일하다 화장실이 급해서 잠깐 쓰겠다고 하니 저를 호텔화장실을 쓸 수 있도록 해주었습니다

깨끗합니다 한가지 아쉬운점은 주차시설이 없습니다

주변환경이 아쉽지만 호텔자체만 놓고본다면 쾌적하고 좋음가격대비 방 만족도는 아주아주 높음조식도 중타이상.어매니티에 칫솔이 있다 !!!

A cube hotel provided exceptional customer service. Front desk especially Ken went out of his way to help us and make our stay amazing. The staff all spoke English and were happy to help. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Wonderful big bathroom and very comfortable beds and very clean. The area was great too as only a 5-8 min walk to 4 major shopping malls and Dongdamun market so very convenient. It was also great to have the free breakfast included. The breakfasts were tasty And each morning there was a variety of different food. We highly recommend Acube hotel. Incredible value and exceptional experience.

Acube was the perfect hotel for our stay. We needed a room for 2 adults and 3 small children and stayed in a room with 3 double beds. It was a nice size as a lot of the hotels in Seoul seem to have a very cramped space with multiple beds. Acube had a little extra room and we were fine staying there for 5 nights.In my view the breakfast in the lobby was perfect, enough to get you going for the day. If you need to gorge out on breakfast buffet so you dont need lunch then it wont be for you. If you want a typical asian buffet it wont be for you. But I loved it.Wifi in the room was excellent, we used it to stream multiple devices at same time at night with no issue. Staff were helpful and went out of their way when we had a couple of requests.There was a well known Korean drama TV show shooting in the street behind the hotel outside our window when we were there so that added to the fun.Just on the next street corner (100m away) is the entrance to the green metro line station. Be aware it is then a 5 min walk underground to the actual station. It is easy enough but just good to know what to expect. Acube is basically positioned half way between two metro stations.You can also walk back to Dongdaemun where there is a lot more going on than the immediate area around the hotel which is fairly quiet. To us this was way better than say staying in the middle of Myeongdong and having craziness all around you as soon as you walk out the hotel lobby.

It was a great hotel to stay. It would be good to edit on this site for different ways of transportation from the airport to get to the area and how to find the hotel and other obvious visual landmark and sinage for travellers to locate the hotel. A simple map will be good to get around the area. Also, this hotel has simple self service laundry and should update here.

We stayed 6 nights in a family room with 2 double beds, it was just nice for us 2 adults with 2 kids. I love the cleanliness of our room and its considered spacious. The beds were very comfy, we had a good rest throughout our stay. Hotel location was in between 2 train stations, so need to walk a bit but train station exit to underground was just 2 min walk away and airport bus station was across the road, that is such easy access to and from airport. The only dislike was probably the breakfast choices were limited, and so I only had it for 2 days. Overall it was a great choice of hotel for us!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und modern eingerichtet. Besonders toll war der Service an der Rezeption! Bei allen Fragen und Wünschen war das Personal für einen da und konnte einem auf englisch sehr gut weiterhelfen. Außerdem gibt es auf jedem Zimmer ein Smarphone welches man während dem Aufenthalt mitnehmen und nutzen kann! Das Smartphone verfügt über kostenloses mobiles Internet - sehr praktisch um sich in Seoul zurechtzufinden- und kostenlose nationale Anrufe. Außerdem sind einige internationale Gespräche inklusive jedoch nicht Deutschland. Das Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend - es gab Croissants, Milchbrötchen, Toast, Rührei, Bacon, Marmelade und Müsli. Alles in allem kann man das Acube Hotel auf jeden Fall für eine Reise nach Seoul empfehlen!

Stayed twice (2 different rooms) during same trip to Seoul as we did a side trip in between. It’s located on a quiet side street off the busy main road which is good. 2 min walk to the nearest linkway to both stations (refer to their map). From there another few min walk to respective stations. A pleasant stay both times except for the second one, the aircon system didn’t work (shut down due to change of season as per staff). Only heating was available. The room was super uncomfortable, hot and stuffy (it wasn’t cold enough to warrant heating) We called front desk and was told to “turn heating off and open windows”. Well that didn’t help with ventilation, and we had a mosquito problem! In the end we had to shut the windows and put up with stuffy air. That was my only complaint. The hotel must change the aircon policy. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay in terms of cleanliness and location with breakfast included. Lots of cheap local restaurants next to Baiton hotel which is nearby.

Very good hotel. I will go back again. Convenient to subway.

第三次入住，落機搭機場出市中心的巴士，再走2分鐘左右就到酒店，前枱的服務有禮親切。

Wonderful, friendly and helpful reception - especially the day time staff. They certainly go the extra mile to help you. Housekeeping is also excellent. Local area is not bad but we are with very young children so that’s a bit of a walk for them from the stations, but would have been very good for adults.

三個女孩來到東大門就是想行批發購物～酒店位置方便，步行5分鐘有巴士站，步行15分鐘到地鐵站～步行3分鐘有便利店～酒店房大，我要的是四人房，房間很大～三個大行李箱打開也有很多空間～洗手間浴室和洗手位置分開，非常方便，一個洗澡，另外兩個可以再外化妝！

Jay (night shift) at the front desk was helpful and thoughtful. I had an early morning check out and he helped to book a cab as it was raining. The night before, I asked about the T-money pass refunds. He wrote me a note in Korean language, so I wont have any issues at the metro service counter when asking for refunds. Unfortunately, the service counters were closed. Appreciate your help Jay!

Staffs was very helpful, breakfast was great and the hotel is very clean.

The location of the Acube Hotel was in between two subway stops and very convenient. The rooms were functional and easy to use. Nothing fancy but definitely good value for money. The breakfast was simple and basic.

Great location with easy access to Subway stations and, night markets. The staff were very helpful and the family room came with a fridge. Breakfast buffet available with limited options. Would probably recommend options for vegans as this wasnt really catered for.

Location is out of the way that need to take public transport to reach the shopping areas. But it does offer a big & clean room for my family of 4.

Sehr freundliche (englischsprachige ) Begrüßung, mit direkter Weitergabe von Infomaterial über die Stadt, Verkehrsanbindung und mögliche Besuchsziele. Sehr komfortables ( wenn auch nicht sehr großes) Zimmer mit großem bequemen Bett, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und gratis Mineralwasser. Möglichkeit zum Wäschewaschen und Trinkwasserspender. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Perfektes Hotel um Seoul kennenzulernen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Durch die Zimmergröße eingeschränkte Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Hotel muy reciente situado en Dongdaemum y no muy lejano de Myeong-dong, zona muy bien comunicada por el excelente metro de la ciudad y con acceso a numerosos centros de atracción a pie si se prefiere caminar. Al lado de algunos de los mejores mercados del centro de Seul como Gwangjang o Jungbu. Grandes almacenes, algunos abiertos 24h en la proximidad, de interés variable.El hotel en si es muy reciente, confortable. bien decorado sin excesos. Habitación amplia, cuarto de bsño con ducha expuesta, para algunos puede ser inconveniente pero imagino que es un problema subsanable.tal vez mayor que la categoría contratada (estudio con vista parcial) con acceso independiente, bien iluminada. Desayuno de buena calidad con elección un tanto limitada pero para ser incluido en el precio está más que bien, en sala sin problema de ocupaciónAcceso al metro desde Eujiro 4 (Sa)-Ga o Dongdaeum History & Culture Park, las dos estaciones están comunicadas por una galería subterránea con entrada a pocos metros del hotel. Numerosas tiendas de 24 horas en las cercanías, sobre todo en dirección al Dongdaeum Design Plaza, lo mismo en refencia a retaurantes o puestos de comida callejera. Se puede llegar fácilmente desde el aeropuerto por el autobús 6001 parada en el hotel Baitan a pocos metros, hay que andar unas pocas decenas de metros y el hotel está a la izquierda en el otro lado de la avenida bien visible. También se puede llegar al aeropuerto desde el metro.Totalmente recomendable

Small room (as been booked).The Hotel looks very nice inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was free breakfast, which was in medium quality.The area around the hotel isnot very nice, but there are Metro-stations and many shopping possibilities in walking distance. The Hotel has its own Korea-Grill restaurant (not tested)

The staff there is warm and really helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious. It really exceeded my expectations of a 3-Star hotel.

大致上是不錯，但被安排在半樓中間，每天帶老小還得搭完電梯再爬樓梯，挺麻煩的。洗衣服與飲水機也沒有電梯直達，要再爬樓梯。
