My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and I didnt want to leave. The resort is absolutely stunning and the staff are so friendly and professional. We stayed in the master bedroom in Villa Nora, it was spacious, always clean and had a post card view of the ocean below. The Ungasan definitely has the attention to detail mastered. Access to Sundays Beach Club was great our butler booked us sun beds and lunch most days. Every meal we had at the Ungasan and Sundays was delicious and had large portion sizes. The resort grounds are immaculate and there are butterflies and little birds everywhere. I could go on forever about how much I love this place and we will definitely be back!

Friendly staff who are always eager to help. Top speed house-keeping. Interior furnishing is a little dated and old but made up for by the excellent view the resort could offer. Fast wifi speed. Breakfast was ala carte and strictly no second portions (although there is a buffet option only when guest numbers exceed 30) which is a letdown since Im heavy on breakfasts.

Lovely setting and location, very poor service - basically you are a second class guest as all the proprety management cares about are wedding organized on site - so no access to bar / restaurant / swimming pool througout most of the day if wedding is there (in my case three days out of three)

I stayed at Semara a few weeks ago with my best friend as a thank you gift. All surrounding had made me amazed especially the pool at the edge of the hill with the view directly to the see. Highly recommend all our fans to stay and enjoy these amazing villas.

Nusa Dua, Uluwatu and Jimbaran Bay are just a short drive away. I think its perfect when you are with a group of friends as you can share the common spaces in their villas or for a wedding as it was in my case. A special thanks to all of the staff present on our wedding day. Its a bit pricey but its the price you pay for LUX.

Semara truly is the ultimate in luxurious accommodation and if you appreciate the best comfort, views and service then this is definitely the place for you. The staff were all incredibly friendly and more than willing to assist you in any way. Prepare your long life battery since you won/t fee enough to take hundreds shoots for the scenery. What a spectacular wedding location.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom of Villa Santai Sorga and it was by far the most incredible place weve been to. The decor is traditional Balinese but very modern. We loved the free access to the beach and the spa treatments. There was even a big cinema room in our villa.

I highly recommend against staying here. We had our wedding and stayed at the stunning Tamarama Villa. We travelled to the Maldives and the Mediterranean on our honeymoon after Semara and the views at these places could not even compare to the incredible cliff top views at Semara and the beautiful beach at Finns.

Semara was the location for my recent wedding and it was a truly unforgettable experience. I cannot speak more highly of the staff at this resort, they were FANTASTIC. The Villa has its own pool as well, with an ocean view from above the cliff that is really nice.
