침구는 세탁을 안한 정도가 아니라 평소 안씻는 사람이 쓰다간 냄새가 나서 괴로웠고...화장실은 바깥온도와 똑같은 수준으로 난방도 전혀 안되고 낡고..겨울이라 사용하기 힘들었어요. 관리도 안되고 지저분한 느낌만 받고 갑니다. 재이용은 절대 안할듯요.

Hassle free check-in however is a really small room with 2 bunk beds. No table nor chair provided. Only hangers are given. Towels were changed daily however its more like face towel to us. Toilet has no curtains and shadow can be seen. Toilet also not heated and extremely cold during winter so as the seat of the toilet bowl.Breakfast are self made kind with bread and eggs.

Stayed 3 nights and on the third night there was no hot water and it was freezing so couldn’t have a cold shower. There was no one at the front desk as they had left for the day so no one could help us. By the next morning there was hot water again. Breakfast was bread, jam and weak dilute coffee and they supply eggs which you have to cook yourself. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean, the rooms had central heating which was set so so warm and could not be changed. Place is very dated. On a positive note the family that run it seem very nice even though they didn’t really speak much English so we couldn’t communicate

Recommended place to stay for a no frills experience with some eggs for breakfast. The lounge (and therefore fridge) close at 11 pm. We had a private room, with 2 bunk beds (4 beds total). Free lockers to store stuff during your stay. Another shared bathroom available, if needed. Minor issues would be too small towels, and only a sheet to cover you in the room.

It was the cheapest I could find during the busy holiday season. Don’t expect too much from this place, the amenities are basic. Plus the neighbors in the room we we’re in were noisy past 1130pm, banging doors and whiny kids... i would not suggest it if you have early plans for the day as you won’t get enough rest due to the noise.

Our stay at Dream Guest House was amazing. Everyone was really nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the free bread and eggs at breakfast. I would recommend!

Host was quite considerate of guests. This is perfect location to go around Seoul area. No matter how late you get back, the area is safe and secure.

This was our 2nd visit there in the last 4 months. The hotel was booked at a reasonable price. Staffs are so helpful and patience to explain and show us the locations to visit. The hotel remained spotless the entire time there. What a wonderful way to start the day.

Room next door was incredibly loud throughout the night talking, yelling, laughing

Good location as its near to the subway station & a local dry market that offers all sorts of things (including food & fruits) at affordable & reasonable price that the locals also go! Also there are a few convenient stores like 7-eleven & eating shops available too!

This is budget friendly hotel and very near subway station. Local stores near the area. It would be nice add warm welcome to guest. I like that the mister in the hotel is respectful, friendly and warm. Recommended for group travelers.

I stayed in the hotel for more than 6 times before usually stay in the 3 rd floor of the hotel. For the first time when i was put in the 5 th floor i had an encounter with some roaches. Hopenthe hotel can deal with this
