역시 직원들에 대한 불만사항이 많이들 있네요 저 역시도 좋은 인상 못받았고 인.종.차.별 당하는 기분이랄까! 레스토랑은 괜찮고 리조트는 좋으나 다시가고픈 숙소는 아님... ㅋ

This was a last minute booking, I wanted to be near the airport, and I didnt know how wonderful it was going to be! You feel like you are in a secluded garden with a gorgeous pool area overlooking a private beach, having all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The spacious and open, beachside restaurant has a full vegetarian menu, and the food is excellent, so no need to even leave for days!The rooms are spotless, with nice balconies and updated bathrooms. Wifi is spot on. There is a safe and refrigerator in the room. There is a full spa and a workout facility, neither of which I saw due to the brevity of my visit.And the service is impeccable.Wonderful experience and I am looking forward to a return visit in the future.

We had an amazing time. The staff couldnt do enough for you, pleasant, friendly and always have a smile on there face.Definitely try the food on site, beautiful presentation, tasty and great value for money. Great cocktails. We stayed in a beach villa which I would highly recommend. Just perfect

Great location - just around the corner from the craziness of Chaweng Beach. Quite secluded beach with great swimming pool. Breakfast options were numerous and quite tasty. My only wish list items would be Stand Up Paddle Boards that guests could use.

Great location, wonderful pool, beach, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. I do have a few comments -- hotel is less than 5 min drive from airport and 7 min drive from Bangrak pier. Not only don’t they offer complimentary pickup they ask for 400baht for 2 persons from pier and 300 baht for 2 people to airport... was able to get a taxi for 4 people to airport for much less on my own.... - water is extremely overpriced 70baht for small bottle (they don’t have big bottles...). -most important comment is the construction carried next to the hotel, so when at the beach/pool there’s constant banging noises.... very disturbing.Altogether it’s a good hotel and we had a nice time

Site bien aménagé, lit très dur. Chambre très propre (villa sur la plage). Rembourrage de l’ameublement à intérieur très ferme. Beaucoup d’intimité. Déjeuner passable et pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Déjeuner style buffet sans assignation de place donc encombré. croissant humide, plateau de viandes peu varié, bacon mal cuit, etc. Manque de constance. La qualité du déjeuner nous a inciter à manger ailleurs. Pour le service, il est excellent. Personnel souriant. Très familial surtout pour les Chinois. Il faut donc s’attendre à beaucoup d’enfants qui courent et crient er crachent partout!

We booked a beachfront Pool Villa Suite and we were very pleased we did as it was lovely and gave us the privacy and quiet we were hoping for. The only disappointment, which we could not tell from the photographs when we booked it, is that you do not have direct access to the beach. There is a retaining wall almost the whole length of the hotels land and only a narrow strip of beach the other side accessed by steps. When the tide was in there was no beach at all in front of our villa. The manmade beach in front of the villa was very coarse and stoney. When we first arrived there was a lot of rubbish, bits of plastic etc outside our villa, which we collected and put in a pile. I think the garden got the hint and collected it the next day!! It was very upsetting to see how much rubbish was in the ocean and, although I know this is not the hotels fault, was surprised that the Hotel Management had not told their staff to pick up any plastic waste that was washed up on the beach in front of their hotel. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Did not eat their in the evening as it was completely lacking in atmosphere and did not use any of the hotels other facilities. One other point to consider when booking the Nora Beach Resort is that it is as bit in the middle of nowhere (if you walk down the hill there are three of four reasonably priced restaurants) so it means taking taxis all the time.

Place was great. First checked into our room and felt a little disappointed with it. Paid a lot of money for Thailand and the room was a little scuffed up and was not what we were expecting coming off the other places we stayed in Thailand. I came back to the front desk as told Nung about it and she upgraded us to a villa and it was A LOT better. So thank you so much for that. It made the last three days of the trip great. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Also took the cooking class with Chef Paula and it was awesome!

I liked that despite there being quite a steady amount of rubbish wash up on the beach, staff cleaned it up. Impressive the resort prioritise this. The breakfast was good. Pity about the coffee machines. Also no soy available despite indicating I’m dairy intolerant. Same thing for son-in-law. He has a significant reaction to gluten & told staff but no gluten free foods available to him.

Spread in acres, this property felt home away from home. Beautifully made villas, gave a royal feeling. The overlooking beach and pool was outstanding. Not to forget, their Spa is to die for. Highly recommended. Will definately visit again.

We rented one of their beachfront villas with private infinity pool and this resort is really hard to beat in that aspect. The location (beach), their facilities and staff make this a premier place to stay. The only bad thing we encountered was one night our sheets were not the right size and were clearly not of the premier quality. The staff is fabulous in how well they treat you; all (with the exception of one) went out of their way to greet us and made us feel welcome and special. We went to the other well known resorts on this island and can definitely state that location-wise this one is very hard to beat. We will definitely come here again!

空港には近いですがチャウエンの中心街からは少し離れています。どちらかと言えばサムイは初めてと言うより、島内の移動等に慣れた方にオススメします。歩いて行ける距離にファミマと薬局、地元商店が１店舗あります。 プール付のヴィラタイプとホテルタイプの２部屋取って、家族が分かれて泊まりましたが、どちらも部屋はとても清潔でした。ヴィラタイプは２日目からオーシャンフロントにアップグレードしてくれたので、さらに快適になりました。ただしフロントからはかなり遠くなるので、用がある時はカートを呼んだ方が無難です。ヴィラタイプはWiFiの接続に安定感がありませんが、ホテルタイプは申し分ない強さでした。 朝食も豊富で、ベースは毎日ほとんど変わりませんが、数種類は(点心だったものが翌日はシリアルになったり等）変わります。ルームサービスは洋食とタイスタイルがありますが、種類は多くはないです。朝食も含めて、味は我々家族は十分満足するものでした。 SPAは利用していないので分かりません。プールも部屋に付いていたので利用していません。滞在中、ホテル内で日本人には会わなかったと思います。 スタッフはどなたも笑顔で挨拶してくれ、フレンドリーでありつつ礼儀はきちんとされていました。 とても良いホテルだと思います。

Ideal situation with beautiful beach access to local shops and services. Access not for the faint hearted ( would not suit physically disabled ) rooms spacious and well appointed if not a little dated. Pool is clean and well maintained but only just adequate when hotel busy. Choose the sea if wanting quiet swim as pool often dominated by ball players and frizzbe throwers pool and pool bar staff outstanding. .Breakfast buffet excellent with good variety. Overall good hotel a short ride away from the buzz of Chaweng township if you want it.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in dem Hotel. Im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit beim Frühstück war etwas unbefriedigend. Die Reste von den Frühstückstischen würden auf den Boden gewischt. Somit saß man in den Überbleibsel des Vorgängers. Es war auch kein wischen sondern eher ein verreiben. Der Strand fällt leider zu klein aus. Des Weiteren ist er links und rechts vom Hotel sehr verdreckt. Massagen waren Top aber im Vergleich zu teuer. Ansonsten ein Top Team mit super Zimmern und einer schönen Anlage!

Beim Check-in wurden wir von einer netten Hotelangestellten begrüßt. Um einchecken zu können, mussten 3000 Baht Kaution auf der Kreditkarte belegt werden. Das haben wir zuvor noch in keinem thailändischem Hotel erlebt.Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und wir konnten trotz Gartenblick vom Balkon auf das Meer sehen. Das Frühstück war für thailändischen Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es gab eine recht große Auswahl an Brot, warmen Speisen und Süßspeisen. Besonders war die Kaffeebar, an der es die verschiedensten Kaffeevariationen gab. Am Pool waren viel zu wenig liegen, obwohl genug Platz sowohl am Pool, aus auch am Strand wäre. Morgens um 10 Uhr (Frühstück ging bis 10:30 Uhr) waren bereits alle Liegen belegt. Teilweise wurden diese aber erst 2-3 Stunden später wieder besucht. Viele Gäste des Hotels waren wirklich nur zum Bier und Cocktails trinken am Pool und waren teilweise sehr laut.Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Eine Pizza kostet knapp 10 Euro und es ist lediglich eine billige Tiefkühlpizza.Das Hotelpersonal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Teilweise verständlich, da viele Gäste nie zurück gegrüßt haben.Der angebotene Flughafentransfer war sehr teuer. Wir waren zu viert und haben 600 Baht bezahlt. Mal wieder sehr teuer für thailändische Verhältnisse.Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, allerdings stimmt unser Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel nicht. Sehr schade, aber wir würden nicht wieder kommen.
