방은 크고.저렴함. 시설은 그닥. 좀 불친절함.주차장은 정말 큼

해운대 해변 5분거리. 오래된 시설이긴하나. 하룻밤 숙박에는 전혀 문제없슴. 주차장또한 보기드물게 넓음. 지척거리에 해운대시장이 있어서 편리하며, 숙박비가 저렴한것이 최대 강점.

웬만하면 리뷰 안쓰는데 정말 더러움. 베개 커버도 더럽고 화장실 청소도 안되어 있고 아무리 싸게 들어갔지만 진짜 너무 하다고 생각함.

일단 저렴해서 좋다.. 낡았지만 깔끔하고 깨끗하다.. 방이 엄청 넓다.. 덥다 느낄만큼 보일러를 틀어준다ㅋㅋ 가성비가 좋아 자주 찾는다

부산 출장올때 자주들리는데냄새 안나고 방크기 괜찮고 인테리어는 쪼금 아쉽지만 기본에 충실한 모텔입니다무엇보다 해운대 모텔 가격대비 굉장히 저렴합니다

토요일밤 온돌6만원에 이용했어요 바닥이 너무뜨거워서 문열고잤는데 넓고좋았어요 올드해요

건물은 오래되어 보여도 실내는 쾌적하고 좋아요. 가격대비 가성비 짱이에요ㅎㅎ

4월에 비지니스 때문에 한달 머물렸는데 해운대 관광지역인데도 교통 좋고 주위 상권도 먹을것이 많고 다른 호텔에 비해 주말만 빼면 아주 저렴하고 카운터 계신분이 친절하시여 도움도 많이 받았어요

The Inca Motel is a little eccentric, you need a sense of humpour to enjoy your stay.The location is very good for the price - 10 mins walk from both subway station and beach, 4 convenience stores within 3 mins walk. Decor is interestingly roccoco, and makes an initial impact, even if the drawers do not open. The room and bathroom are both large and the aircon works well as does the TV. Plenty of shampoo etc but the toilet flush broke quickly. Two tiny hand towels and something that resembled a piece of net curtaining were provided. The marble-look plastic bath was discoloured but was probably clean enough really. Bedding was a little odd as we had come to expect in Korea. On arrival the room was clean, but no cleaning or towel replacement took place in 3 nights of stay - not even the bin being emptied. However, when the toilet broke, it was fixed promptly.When we arrived, we approached reception under the ironic information sign and a tiny clear patch was opened in the frosted glass screen. On subsequent occasions this was kept closed and guests had to bend down or kneel on the floor to speak through a very small hole. When the people came out of hiding to sort out the toilet, they were perfectly pleasant. No information in english.PC is provided in room, useful for translating questions for reception. Breakfast is not provided for Expedia customers, but is provided through some cheaper web sites!

This is a love hotel and the staff doesnt speak English. It was not really clean and I found several hair in the bed and between sheets. Besides it was too hot and only had a small window. The street it was in was dirty but the location is good.If you are looking for a cheap place to stay then this is still a good alternative.

I was Initially surprised and dismayed at the lack of facilities to hang clothes I learned later that this is a common style of hotel in this area - its a Japanese style. There were only 4 hooks on a flat vertical board to hang clothes. Apart from that it was very adequate. The staff were exceptionally friendly though none of them spoke English at all. One morning when it was raining heavily one of the staff walked to the main road a few streets away to fetch me a taxi. This act of kindness was very touching.Floor was hard-tiled and carpet-less.I would recommend the hotel for a short stay - for a longer one western style wardrobe to hang clothes might be needed.

It was okay by Korean love motel standards but wasnt anything exceptional.
