직원들이 친절하고 위치가 좋음.꾸따벡스 바에서 밤마다 밴드공연을 하는데조금 시끄러움.수영장은 밤 9시까지인데 분위기 괜찮고어린이풀이 옆에 작게 있어서 좋았음.근데 수영장에 바다쪽 유리가 너무 더러워서 좀 아쉬웠음. 그리고 직원들이 친절한데 수영장 정리를 너무 일찍 시작해서 약간 의아했음.룸컨디션은 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고침대도 편했고수건도 많이많이줘서 편했음

2박. 아마 스위트오션뷰룸에서 묵엇던거같음. 210호. 바다는 쬐끔밖에 안보임.방 엄청크고 침구도 괜찮은 편.가구나 이런건 쏘쏘. 위에 리바 레스토랑앤바 있는데 직원도 친절하고 칵테일도 맛있었다.뽀삐스 거리및 센트럴 꾸따 모두 사통팔달.위치가 최대이점.

꾸따 비치에서 위치는 최상이라고 생각합니다. 비치워크쇼핑몰도 가깝고겉으로 보여지는 외관은 의구심이 들게 만들지만 호텔에 들어가는 순간 그 생각을 안하게 해주는 친절한 직원들..정말 세심한거 까지 잘 챙겨 줍니다.루프탑 수영장이 좀 작긴하지만 썬셋을 보기엔 부족함이 없어요.

위치는 꾸따해변 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았지만 클래식룸의 경우 테라스가 없는것 뿐만 아니라 낮동안에도 저녁처럼 지낼수 밖에 없는 어두운 호텔구조라 금액을 추가하여 업그레이드 했습니다.조식은 그저그랬는데 더운 날씨에 음료나 야채들은 얼음등을 이용하여 신선하게 보관하였으면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다

직원분들 친절하고 시내 접근성이 좋습니다~ 방도 깨끗한 편이었으나 바퀴벌레가 나와서 깜짝 놀랏습니다.

Housekeeping can be better, when I check in the dust on the floor , despite only 8 room, table was not really clean , overall cleanliness I give 7, can be better at this kind of pandemic season. I don’t use housekeeping during my 4 night stay , as try to be eco friendly n after all I am not a messy n dirty person. However housekeeping should be able to do a good job. Bell boy n FO was good n friendly n caring . Morning coffee house staff are able to remember what I like n don’t after the second day , this was fantastic keep up the good job , overall was a good stay only thinks is please up keep the cleanliness. I remember when it first open I was here , it was an good experience thanks

When we arrive, most of AC on the corridor was off and also the light. So, we dont feel comfortable if go out from the room. The room is OK. However, the ambience that we got was not good. Thats why we choose not to extend the stay and move to other hotel.

Selalu kembali menginap disini jika ke Bali, bahkan di tahun 2020 ini di tengah pandemi ini karena tempat yang nyaman bersih dan aman dengan pelayanan yang ramah dan sepenuh hati.

Location is very good and hotel clean and comfort.

The location is perfect for beach access, dining, and shopping. I knew as soon as I checked in, I made the right choice. The staff are very appreciative and so helpful with tours, questions, or even using the business center. Denny was very helpful in assisting my needs with printing and scanning documents. I ate at the rooftop restaurant where the staff was attentive and polite. The live music was an added plus. They played all my favorites on request and the female singer sang Ed Sheerans songs better than he can, which is hard to do. The food was delicious and I took advantage of their daily specials on drinks and food. The room was very comfortable. I was upgraded and the bed was amazing with tons of pillows. The pool is relaxing and the view from the top is so beautiful, especiallly at sunset. The service at the pool is top notch. They were ready to help with towels, umbrellas, and bar service. Truly an outstanding stay and I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 8 nights at the Heritage Hotel. My room opened out onto a shared plunge pool which was very refreshing. The hotels decor is impressive and all staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, Riva restaurant and views on the roof. The hotel offers a wonderful massage service, KutaKita Spa, and I went once or twice a day. Staff are great and reasonably priced. Laundry is reasonably priced in comparison to equivalent hotels so I used daily. Highly recommended.

Best hotel i have ever been to staff are so polite and lovely they will do whatever they can for you, the hotel is literally 1 minute walk to the beach. the location of the hotel is perfect it is in the middle of everything pizza hut, starbucks, mcdonalds 2 minute walk and other restaurants are max 8 mins away, my favourite thing about this hotel was the service and how high the standards were and also outside on the paths it is not crowded locals are not annoying you absolutely perfect if i ever come back to bali this is the hotel i will 100% be using, thank you to all the staff at the kuta heritage hotel yous made me feel at home :)
