Got upgraded to the Royal suite- fantastic. Yut and his team really looked after us, great recommendations for what to do with the kids Around Samui and great restaurant too. Great swimming pool and well maintained facilities, not easy to do given the virus has shut so much down on the island. Beach view and kayaks to use, but the beach is not swimmable.

Wonderful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room fantastic, food very good (breakfast is extremely good). Only (minor) criticism is the service at breakfast declined a bit when they had several guests eating at the same time. Great location, wonderful views, peaceful, and within walking distance of one of Samui’s best seafood restaurants (for both taste and price). We’ve stayed here 4 days and eaten here 4 days.

The service was sublime they really go to an effort to make sure you having an enjoyable time. They offer you little gifts, little touches to make you feel looked after. The resort is clean and very well maintained. In a great spot if you want to have a retreat from the bustle of Lamai. Spent time on the beach and had the entire beach to myself. Great Stay!!!

Every thing was idyllic staff fantastic location away from the hussle and bussle but walking distance to larmi and chewang a short back truck ride away. Breakfast superb

Kleine Bungalowanlage mit gepflegten Pflanzen; Strand steinig- Badeschuhe notwendig; direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße, Restaurants außerhalb der Anlage nur über einen abenteuerlichen Weg -- es gibt keinen Fußweg- entlang der Straße zu erreichen, Frühstück ( abgesehen von den auf Wunsch zubereiteten Eierspeisen ) absolut kein 4 Sterne Standard ( wenig Angebot an frischen Obst und Gemüse, Gurkenscheiben total trocken in der Auslage); Auflagen der Liegen am Strand fleckig- Matratze war sehr hart- wurde aber auf Ansprache mit einem Topper versorgt, Aufbettung war ein Klappbett ; - trotz Security hatten wir das Pech , dass unsere direkten Bungalownachbarn an 2 Tagen in Folge in den frühen Morgenstunden stark alkoholisiert nach Hause kamen und dann dort weitertranken, am 2 Tag auch noch in Begleitung einer Dame des horizontalen Gewerbes( welche dann nach 2 h wieder ging) .Keinerlei Konsequenzen seitens der Rezeption ( die beiden Herren würden ja an dem Tag spätnachmittags auschecken). Wir saßen dann ab 5:20 vor unserem Bungalow, da man selbst Husten von nebenan hören kann.Man benötigt ständig ein Taxi um irgendwo hinzukommen.

Très bonne accueil et bonne prise en charge par Sébastien le gérant. Spa non utilisable. Matelas inconfortable. Déjeuner toujours froid. Plage non baignable. Je considère cette hôtel comme une 3 étoiles pour le moment . Le gérant travaille fort pour améliorer les choses

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Strandzugang.Unser Zimmer war immer sehr schön und sauber, das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.Zum leckeren Frühstück gibts auch noch eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf das mehr gartis dazu.Der Strand ist zwar nicht sehr groß, dafür war er aber immer sauber und mit der Strandbar direkt daneben perfekt zum entspannen.Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum von Lamai Beach, aber die 15 Minuten Fußweg dorthin waren kein Problem. Lediglich entlang der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße sollte man als Fußgänger achtsam sein. Oder man nimmt eines der unzähligen Taxis, die an einem vorbei fahren

Nice rooms although beds really hard. Staff try to be helpful but many don’t speak English or understand you which can be frustrating but they were all very sweet and tried to help. Resort could be amazing but all outside facilities including the gym are tired and could do with attention. Beach bare was only manned half of the time we were there and beds on beach dirty and also hard. Having said all that we had a very pleasant stay! I would recommend still. The pool is lovely for kids and adults and all guests that we spoke to were happy with their stay too.

Wir waren im März auf Koh Samui im RBB Resort für 14 Nächte. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Resort eigene Strand ist mit Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Leider lud das Wasser überhaupt nicht zum baden ein. Voll mit Algen und überdimensional großen Seeigeln machten wir einen großen Bogen darum. Der Strand von Lamai Beach ist zu Fuß, an einer viel befahrenen Straße, in ca.20 min zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dahin kommt man direkt am Großmutter/Großvater Felsen vorbei. Allerdings ist uns auch auf diesem Weg der unendlich viele Müll in den Gassen, Tag für Tag begegnet. Am Strand von Lamai Beach tummeln sich viele herrenlose Hunde, spielen dort und verrichten ihr tägliches Geschäft. Auch dort lag viel Müll herum, angespült über das Meer oder einfach liegengelassen von den Touristen. Weit entfernt von einem Traumstrand!!! Das Essen, die Massagen etc.sind sehr preiswert und gut. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, aber 1x hat gereicht!

Our family holiday at Royal Beach was fantastic. We are a family of four with two young boys and the facilities were excellent. The beach was clean, pool clean, room quiet and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and it helped to male this a great holiday in Koh Samui. We hired a car to get around the island which was organised by reception, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant.

Hotel sowie Personal haben voll überzeugt. Schöner kleiner privater Strand, super Swimmingpool mit Bar.Umliegende Restaurants sind überteuert und in ca 1 Km Entfernung wobei das gehen dort auf der Straße sehr gefährlich ist.Was nicht gut war, waren die Laufbänder. Diese sind nur für Walker verwendbar. Ich jogge gerne mit 12 KM/H. Für diese Geschwindigkeit nicht benutzbar. Habe dies am 2 Tag beanstandet und es wurde mir mitgeteilt damit dies umgehend behoben würde, was aber bis zum letzen Tag(10) nicht passiert ist.

Dieses Hotel ist eine kleine, feine und saubere Anlage. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und es werden wirklich alle Wünsche im Rahmen des Möglichen erfüllt. Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks sind absolut o.k. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass die Anlage unter europäischer bzw. amerikanischer Leitung steht, man merkt das einfach an der Sauberkeit (zB nur wie ein Tisch abgewischt wird) und so wie es aussieht, herrscht hier auch Handyverbot während der Arbeitszeit was ich ebenfalls sehr begrüßt habe - weil so der Blick ganz klar auf das Wesentliche - nämlich den Gast - bestehen bleibt. (das habe ich auch schon ganz anders erlebt - gerade dann, wenn man so wie wir kleinere Hotels bevorzugt anstelle großer Hotelketten) Dieses Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt nur weiterempfehlen - Preis Leistung passt hier im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen wirklich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die extrem harten Matratzen - ich habe hier nach einem Topper gefragt, auch dieser Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb von Lamai Beach und ruhig gelegen, aber in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Moped mitten im Zentrum.

Les personnels sont très serviable et aimable... un grand merci pour Bed et Dee.. et biensur toutes lequipe... ce quil me plais pas vraiment cest la localisation est isolé et aussi cest pas facile pour nagé à cause de pierres

Leichter Renovierungsstau an vielen Stellen sichtbar, aber noch nicht so dramatisch. Frühstück ist recht einfältig. Am Pool lässt es sich gut aushalten. Personal sehr bemüht, müsste aber besser ausgebildet werden.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good with plenty of choices made to order. The staff were friendly although sometimes a little slow at making cocktails. The pool, bar and beach areas were nice as was the restaurant which gave a sea view. The location wasnt great, it was about a 5 minute car ride or 25 min walk to Lamai center and beach but the hotel had a driver onsite to take you where ever you want (at a cost) so you didnt have to wait around for a taxi. On arrival we got complimentary ice cream which was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

The service from the reception to breakfast was excellent. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Private beach but a bit rocky. Our villa was right in front of the pool

I’ve stayed all over Thailand, this was my third visit to the country. Royal Beach was by far the nicest accommodations I’ve been to. If I’m back in the area I would love to stay again. The staff were amazing.

Property was ok, staff good, amenities need improving especially Gym

The hotel is located a few miles from Lamai Beach, center of town, on a private small beach. It shows pride of ownership throughout the property: grounds are maintained immaculatly and staff attentive to guests. On-site restaurant has great quality of food, romantic dinner set up and music at night. The breakfast was wonderful. The bungalow we stayed feels a bit small, but the hotel experience more than compensated it!

Weather was amazing. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. If we needed anything and called reception they would be there within a minute. Food was also nice at breakfast and tea time. Will be visiting again soon

Our 1st stay of two nights at the begining of the month. We arrived early morning and the staff was more than accommodating. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The price was very good for tourist season. From the moment you arrive here you feel special.

De notre accueil tardif qui fut néanmoins personnel , la gentillesse et la politesse du personnels que je n ai jamais rencontré ailleurs , un grand merci à eux pour ces trois jours fantastique et ce repas du nouvelle an . After a month of traveling in south east Asia were were so pleased to arrive at this resort for some relaxation. The hotel location and facilities were great! There were very few people on the beach which made for an exceptionally peaceful stay. The hotel staff were fantastic and we would highly recommend this resort!

Es war wirklich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Super nettes Personal, voller Komfort, schöner privater Strand mit gratis Kajaks, tolles Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten und frischen Blumen! ALLES TOP!

Super Hotel & klasse Service.Leider ist das Mobiliar nicht mehr in einwandfreiem Zustand. Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen.
