이 호텔은 카페트를 없애야 해요가장 저렴한 방 1박 7만원 정도에 숙박했는데 문을 열고 들어 갔는데 카페트 얼룩 때문에 기분이 너무 찝찝한 거예요 관리도 안되는데 색깔을 왜 저런색으로 했을까요ㅋㅋ 화장실은 정말 깨끗하고 사용하진 않았지만 욕조도 있고 어메니티도 다 있고 드라이기 바람도 좋고 나머지는 훌륭했어요 그리고 침대 매트리스 상태가 너무 좋아서 오랜만에 꿀잠 잤어요 카페트가 유일한 옥에티라 안타까워서 좀 어조가 강하게 적었지만 그런거에 예민하지 않은 분들은 괜찮으실것 같아요

위생이 안좋음 나는 여기서 음모털이 몇개가 나와서 더러워서 나머지일정 취소해달랬는데. 당연한 요구 아닌가? 더러운데근데 사람 진상만들고당신같으면 막 여자 음모털 빠져있는데에서 자고싶겠나요? 대응이 어이없었음

2주 된 호텔이라 완전 깨끗하고 그리고 침대가 커서 좋았어요 모든 방에 킹사이즈 침대가 있었습니다 저희는 스탠다드 스위트 패밀리 세군데방에 묵었는데 모두다 만족 하였습니다 다만 생김지 얼마 되지않아 체계가 조금 부족한거 같았습니다 다음에도 또 갈것입니다 그리고 화장실과 샤워실이 따로 되어있어서 좋았습니다

호텔이 크진않지만 깨끗하고 조용하며 교통이 편리합니다. 그러나 2층 식당의 조식 메뉴가 변화가 없어서 연박을 하는사람으로서 좀 아쉬웠고 식당주방이 너무 가까이 있어서 주방의 시끄러운소리와 일하시는분들이 너무 큰소리로 안에서 얘기하시는게 다 들려서 시끄러웠습니다. 손님들이 조용히 식사하는 시간인데 호텔측의 주의가 필요할것같습니다.

시설이 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 욕실, 화장실,티비 침대등 비슷한 가격대 호텔에서 최고수준. 와이파이도 빠르고. 다만 유흥가와 인접해서 방의 위치에 따라 밤에 노래방 소음이 들리는 경우가 있습니다.

생각외로 깨끗하고 괜찮음. 욕조가 큼-두사람가능(디럭스급)

주차는 기계식주차이므로 큰차는 밖에 세워야합니다..그냥 모텔입니다.방음 안돼고.시설 구립니다.단지 자갈치와 국제시장이 가깝다는것 빼고는 호텔이라고 예약하고 왔는데 진짜 모텔입니다.

엄마랑 부산 여행하면서 머문 숙소.시장 근처라 일부러 여기로 잡았다.조식 깔끔하고 침구도 포근하고 방 청소도 깔끔해서 엄마가 맘에 들어하심.

객실 굉장히 깨끗하고자갈치 시장과 역 국제시장 등과 가까워 좋았습니다

국제시장도 깡통시장도 남포동 시내도모두가까워 좋음, 친절, 깨끗 아이들과도 좋았음!단점은 호텔 뒤쪽에 성인 단란주점같은게많아 요상한 사진에 아이들이 놀라고 민망할수있음

자갈치, 남포동, 국제시장 주위로 여행할 때 딱 좋은 위치. 깨끗하고 친절하다. 재방문 의사 있음^^

룸 깔끔하고 청소 잘 되어있고 침구도 깨끗함. 담배냄새도 안나고. 남포동 번화가와도 가깝다. 예약을 서두르다 비싼 값에 묵어서 억울했지만 내 잘못.

It was an excellent 6 nights stay in this hotel for my birthday holiday in Busan. I wrote in advance to inform them my bookings and made a special request for the room conditions. They made it for my requests during my stays. The staff can speak English and are helpful and friendly. If you cant understand the Korean language on the tv romote and air cond remote, call to ask. If you think your room is too hot from the central heating system, call them to let them know, they can provide you a standing fan. The room comes with UK plug head but no built in USB plug head. Not to worry but just prepare an international plug will do. The location is superb with 24 hrs supermarket next door and bus station going anyway in Busan with airport limousine coach just cross the rood. If you are taking metro and just 7 mins walk from exit 5 Jalgachi Station with lift from the station, or just take bus from Busan Station if you are taking KTX train from Seoul, cross the road by dragging your baggages and take bus 103 with 2 mins walk to the hotel only. The standing shower is good and the toilet seat comes with heating during this cold winter too! I strongly recommend you choose here to stay and with good restaurants just at the back of the street, and street food with walking distant at BIFF Square, and cafe are around with shoppings as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was in a very fun and convenient area to a lot of the shopping, fish market and close to subway. Rooms are new and very clean. Staff gave a nice greeting even if we could not get an early check in. Just missing a few amenities like an alarm clock or something to play music through. Also wish the motion detector light was in a location that didnt set it off if you needed to get up to use bathroom. Also no complimentary coffee. Love the rooftop with a great view of the city.

The room was spacious considering there were 4 of us. The bathroom (with a tub) was definitely a luxury for the rate we paid for. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking at value for money. Oh, and a big shout out to front desk staff, Lucy. She was professional yet friendly. I was so thankful for her honesty when I asked her about a korean BBQ joint we wanted to go to. We ended up going to a joint she recommended and it was so good! Please ensure she is properly recognised and rewarded for her efforts.Lucy - Thank you very much for your excellent service standards!

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr positiv! Ein grosses Lob und Dankeschön an die Reception Crew. Sie waren immer nett und hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so gut.Ich gebe trotzdem volle Punktzahl, da es ein tolles Hotel ist.

The room itself wasnt the most clean. Noticeable stains on carpet. However, the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Joy, who help us find a lost phone while we were in Busan. She helped us every step of the way, including calling the police, checking on the status, getting us a taxi to the station. She was absolutely amazing. If it wasnt for her our trip wouldnt have been as great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and modern. The room is huge and spacious. We especially like the bathroom. So functional and big. There is a big tub. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The only issue we had is the air-condtioner. There is only heater and it is super hot in the room. We had to open the window which was quite noisy. But overall we still like the hotel. There are so many restaurants around us and it is very near to the subway and night markets.

Hotel staff was Amazing!! We don’t speak Korean and they did a great job on getting us a large taxi van to take us to several different locations around Busan. One night our taxi cab driver couldn’t find the hotel and the hotel staff member ran about a block in her heels to come get us as they were on the phone with the taxi cab driver!!! That is Service!!! Rooms and hotel were clean and is right there next to many markets with shopping and food!

It’s a nice experience staying at this hotel . Location is near subway . Staffs is extremely friendly and well spoken in English . Room is big enough for 3 big luggages .

I had booked for 4 (2 adults and 2 child) and when I checked in I was asked to pay an extra for the 4th person since the rooms are for 3. Why this price is not included intialy ? I do not encourage this kind of surprises, as you do not know in advance how much you will be charged.Apart from this the staffs are very helpful and the rooms are clean, but for 3.

The location was great, walking distance to the food market and shops.
