind. I dont think the sheets were ever washed they just sprayed them with something. There is also tin roofing or something so overnight rain was horribley loud.
