여기 완전강추해요..ㅎㅎㅎ완전 게스트하우스로 만들어진곳이예요.아이들이 있어서 침대 더블2개 싱글한개 했는데 너무 여유있어서 편했어요..그리고 1층에 먹거리를 먹을수 있는 상가와 편의점이 있어서 편했어요.저녁에 늦게 도착했는데 요기를 할수 있어서 좋았네요.그리고 공항과 너무 가까워서 편했어요.

오전 7시 비행기라 당일 지방에서 올라가기 부담스러워 그 전날 묵었습니다. 숙소에서 공항은 셔틀이나 자기부상열차를 무료로 이용하면 되서 매우 편리했고(10분 거리), 관리자분이 매우 친절하십니다. 도착 전에 관리자분이 호실과 정보 알려주셔서 대면 없이 그냥 들어가면 됩니다. 주변에 식당, 편의점도 있고, 방은 그냥 침대와 TV, 에어컨 있는 꽤넓은 오피스텔이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 청결도는 not bad, 위치, 가격, 친절도 면에서는 만족합니다.

위치도 편리하고 뷰도 참 좋아요~^^/Room이 비좁지 않은데다 통창이라 시원한 느낌이 들어 편안했습니다.근처 맛집도 몇 군데 있어서 좋았답니다.저녁은 바로 옆 건물 스타닭스, 아침은 같은 건물의 카페HAN에서 맛있는 시간 즐겼답니다.- 스타닭스 : 영계 한 마리 반이 나오는 대표메뉴 닭도 물론 좋았지만, 해물떡볶이가 아주 일품이랍니다.- 카페HAN : 7:30am OPEN이라 편안히 조식 즐길 수 있답니다. 특이하게도 김밥이 있는데 옛날 할머니 생각나는 집밥김밥입니다.하룻밤 편안히 쉬고~저희는 가까운 을왕리해수욕장 놀러갔었어요. 참고하세요~

얼마전 해외에서 돌아오는길에 이곳 방문했다전화로 예약해서 들어갔는데 사무실 찾기가 좀 어려웠다이곳 건물에는 다른이름의 게스트하우스 가 3~4개 더 있었다직원분 볼수도 없었고 전화하니 문자로 방 호실과비번을 알려주어 객실에 들어가 보니 전체적으로 지저분하고 두번다시 방문할곳 아닌것 같다~~오는날도 직원은 없었다

이른 아침 인천 공항 출발시 숙박하기에 편함.차량 제공 옵션시 공항이동에 편리.게스트 하우스도 독립성이 유지..번거롭지 않은것도 장점.

공항근처 저렴하게 숙박할수있다 그러나 여름에는 중앙냉방이라 너무더웠음 그거빼고는 주변식당등 먹을곳이 많아서 좋았고 이마트도 있어서 필요한거 살수있음

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Shower hot and strong. Unfortunately it was winter time and the heater wasn’t warming the room enough. I nearly froze throughout the night.

This Hotel is a remarkable gem. Yes, its a standard Korean hotel which means its a bit spartan & utilitarian but the location is great with quick & easy access to Incheon Airport and Seoul via the Taxi Stand right outside the front door. There are excellent & economical traditional Korean restaurants on the ground floor of the building as well as two convenience stores. The rooms are clean and well appointed with a fridge, TV, microwave, and a small cooktop. The staff were all friendly & helpful. I consider this Hotel to be excellent value for money - unique in the hyper expensive Incheon Airport environment of overpriced, grotty rooms. I will stay there again the next time I transit through Incheon.

我的評價如下：（滿分十分）衛生～9.5分便利～10分服務～10分語言～10分為什麼我的評價那麼高？原因很簡單，老闆娘中、韓語都流利好溝通，讓你到達一個陌生國度時減少了很多語言上的摸索，她的親切有著北方人的那種大辣辣的親和力，在多個國家旅行中，這次的住宿經驗是最值得推薦給大家的。為什麼清潔方面我扣了0.5分呢？並非不乾淨而是都給滿分太假了。

This is your very basic simple type of accommodations. No frills for sure, but the beds were comfortable and clean. Be warned that the cab ride there for 3 cost $25. Supposedly the hotel is a little over a mile away, but it ended up being about a 15 minute ride and the cab driver wasnt familiar with the hotel so we had to circle around more than once. Whatever...it served its purpose, some rest in between flights.

The information from the website is misleading. The free shuttle bus was not provided by the hotel. It was the shuttle bus run by the airport. The hotel was just located close to the bus stations. They do not have shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport. I spent at least 45 minutes to find the shuttle bus to get to the hotel. The Other problem was the owner did not speak too much English so the communication was very difficult. The hotel actually is an apartment building. The owner will give you a access card when you’re arrived. There was no front desk clerk to answer your questions, you will have to figure out everything by yourself. One thing that really surprised me was the breakfast service. I paid for the food when I booked the hotel. The restaurant was supposed to open at 7:00 am but no one showed up until 7:15am. If you have to catch an early flight, buy you own food from somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to the people who do not speak Korean

The service was great. They picked us up from the airport and even showed us around the neighborhood a little bit - pointed out stores And such. The room itself was awesome - spacious, clean, nice view. The bathroom was not planned well. The shower stall is about 15cm from the edge of the toilet. Very difficult to maneuver. There’s a gap between the floor and the bottom of the shower stall so the water goes everywhere and the floor is very slippery.

Stayed one night in april 2019. I got 24 hr layover at ICN so need somewhere close to the airport. Once i booked got a msg from the owner how to check in and ask if i need a pick up service. There is free train and bus so dis not need. The owner was super kind and helpful. The room was cleans and bed was comfortable however washroom was little bit outdated. There’s grocery mart(E-mart) could bought some gift for my family/friend. If i come to Incheon airport again will stay here again. — 인천 레이오버라 근처 묶을 곳이 필요했는데 완벽한 위치였습니다. 모노레일이 무료라 공항과 숙소까지 접근성도 좋았습니다. 근처에 이마트도 있고 주변 식당가가 많아 끼니 해결도 쉬웠습니다. 냉장고 세탁기 구비되어 있었으며 레인지도 보였으나 사용은 못하는 것 처럼 보였습니다. 멀티탭이 다양한 규격으로 준비되어있어 편리했습니다. 주인분이 굉장히 친절하시고 도움을 많이 주시어 다음번 일있을 때 또 예약할 것입니다.

I was satisfied with the room especially as it had two large beds for a good price. My advice to others would be to take a taxi not the shuttle bus from the airport as it’s difficult to find the hotel at night and maybe even during the day. Price of taxi very reasonable at around $5.

The staff is very nice. He contacted me one day before my trip to make sure I know where to meet him so he can send my family to the hotel. the hotel is not in a good condition. it is not clean. we only stay there for 1 night because of transit. i hate to say but I will not go back again

This place is good for an overnight stay. It is more like a hostel type or apartment type than a hotel style. I stayed 1 night for a long layover and it worked for me. Nothing fancy but a good place to sleep for the night. Also, it is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle. It was easy for me to navigate. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It is a self check in place. Just make sure to get to the correct address, if no one answers the door, youll see a note with your reserve name. Instructions are easy to follow.

It was last min. deal I took. I liked fast host response my massage and communication though hotels.com massage. Also, I be able to self check in room and thankfully it was big , clean room. It was perfect for me to rest very comfortable.

My flights wee cancelled and Philippines back on lockdown right as free cancelation expired. I was 12 hours late cancelling. Management would not honor or even give a voucher.Hotels,com need to revaluate its COVID policy as this was no fault of my own. At the very least, a voucher should have been given or a fee of 1 night for cancel.I will choose a different hotel next time. Maye it is just a Korean thing.

仁川空港近くでホテルを探したところ、レジデンスタイプが比較的安かったため宿泊してみました。オーナーさんとはカカオトークでのやり取りにて、質問等対応いただきました。近くに有名どころのホテルもあり、立地は良いと思います。お部屋は広く、韓国の一般家庭に泊まりにきたような感じです。ホテルとは違う点が割りきれる方は全く問題ないと思います。冷蔵庫には無料のお水や使い捨ての歯ブラシもありました。早朝にチェックアウトし、空港行きの無料バスに乗りましたが、近くにはタクシーも止まっていました。

The communication was great but I wonder how it would have been if I didn’t have WhatsApp. The room was old but okay. The bathroom was the most disappointing spot, it was especially run down and in need of reform. Good water pressure though.

Excellent customer service! I was worried about my flight coming in late, and a staff member walked me through every step of the way via WhatsApp. Airport shuttle also a huge plus, and easy check in.

老闆和老闆娘都親自接待和接送，老闆娘會說中文很好溝通，對於一早的班機住在機場旁真的很方便！

店主也太好人了吧，來回機場接送服務真的得好，而且當天我們凌晨五點出發到機場，他們也能夠準時接送我們，真的真的辛苦了。房間很大，我們兩個人也給兩張雙人床，整體也舒適，不錯！

This is convenient to stay if ur looking to be very close to incheon airport. however, its too close that its very loud. every 10 mins or so, u can hear the airplane. this is more like an airbnb than a hotel (just, be advised in advance)

Stayed here because I had a very early flight the next day, it was great because you can walk to/from terminal 1 in about 20 minutes. Shuttle doesn’t start until 5:26 am. Good value.

Good place to stay near Seoul airport...3 minutes from airport monorail. Beware you will be given a code to open your door by email... you have to touch the lock to activate the screen... took me awhile to figure this out. Good value.

Rooms were amazing for the price. A little wear and tear, but very spacious and nothing felt dirty. Good location, planes can be heard but are pretty easy to tune out

The hotel is 16 km drive way from the airport. Even though it looks close to the airport, the driving distance is long. There is no proper reception. It was difficult to understand what to do, no one opened the door when I rang and knocked on the ‘reception’ door on the 11th floor. The envelope with the room and door password was stuck on the door. The room was clean, with all the necessary amenities.

Comfortable and very close to Incheon airport... we arrived late at night, but received room number and door code by text, making check in very easy! Great service!

It’s an ok service apartment. Very adequate for a layover or if you’re busy working. Not a vacation or tourist location.

I had tremendous problems to find the hotel, there is no reception at the ground floor, there not even a slightest sign at the ground floor where to find the place. I finally found their tricky location based on the not clear data from their address. When I finally reached their office (room 1130), then no one opened the door. In the end - I had no chance to use the facility I paid for.

Great communication from the hotel indicating airport pickup times and what vehicle number to look for. I would stay here again.

Convenient room close to the airport. This is not a hotel so there is not really reception but they are very dilligent and responsive and provide free shuttle during business hours. The rooms are very clean, and well organized. WIFI is very good.
