친절합니다.습기가 잘 안빠지는지 약간 눅눅했습니다.

다음 날 일찍 뱅기를 타야해서 묵게 되었다.외관은 좀 오래되었지만 실내는 깔끔했고 넓어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었다.가격대 훌륭한 숙박업소였다.다만,주위에 늦은시간까지 술을 파는 음식접들이 많아....새벽까지 취객들의 고성으로...시끄러웠음...ㅡ.ㅡ

우선,무척 친절하신 모든직원분들께!대단히 감사!!!!디럭스 트윈룸에서 편안하게 휴식을 취하고 다음날 새벽에 떠나는 관계로 아침식사는 못했지만 리셉션 직원분께서고맙게도 맛있는 믹스커피를 주셨씀인천공항으로 데리러 와주시고,다음날 다시 인천공항으로 데려다주심.(새벽 5시30분부터 한시간에 한번씩 셔틀버스운행. 인천공항에서 호텔로 전화하면 픽업하러 와주심.)다음에도 꼭! 인천에어포트호텔를 이용할생각이고 친절한 곳만을 좋아하는 우리에게 어울리는 편안한 호텔이였어요~(다시한번 친절한 서비스에 감사드려요)

운서역에서 도보로 7분 택시로는 기본요금의 거리에디럭스 트윈룸에서 1박 했습니다.디럭스 트윈룸에는 더블베드 하나 싱글베드 하나 간이침대 하나총 4명까지 투숙이 가능합니다.조식은 한식과 간단한 씨리얼 토스트의 양식으로 제공되고 전체적으로 따뜻하고 바로 조리된 음식이 준비되어있습니다.간은 짜지않고 적당하고 튀김으로 생선까스가 있었는데 바삭하게 잘 튀겨졌고 샐러드가 신선한게 정말 마음에 들었습니다.

호텔같지않다는느낌받았구요ᆢ왠만한모텔두 이정도하지않나?이런생각이들었습니다ㆍ운서역주변공항신도시가코로나19땜시유동인구가 확줄어서 그런거일수있다는개인적인생각을하게되네요

위치 가격 모두 굿. 픽업 서비스가 탁월하고 매우 친절합니다. 깔끔하고 방이 커서 만족. 화장실 바닥 미끄러울 수 있으니 주의해야 하고 중앙난방이라 자다가 화형당하는 꿈 꿨어요 ㅠㅠㅋ

더블배드 룸에서 지내게 됐는데, 침대가 크고 좋습니다. 늦게 도착해서 일찍 나가게 되었었는데, 늦은시간에도 식사장소 추천 해 주시고 이른 아침에도 친절히 응대 해주셔서 좋았습니다.

이른 아침 비행기라 1박했었는데, 약간 노후된 느낌이 나지만, 청결하고 방도 넓어서 만족함. 욕실도 넓어서 좋았음.

Hotel was nice and room was clean but there was no airport shuttle as advertised and the HVAC unit on the wall didn’t work so there was no air circulation.

Easy to get to from the Unseo train station, very convenient location to the airport, nice desk staff, wonderful service.

Super friendly staff and the room was huge and clean. Great location within walking distance of food and convenience stores. Highly recommended for folks flying out of Incheon.

The overall all stay was good they offered free Airport Shuttle but once you get there tell you that you have to take a taxi at your expense so had a fight over that probably won’t stay there again

Service was wonderful, staff were very wonderful and helpful especially Welwyn trying to get a taxi service

We had lots of luggage and pets, Incheon Airport Hotel gave us a bigger room at no extra charge and helped arrange a special shuttle for all the luggage and pets to the airport. They also helped take luggage up and down, and took the several bags of excess garbage we had after repacking. Amazing service and a great stay, Thank you!

Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bahnstation entfernt, welche einen in 50 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Seoul bringt. Der Flughafen Incheon ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, der gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die man auch braucht um gegen die meines Wissens nach nicht regulierbare und sehr warme Fußbodenheizung anzukämpfen. Das Internet ist stabil und relativ schnell. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es gibt keinen Flug- oder Straßenlärm. Um das Hotel herum gibt es sehr viele Restaurants, Pubs, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Läden (Lotte, Convinis, Massage, etc.). Nachts ist es aber ruhig. Da dort viele Ausländer übernachten ist alles auf Englisch. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für Übernachtungen in der Nähe des Flughafens, das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

The property is much more outdated than it appears online. Beds are hard. The hallways smell like food. There is only 1 small elevator in the whole building. When my roommate got locked out (because I’d taken one key) the staff said they didn’t have a master key to the rooms. Apparently they’d given us 2 keys(room key and backup key) by accident and did not have an actual master key??? I mean who doesn’t have a master master key? Breakfast was ridiculously early so we missed it. The only thing I liked was that it had free shuttle to the airport, though I think most competitors in the incheon area do), the large Samsung tv, and that the floors were heated. Beds were hard, sheets were thin.

Great location.. great airport shuttle . call them from information desk at arrival airport .. let us check in early and location was like 5 blocks from metro train, large mall 3 blocks and LOTS. Of you restaurants..

Hotel is sirrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. Good location to get away fromthe city. Located on a quiet community.

The staff was very friendly. There is airport shuttle pickup on the half hour. It was a cold Winter couple of days so my room needed an extra heating unit which they provided. The bath area was very adequate with a jacuzzi and a steam shower shower should you need it. However, there was no bath mat to prevent accidental falling. The toilet although modern, was no bigger than a closet. the TV was quite large and of course it was a Samsung...Nice. They provide a buffet breakfast in the morning with a wide variety of food. Overall, nice place to stay, a short 7 minute shuttle from the airport, with plenty of food areas and shopping.

Nach 3 Wochen Korea und 1 Woche Japan mussten wir eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens verbringen. Das Incheon Airport Hotel war dazu ideal.Positiv war die kostenlose, sehr schnelle Abholung mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle.Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren überraschend groß.Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und für jeden etwas dabei.Alle Hotelangestellte waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einziges Manko:Das Hotel bedürfte einer Renovierung. Alles ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und manche Dinge funktionierten nicht mehr richtig.Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedoch durchaus zu empfehlen.
