The Creto Hotel is a very clean, compact hotel in the heart of Myung-dong. The hotel has a cozy coffee shop in the lobby that sells Americano coffee for KRW 2,000 (less than USD 2!). My experience at the Creto was elevated from excellent to exceptional due to the staff member who went well over and beyond his duties to make sure that our needs were met. I would like to recognize Mr. H.L. Kim for the level of customer service he provided. His kindness will bring us back to Creto Hotel next time we visit Seoul.

Great location & very convenient. Just a min walk from myeongdong station exit 10. Staff at concergie is very nice and helpful. Both of them speak English fluently. On a rainy day, umbrella were prepared to lend to customers. And the pillow is so comfy, while the bedding is clean. Must stay again in the future.

The hotel is located conveniently in Myeongdong close to many restaurants and shopping streets. The front desk and cafe staff are super friendly and speak good english. we had a wonderful, comfy stay overall.

Group was very pleased with the hotel. Room was clean and nice with modern furnishings and reasonable (but not large) space. Amenities provided and bed was comfy. Good location just a few minutes walk from the main Myeongdong shopping street and Myeondgong station. The service was excellent - all the receptionist/concierge (including one Mr. Cho) were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable (ask them for food recommendations). Even the cleaning staff was proactive and helpful. Overall great value for money.

Creto was located in a superb area; convenient but in a quieter corner of myeongdong. Staff were all fantastic and patient. Very lucky and happy to have picked Creto! Will definitely pick this hotel again next time we visit Seoul.

My favourite part about this hotel is the hotel manager (I believe he’s the manager because he knows how to handle everything) he is the best front desk staff i have ever dealt with in Korea. His English is perfect and he went out of his way (even walked us outside to a restaurant when we asked him where to find gopchang) to cater to our EVERY need. I asked him if we could extend our stay for a few hours and he gladly adjusted our key cards. The Airport bus station is close by for easy airport access. Myeong-dong Station is also very close where you will be heading into everyday to get to places. Namsan Cable Car (To N Seoul Tower) is walking distance.7-11 is only a few steps away.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. PLUS the myeongdong street market is only a block away where you can enjoy street food and shopping at night but this place is nicely tucked to the side where it’s not noisy at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

Ok in general exact towels in bathroom seems need replacement. The cafe at ground floor serves light breakfast and coffee which is good for family gathering before setting out for another day of adventure. Location is excellent not only because at the centre of Myeongdong but it could also be conveniently accessed to and from Incheon Airport by bus or train.

The hotel is near myeongdong subway station exit 10. The staff are very friendly, they would greet us whenever they see us. The staff even offer us umbrellas during rainy day! Around the hotel, there are many restaurants and at night, there are street food! It was amazing! I will come back again :)

位置方便就在明洞10號出口，直行有路口轉左一出路口就是了！酒店樓下一整條街已經是食店和便利店。房間雖然細但廁所有浴缸，亦都有牙刷供應的

今次是我第五之入住這間酒店,除了因為地點便利和近機場巴士站之外,我十分喜歡員工的親切態度,服務很好,今次還升級了三人房給我兩人住,十分滿意。下次來首爾仍會首選住這酒店。

位於明洞鬧區邊邊, 非常方便就可以到達購物商圈, 距離地鐵站10號出口只要不到100公尺, 且房間乾淨, 鬧中取靜, 合理的價格, 每次來韓國都住這一間!

Creto Hotel has a good location. But dont expect the room to be really nice, it only has the basics, very simple.

Its a smaller hotel one street back from the main in Myeong-dong, and so a bit quieter. All the beauty shops are just up the street, with lots of street food! The train station exit is very close, too. The room was very comfortable and warm. The hotel staff were fantastic. When it was time for us to depart, they called a taxi that came very quickly. I would more than likely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

Staffs are nice and willing to help. The industrial style room is suitable for all kind of customers. It has a comfortable location that you are easy to reach the train station and the airport shuttle bus. Thus, you can choose here for your stay in Seoul.​

就在明洞站10號出口步行不到5分鐘，地點方便，行去明洞shopping區不到5分鐘，而且沒有明洞shopping區那麼嘈雜。房間清潔，酒店職員好helpful，有求必應，check-in時還主動問我們要不要轉換插蘇頭，免費的。但房間比較細，可能放了一張雙人床加一張單人床，所以只有一個架放東西，無枱，其他各樣都ok，反正都是早出晚歸。

Very handy and central location thats close to the action. Handy Metro station and transport at your door step, priced well modern hotel luxury budget stay, smaller sized rooms like Japan. I would definitely stay again.

立地が最寄りの明洞駅から徒歩で数分で、とにかく近くて最高でした。スタッフの方々もとても親切で 予定のチェックイン時間よりも早くに着いてしまったのですが、快く迎え入れて下さいました。

Lovely front desk staff. Amenities sufficient but can use a bit more thorough cleaning and a bit of TLC.

Great location very near to shops and restaurants. Transportation is easy with the subway stop barely a block away. Yet still slightly away from the noise and crowds.

飯店接待人員超級親切，地點在明洞鬧區，逛街購物吃飯都很方便，是個很新的飯店，棉被枕頭床都很舒服很好睡，還有化妝鏡，媽媽坐輪椅，還特別幫我們安排有殘障設備的浴室，實在太貼心了，衛生方面算很乾淨，我本身是過敏體質，很容易被蟲咬，住了4天皮膚也沒發癢，我們有3個人3張床，每張床都有插座，如果浴室是乾濕分離的話，那就100分了

立地も良くホテルの方も日本語が出来、バスタブのリクエストも対応いただきました。コーヒーの補充が無かったと連絡した時も、リクエスト後今飲む分とその後の分と2回分持ってきてくれました。トリプルルームでしたが、部屋が広くスーツケースを3個開けて置くスペースがありました。気になった点は、お掃除、特に水回りが気になりました。髪の毛が取りきれてなかったりといった点が気になりました。

The room is a decent size. Frontdesk staff were genuinely warm and obliging. We kept coming back to this hotel because the front desk was kind enough to store some of our luggage while we went on short trips to Jeju Island and then to Seoraksan. The staff are very helpful. Will definitely book in this hotel when we come back.

Amenities are complete. Rooms are a bit small but if you only need comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities it is more than adequate. Nescafé coffee shop is connected to the hotel and we saw there were guests waiting there while their rooms are being cleaned. Korean fried chicken Enjoy your stay in Seoul.

We like this new hotel because it does not subject guests to centrally controlled room temperatures in their rooms during the cooler months. Great location near shopping district. The design, the space, the setting and the service are all very hu*** caring. Absolutely satisfied with the Good Price.

Location is fantastic! Room is clean. Aircon is a little weak but okie.

A hidden gem in a slight quiet corner of myeongdong but within mins away from all the happening area. Everything including shopping, restaurant and subway is in the walking distance. Very good value for money. The staff at the reception are always smiling and greets you whenever you pass by the reception area.

The hotel is very old. We have 3 single bus, the size is ok but just the ceiling painting is bad, Lok like we living in the storage room.

日本語の話せるスタッフがいますので安心でした。わざわざ、1日目の部屋の掃除について問題がないか部屋に電話してくれて良いホテルだと思います。明洞駅から徒歩3分ほどなので明洞に泊まる際はまた利用したいです。

The room was great. The staff are so nice that they let me use the computer in the meeting room and help me to complete the check in. The front desk employees were all very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I was amazed to stay in this hotel. The hotels location is perfect. The hotel is located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and public transit. I love the fact that its so accessible and that its close to the cosmetics shopping area and a lot of good restaurants.

There is nothing that I would say I didnt like. Throughout our stay, the hotel front desk was very friendly and we can see the effort and sincerely whenever we ask for directions. The service was impeccable and the staff really took their time to help us with our queries.
