아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.블루투스 스피커가 있어 쉬는동안 음악도 편하게 들을수있었고 와이파이 기본입니다. 잠깐 가족들 기다리면서 편히 쉬었네요.

음식도 깔끔하게 나오고 시설면에서아주 쾌적하고 종업원들도 최고의서비스를 하는곳.

태풍에 의한 결항으로 어쩔수 없이 지냈는데 가격에 비해 방은 넓지 않은 편입니다. 하지만 하루 불편함 없이 잘 지냈고 깨끗하게 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 배드가 벽면과 떨어져있어 애기와 함께 지내기에는 조금 불안했습니다(배드에서 떨어질까봐)

Trip.com에서 예약하였는데, 인천공항 내 면세구역에 위치한다는 안내가 없어서 생돈 날렸습니다. 예약하시는 분들 참고하시고요. 인천공항환승호텔 측에선 trip.com이 잘못했다는 식이고 누구에게 책임을 묻기도 힘드네요. trip.com에선 인천공항 인근이라 이용이 용이하다는 식으로밖에 설명이 없는데 안내문구 좀 추가해주시기 바랍니다. 어이가 없네요. 숙소 사이트에서 예약하고, 다른 분들 후기까지 전부 찾아봐야하나요? 그러려면 숙소 예약 사이트를 왜 이용하는지?

비행기표 없으면 호텔에 들어가지 못한다더군요 환불도 안되고 20만원 날렸네요 미리 공지를 하면 그럴일이 없을텐데요

It was a nice stay at the airport, apart from the fact that the check-in begins at 7 pm and the check-out must be before 7 am. My flight arrived in Incheon at around 5:45 pm so I had to wait until I could check-in, and the boarding for my flight out of Incheon was at 9:45 am so I had to check out and wait for the flight at the airport. Thats not relaxing. In addition, the food court only opens at 7 am, so if you plan on eating before hopping onto your plane, you have to check-out at around 7 am or you will have to wait for quite some time. The hotel itself is clean, and the front desk will ask you if you need a morning call. The water pressure and the temperature of the shower are great. They have the conditioning shampoo, body soap, and body lotion, but no toothbrushes.

Love this hotel option inside the airport terminal for a long layover. Just to not have to wear a mask for 13 hours is worth the room rate, but to also have a hot shower and clean bed, TV and lots of food options just outside the lobby...well, that made a long trip more pleasant.

This is always a favorite... Hotel is operated by the Sheraton Walker Hill - a Seoul institution. Its fairly basic. Small room, quiet, dark, clean - with a great bathroom. When you are off a late flight with a 8+ hour layover its the perfect place to catch up on some sleep. However, make sure you reserve early. I have been denied once or twice because its very popular. Directly across from Gate 252 in Terminal 2 - right in the middle.

Clean. The room had a comb, a shower cap, small soap, tissues, shampoo and a hair dryer and also TV. No hair conditioner. You may wanna ask them about the types of outlet. I saw two different shapes. One was for US and Japan, I thought.

The hotel is conveniently located inside the terminal, short walking distance to gates and shopping. The room is very small; but is quiet. A good place for taking a break during transit.

In-room coffee and more bottled water would have been appreciated.

Everything was great... although I could hear the neighbor through the walls, luckily it wasnt bad enough to disturb me or my sleep. I really enjoyed the stay there. Especially being able to shower, relax, and sleep during my extended layover. I like that there are 12 hour and 24 hour options. The t.v. in the room was very nice except you cannot use the Smart TV functions such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or YouTube. This would be such an improvement to allow the traveler more options in their stay. Thanks for everything.

Quick and easy way to sleep during a long layover at Incheon. Check in and out for the half day (12 hours) were even automatically adjusted to fit my flights. Rooms are quiet and compact but have all you need, mostly. A bit better toiletries and towels would help. Better book in advance - walk-ins the day I arrived were out of luck.

Service was great and place is clean. It is just that the room is not that big and no view. But I guess that’s how it is in a hotel inside the terminal.

The hotel is excellent given what it is primarily used for--quick stays by people traveling through the Seoul International Terminal. It lacks multiple things that most other hotels would have--windows, a decent amount of space, gym, etc.--but most passengers wanting a quick stay can do without them, especially if theyre only staying for one night.It would be nice if you werent limited to a simple 12 hours, but could stay until noon the following day before checking out. I dont know what the hotels reasons are for doing 12 hour stays, but the first time I stayed at this hotel I felt rushed to get out in the morning (the second time my plane left at 10:15, so it wasnt a problem).
