Good resort on the beach. Staff always friendly. Rooms clean. Under going building works at time of stay. Didn’t effect my enjoyment while at pool etc. Would only say that the builders could have improved on the general cleanliness around the area, especially the walk way we used to access brekkie and pool. Complimentary bus to sister hotel in centre only operated a couple times a day, for a 4 star hotel would be good for a more frequent bus to take you into Town.

Beautiful staff, they really make your stay delightful. The location is a little too far from the centre of town, only certain times you can walk on the beach otherwise you walk in the side of the busy road, can be a bit annoying. Food was great but beds extremely uncomfortable.

It was aite. The room was smaller than it looked like in tha pictures. We stayed at 3 star hotels that were cooler than this 4 star hotel. Service was good doe.

Chana Cabana was a fantastic place to stay. It is on the quiet end of town, but there were tons of great places to eat nearby. The hotel breakfasts were really delicious...lots of options to chose...they even had an omelette station.The hotel has a great pool and you could also go swimming in the sea...which was so refreshing...no rocks or coral...an easy access from the hotel...just about 5 steps away from the pool.The hotel staff was so friendly...they could not do enough for us! I highly recommend this hotel.

We love this resort, it’s far enough North that you aren’t in the middle of Chaweng but close enough that you can walk beachside to all the restaurants on the main strip. The villas are great near the pool but we really struggled with wifi- It just isn’t up to a standard that we’ve come to expect at a resort. That being said we’ll still stay there again! We’d like to give a special mention to the staff member Jampen who has an infectious smile and an amazing work ethic and always makes our holidays great!

Wir hatten die Deluxe Villa. Alles wirkte sehr abgewohnt. Nebenan wurde umgebaut, ein neues Restaurant wird Tag und Nachts gebaut. Dusche ist ein Rinnsal. Bett steinhart, nichts für Europäer. Keine freien Liegen mit ausreichend Schatten. Gespräche von nebenan sind leicht verständlich.

Beautifully designed hotel. Beach location far enough away from the noisy, partying part of the beach strip. Wonderful staff, all friendly and professional. Beds, like the majority of Asian hotel beds, very uncomfortable. Very hard. Hotel should upgrade all beds to beds that westerners are use to at home. This would make the hotel stand out and be more acceptable to guests —- only criticism but important.

Beautiful beach front but when high tide in no beach. Right on north end of beach calmer water. Nice helpful staff. No elevator. And not a great bed. Pretty hard in the deluxe building. But staff have no control of that super friendly and helpful staff

Run down facilities, not very clean, very bad bed and pillows but the cleaning people were great. Staff just sat around most of the time I saw them and half only smiled

This is not a 4 Star property. Breakfast is average, the pool is small and old, when we asked for a second key for the room so we could come and go independently we were told this was not possible. You need a key to keep the lights and AC on so if one of us was out late the other could not sleep as they would either have no Power or would have to wake up to let the other in!

Great place , friendly staff , close to the beach. Had a great time there. Staff only to happy to help arrange trips out and anything you need.

This is our second year staying at this property. The staff and property are A . Will definitely be returning in 2 years when we come back to Thailand.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön! Perfekt für Familien auch mit Kleinkinder! Personal ist einfach exzellent. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, waren die Preise im Restaurant, die 17% Taxen berrechnen sie immer gleich mit ein und macht bitte ja nie eure private Wäsche im Hotel! Es hat oberhalb vom Hotel einen Scootervermieter der die Wäsche für 30 Baht pro Kilo macht! Wir haben im Hotel für ca 3 Kilo Wäsche 1980 Baht zahlen müssen!!!!! Aber sonst können wir das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen! Es ist abgelegen vom Zentrum, das heisst am Abend ist es ruhig und der Strand ist einfach wunderschön! Mit dem Tuk Tuk sind es 5 Minuten ins Zentrum!

Bel hotel et bien équipé (bord de mer, belle plage, piscine donnant sur la mer) au début de Chaweng road ! Personnel souriant mais pas qualifié pour ce genre dhotelerie ( affalé sur le comptoire, qui vous reluke à chaque passage, et surtout incompétant fasse à certaines situation ! En cas de problème mieux vaut sadresser à Roy !Le ménage est bien fait le premier jours( trés bel acceuil : corbeille de fruit , serviettes de bain en forme déléphant sur votre lit , bouteilles deau offertes tous les jours) mais laisse vraiment à désirer au bout du 4ème !Le plus gros point noir est la salle de bain : cuvette des toilettes jaunies et qui dérape ,mais surtout la douche est dans un état lamentable ( entartrées, aucun débit deau , et pas trés propres ! dommage !Quel gachis !!!Le débit internet est trés bas ! Et le prix des repas dans le restaurant est excessif ( un padthai à lexterieur coute environ 65 Bath dans le restaurant comptez 200 Bath !Si vous avez lintention de squatter lhotel mauvais choix !Nous sommes pourtant resté 10 jours dans lhotel mais y étions uniquement pour dormir et se mouiller dans la piscine !Pour finir NE LAISSER JAMAIS VOTRE PASSEPORT que se soit pour une location de scooter ou autre !!!

Uns hat es gut gefallen, Anlage schön, freundliche & hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, schöner Pool am Stand. Feines Restaurant am Strand vom Hotel. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Wegen den vielen Menschen in Thailand gibt es viel Abfall, der nur z.T. in Müllhalden entsorgt wird, so schwimmt je nach dem recht viel Müll im Meer. Nicht nur in Koh Samui auch anderst wo. Wo der Strand sauber ist wird aufgeräumt.

The chaba was so good! Great place to stay, staff were very welcoming and helpful, food was damn good too.

Need renovation. AC did not work 1 out of 2 nights. Swimming pool good. Good location.

Great price for what you get. A very warm welcome late at night. There is not much to offer in the vicinity of the hotel. Traveling to tourist attraction little difficult. For vegetarians the spread is very limited. Several noisy guests were booked into the room next to ours over the week. My room was otherwise very good.

Some day the Thais will understand they need to take care of their natural resources. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel to be quite good. We thought it was well worth the money. A family with young children would have a great stay here.

There is trash EVERYWHERE. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel. You will totally disappointed if your think this place can let you relax for sunbathing and sea sports. The room is simple. The room price is very fair.

Das Hotel an sich war schön. Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Strand war leider etwas enttäuschend. Schmutziges Dreckwasser von der Strasse ist in das Meer hinein geflossen. Dementsprechend war das Wasser braun da es bei uns öfter mal geregnet hat :-( Tipp: Einfach am Strand ein bisschen weiter laufen (Richtung Lamai Beach) dann wird der Strand schöner.

Cabana is well located, close to the main drag in Ko Samui. The hotel is situated right on the beach.Unfortunately when the tide is in, there is no beach and those keen on getting a sun tan are confined to the pool area.The restaurant at the resort is very expensive and guests tend to dine out at more reasonably priced places further along the beach.Staff at the resort, especially at reception lack warmth and are not particularly well trained.Rooms are spacious, TV package is poor, TV reception is not good. Breakfast is good. Pool area is spacious and comfortable. Getting a dry beach towel is problematic.

Good facilities, right on the beach. Just a little too far out of the main town area. Immediate local area is limited for choices.

For us the location is great. Great value for the price, really. The bathroom was a bit musty. There was a lot of banging outside my door throughout the night. Meals were very expensive in the hotel. Crampt and dangerous boat full of people. We were really impressed with our suite.

Die Anlage ist zwar etwas ins Alter gekommen, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Personal freundlich und nett, Zimmer sauber gepflegt.

Man wurde gleich sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wurden jetten Tag sauber gemacht. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub im chaba caban und sehr empfehlenswert

食事は問題なし。観光に行くにも便利です。ホテルスタッフはみなさん感じがいいです。次回の滞在にも利用しようと思います。

Hôtel très accueillant. Personnel aux petits soins, chambres très propres et confortable et le buffet déjeuner est très bon et varié.

Older facility. Door to room had 1/2 inch gap but didn’t see any bugs. WiFi so bad we had to go to eat elsewhere to download. Had noisy neighbors which management was aware of drunken schoolboys staying up all night. They did nothing to resolve after many other guests complained over multiple nights. One night they wouldn’t even answer front desk phone when called for 2nd offense at 3am and 3rd offense at 4:30 am.

Nice place and everything is clean there. But not really for youth

Room needs renovating. Beach not very clean. 20 minute walk to centre.Food quite good and good variety. Nice staff.
