Hotel has improved from last time I visited. It is located in a small open plaza with stores of different kinds: supermarket, pharmacy, gym, pizzas and a gas station across the street. It is far from downtown Guanajuato, at the exit towards Dolores Hidalgo. This area is what people in town know as “hotel zone” sharing with more expensive hotels such as San Xavier (formerly Camino Real), Castillo Santa Cecilia and Abadía. The rooms are not luxurious but very convenient. You enter through a smaller room with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a sink (no kitchen or dinning ware). You also have a love seat couch and a small table. There is a door dividing this room from the bedroom with a good closet and a safe. Cable TV, air conditioning, fan, and a terrace with a table (if your room faces the back of the property. The bathroom does not have a tub. There is a restaurant unworthy of trying. Guanajuato has excellent food and this one is overrated.

At first I wondered about the location but it was perfect if you have a vehicle. Lovely modern decor. The rooms with he balcony are especially nice.

The building was newer compare to other city buildings. I did love the shower in the room. Hot baths after a day was soothing. We must take customs into consideration. Aside from that I would give it an excellent.

Bonito hotel, muy limpio cuenta con estacionamiento y está cerca del centro de la ciudad, si traes carro es buena opción. Instalaciones sencillas

LAS INSTALACIONES COMO LOS CUARTOS ESTAN EN MALAS CONDICIONES, LES HACE FALTA RENOVARLAS O DARLES UN BUEN MANTENIMIENTO, EL COLCHON ESTA DE VERDAD DEMASIADO BLANDO.

Its more like a little apartment, i liked how we had a little living room and a huge closet, a microwave, mini fridge and a sink. So spacious . The bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony. Definitely more than a hotel title. Loved it.

Even though this hotel is not in the historic center, it is an easy taxi/uber ride down. It is in a plaza that also has a pharmacy, a taqueria, and a grocery store. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I appreciate the amenities such as air conditioner, wifi, safe, great water pressure in shower, microwave, mini fridge, kitchenette, seating area with couch and table, and soft mattress. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting Guanajuato!

The service at the restaurant is terrible and the hotel can be noisy at night. Other than that it was fine.

Todo bien, solo que esta muy descuidado el estacionamiento y eso le resta al hotelno había microondas en la habitación , recuerdo que en ocasiones anteriores si tenian

Its not the greatest. Next i visit this city again forsure different place . Plus for the price i paid its super over rated. Ive been to Guadalajara for the same price or cheaper for super and way better places . I dont recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel en dehors du Centre ville mais facile daccès à pied (1 km) ou en taxi. Bon rapport qualité prix.

It had a nice feeling of Mexico! The location worked out greatfor us.

Location wise it is about a 15 minute walk downhill to downtown but walking back it is all uphill and tough after walking all day downtown. There is a bus that stops right in front and is only 8 pesos or around 40 cents. It is the San Javier bus. It is also conveniently located next to a Soriana a large supermarket. The room was spacious and the wifi was good the only issues was that there where cockroaches in the room, we did not have a coffee maker or microwave in our room like all the other rooms. The hallway had a mold smell but the room was ok for the price. The elevator was out of service but we where on the 2ns floor so it was not an issue. We had breakfast there the food was decent the only issues is that the beans where spoiled.

The hotel was great. A little farther away from all the historic and central areas. Nonetheless, it was a great one night stay.
