*** 요금 과다청구 발생. 현재 부킹닷컴과 분쟁중임.1) 주차요금 과다청구체크인시 2일사용으로 명시하고, 2.17입실 - Exp.date ; 2.19 명기된 주차권 받음. 체크아웃시 영수증을 이메일로 받아서 추후 귀국해서 확인했는데 3일 요금으로 청구되었음.2.19 아침에 관광을 위해 차량을 주차장에서 빼서 하루종일 근교 관광후 2.19 저녁 20시에 공항근처 허츠에 반납후 허츠셔틀로 공항가서 공항셔틀로 숙소로 돌아왔음.2) 인터넷 요금.부킹닷컴에는 호텔전역에서 와이파이 무료라고 명기되어 있음.숙소 들어가서 와이파이 연결하면 호텔 페이지 연결되어 와이파이 사용가능하나 advance option 은 9.95 USD 추가 결재됨.별다른 인증과정없이 바로 룸챠지되어버림.44+29.85 = 73.85 USD 그냥 날라갔음.** 메리어트 본사 고객서비스팀과 통화후 원만히 해결됨.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------LA시내 숙박을 어디서 할지 고민하다가, 결국 마지막날 공항가기 쉬운 호텔을 골랐다. 공항까지 운행되는 무료셔틀을 타면 Terminal B(톰-브래들리)까지 약 10분정도 걸린다. 어짜피 LA시내는 차를 타고 이동할 것이고, 둘째날 관광 루트가 공항근처의 게티센터, UCLA, 게티빌라, 산타모니카라 LA첫날만 좀 고생하면 괜찮을 것 같아서 잡았는데, 위치가 나쁘지는 않았다.객실키를 이용해야 출입가능하여 보안도 괜찮고 조식도 훌륭함.객실내부는 넓고 주방 취사시설도 훌륭함. 퀸베드 2개 + 소파베드 1.1층에 스타벅스, 피자+맥주집, 햄버거집 있음. 이용하지는 않았지만 구글 평점은 좋은 편임.주차요금은 일일 45달러+tax.

This hotel is in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that a room key is needed to access the building and the elevators inside the hotel. I enjoyed that extra security. The parking was included with the room that was booked. Make sure to look out for free parking in description otherwise it’s $40 plus tax a day(or is it each time you leave and enter the garage?!) I don’t recall. The only issue we had was the elevator from the garage to the ground level of the hotel. First of alI, I am already skeptical of elevators in parking garages, it’s just something creepy about them. But this one was straight out of a horror movie no lie. Going down was not the issue, but going up to the second floor definitely gave dooms day vibes. There were loud noises, rattling and shaking. The noise grew louder as the elevator finally settled on the second floor. Not to mention we noticed the elevator doors opening and closing with no one inside or around it. Whew!!! that was an experience. But I did notice a repair truck there on our last day. All I’m saying is take the stairs because the parking garage elevator is sketchy.

Positive: I specifically ask for a non smoking room. I am pregnant and even if I was f I have a 3yr old. I don¿t do smoking room. The first room I got was my worse at these high end hotels 8 plus rates. My room Was Change from 507 to 207.at 2am, the smell came Negative: Back. It was cold so I turn it off and was awaken with this fowly smell Cigarette smell . I put it back on and it the smell Went away. The website says hot meal. A few is charged n cold breakfast was served. I was so annoyed I Couldn¿t wait to leave.

The hotel rooms and hallways were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Outdoor furniture could use updating, some of the pillow covers had holes. The fire pit outside was a very nice touch. Due to COVID-19 restaurant was closed but there was a pizzeria, sub shop and coffee shop right around the corner. Overall, nice hotel close to the airport.

Staff, upon check in, was very helpful. Room comfortable and well appointed. Very close to airport with convenient shuttle. Grab and go breakfast a bit disappointing but understand this is challenging. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Everything was pretty great, room was overall great and friendliness was awesome, got checked into my room early which was a life saver lol Only complaints were a dirty area in part of the bathroom like they missed a wall and light switch, and the internet service for Netflix failed on the second day and it never got fixed before I checked out. That was a bummer

Comfortable room, if a little dark. A few hairs found on the face towels, so clearly they had not been replaced since the last guest. Covid breakfast was dreadful, so didnt even go back on my second/third mornings. No water on third night; room in alternative hotel offered earlier that day, but what a hassle that would be - should have compd the night, but just got a little back, on what was already an overpriced room (I had been charged extra for booking in advance!).

The service was great, but for a non-smoking facility and staying with kids it was really unfortunate that smoking weed is acceptable. It permeated the halls and rooms, making an exceptional hotel with excellent rooms, great location, and fabulous service all not worth it.

Front desk staff not helpful. We called to inform them the TV did not work in our room. Was told an engineer would be right up. 30 minutes later, we went down to to ask about it. They said no one ever called. :( They then changed our room and the guy at the front desk said that he would send someone up with the keys. Again, waited about 30 minutes before going looking for them. After getting our keys from the front desk, the same guy once again said that someone would be up to pick up the old keys. Needless to say, we did not expect anyone to come up. We turned our keys in when we checkout in the morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay before an LAX flight.

Experience was great but could not get housekeeping’s attention I stayed for 3 nights and could not get new sheets for my bed on the second night after calling and being told Service was sold out but so mine will bring up clean sheets in 30 minutes no one ever showed and on the next day I saw maid service in the hallway and inquired and I was asked my room number and told new sheets would be ok my bed when I returned. It never happened.

The front desk people is fine by doing their job correctly but the rooms is horrible.

Location is very good as you can drive anywhere in less than 1 hour - north, east and south.

Positive: The staff was professional, and courteous. Overall hotel seemed very clean. Negative: The room had a dirty stove... other than that, the parking garage instructions wetter as clear as they could have been- as it relates to the door, and its closure time. Other than that it was PERFECT

During a week long stay in LA we paid for 3 rooms at 3 different hotels. When we walked into Residence Inn we were amazed. Our room was very, VERY nice. Everything was updated with smart TV’s walk in shower and stainless steel appliances. Our suite even included dishes for cooking needs. The hotel was clean and classy. We were high up so we had a view of LAX and could see the planes coming and going. The best part is it didn’t break the bank. Marriott gives an awesome luxurious feel all while still feeling at home. Will definitely be back next time we visit LA

Really close to the airport, purified water station available by the gym, has swimming pool, rooms are spacious with kitchen and complete kitchen supplies. Bed is very comfortable and all the pillows. The room that I have has a sofa bed that is also big. Netflix available on their tv plus hbo’s and a lot of channels. Room is a little bit dark thou, not enough lighting. We will definitely come back. Staff are friendly including the shuttle drivers.

Negative: Limited breakfast only one allowed in each category. Not allowed to have more than one from the same category even if you don¿t take anything from the other categories. Young women hanging around at the elevator and the gym, yelling and asking phone#.

Check in was quick, the stuff was very helpful, they even gave me suggestion to return my car and use their free shuttle bus to the airport to avoid overnight parking chargers. While walking to my room I noticed the lobby was an extreme attraction to cleanliness, organization, and elegance, with three different style seating areas. Upon further exploration, nice comfortable bed, made properly, very nice big bathroom, and really nice very well completed kitchen. The stay was relaxing and pleasant. Everything I need it was in the hotel or nearby. I will definitely stay at Residence Inn again.

This was my first stay at the Marriott Residence Inn LAX. I enjoyed my two-night visit very much and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff members I interacted with were friendly and efficient. Furnishings and artwork are tasteful and cheery - upscale but casual enough that the environment is very relaxing. Beds are super comfortable and my suite was very spacious and well equipped. High-speed internet access was easy. My cats were with me (making a move back to the USA from Ireland) and they received a gracious welcome. The hotel is just minutes from the airport, so no long or expensive taxi drive after a long flight (the hotel also has a free shuttle). Lastly, I loved the fact that reasonably priced dining options (Jersey Mikes, ZPizza Tap Room, Starbucks) were right there with access from the interior of the hotel.

Manager was so good to us as well as all the staff during these strange times. Thank you!

They were not making any cleaning in the room, but they never told me that at the arriving time.The internet never worked since the moment I got there, until I left. The staff was blaming any other cause but the poor performance of the network. The breakfast was poor, cheap and they are taking advantage from the Covid’s situation in order to deny the visitors what they supposed to get. Terrible experience, on top of that I been asked to pay $42 daily for parking. Extremely expensive for what you get!!!They have no refundable fare!!!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I arrived early in the morning and they were able to check me in within the hour which was so amazing! Room was large and very clean, kitchen had everything you could need. Hotel had food options downstairs which made it very convenient not to have to go very far. Shuttle service was great too. Will stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Gigantic room has furniture to match. Flat surfaces for heavy suitcases, and mirror space for all. Pool area is amazingly relaxing despite traffic and airport. Jimmy Johns and pizzeria practically on site are both very good. Friendly helpful staff and adequate breakfast with great oatmeal. Lots of kitchen area and important utensils, etc. all there. Full size refrigerator. Bedside phone plugs and individual reading lights. Lots to like here!

Positive: We flew in from Md during the pandemic. They allowed us to have an early check in because we were 4 hours early due to the time zone differences. From the moment I walked in literally EVERYONE was friendly and helpfuL Made ya feel right at home instantly. Negative: I didnt like the fact that I only stayed for 4 days..should have stayed longer .

My large family was returning from a 5 day cruise in Mexico and planned to stay in Los Angelos for a few days after our cruise ended. We booked this hotel a few months earlier based on the amenities and distance to the airport. We arrived earlier than expected to check-in and the desk staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They did everything possible to make our time waiting comfortable. They answered our many questions as we had never been to L.A. They offered us brochures and discounts for places to eat in the nearby area. There was one worker who knew us by name and always checked to see if we needed anything or had a great time on our outings. The desk staff at RI Marriott were pleasure to deal with and we would absolutely stay here on our next trip to the area. Kudos also go out to the breakfast staff as they provided a satisfying and delicious option everyday.

El estacionamiento que te ofrece el hotel tiene un costo de 40 dólares diarios más impuestos, en lo particular creo que debe ser parte del servicio integral del hotel o cuando menos debería tener una tarifa más accesible.El hotel no cuenta con servicio de alimentos al cuarto y no tienen servicio de comedor, solo ofrecen el desayuno continental básico, los jugos no son naturales, de fruta solo dieron pura piña y un solo día sandía.Lamentablemente los últimos dos días no contaban con servicio de agua caliente por falla en sus calentadores , boilers, calderas o como le llamen.Como en muchos otros hoteles de EUA el servicio de equipaje tanto en el check in como en el check out solo te prestan el carrito que carga las maletas.El cuarto excelente, cuenta con una pequeña cocinera con refrigerador y microondas, aunque el refrigerador un poco ruidoso, las camas de buen tamaño, queen size, y un sofá cama que ya hecho cama es una verdadera burla, se sienten los resortes y hace ruido ante cualquier mínimo movimiento. 5泊しました。空港からすぐ近くの場所。シャトルバスが出ているので、とても便利です。宿泊した客室はキッチンつき、割と大き目な冷蔵庫、カトラリーやお皿、グラス、鍋等もあり、スーパーで食材を買いこみ、毎晩自炊できました。キングベット＋ソファベッド、バスタブ無し、シャワーは備え付けタイプで水力問題なし、アメニティはシャンプーとリンス、固形石鹸、クレンジング。ドライヤーも風力強め、（髪の長さロングでも問題なく使用できました。）LG製のTV、アイロン等々があり、また、収納もたっぷりで家族3人（夫婦＋小学生）で快適に過ごせました。滞在中ティッシュがなくなり連絡したところ、ロボットがお部屋まで持ってきてくれました。小さなお子さんは喜ぶかもしれません。※ロボットはエレベーターの中やロビーでもよく遭遇しました。朝食は、ベーグル、マフィン、（グルテンフリーのパンも、頼めば出してくれると表示がありました。）セルフ式のワッフル、バナナやいちご、メロン等のフルーツ、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、（味は朝マッ〇のソーセージの味に近かったです。）ポテト、飲み物はジュース、コーヒー、紅茶など。日にちや時間帯、タイミング？によっては、カップケーキ、ヨーグルトやゆで卵、サラダほうれん草、コーヒーコーナーにはデカフェもありました。遅めの時間だと座る場所もなく、客室に持ち込む方も多数、またワッフルはとても人気なので、常に行列ができていました。スタバやサンドイッチ、ピザのお店が1階に入っており、特にピザは美味しかったです。コンビニは近くになく、ホテルの売店でちょっとしたお菓子や日用品、飲み物は購入できます。
