근처 대중교통 이용이 편리하고 쇼핑센터와 디디피가 가까이 있어 놀기도 좋고 전망도 굉장히 좋아요

리셉션 직원이 친절하고 룸컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋아요! 가격과 위치 모두 훌륭합니다. 트원룸 전망은 쏘쏘했는데요.. 더블룸쪽은 DDP 전망인것같더라구요. 참고하세요

방 넓고 화장실 쾌적. 비데 있고 수압 좋음. 엘리베이터도 금방 금방 오고, 프론트 친절. 물 무료! 이틀간 야간 남성직원의 서비스가 그닥 좋지 않았어서 별 하나 뺍니다. 위치도 최고!!

가격이 싸고 이동하기 편리하다

위치는 역 바로 앞이라 최고로 좋았으나, 역에 계단이 많아 짐이 많은 분들에게는 다른 출구에서 오는게 나을듯.방은 넓고 화장실도 넓다. 샤워실도 따로 있어서 아주 좋고. 햇빛도 잘 안들어와 늦게 일어나는 나에게는 최고였음.

늦은시간 도착해 궁금한것 이것저것 물어보았는데도 친절히 응대해 주셔서 감사하구요. 전망도 꽤 괜찮았어요.아주 쪼금 아쉬운건 저만 그렇게 생각하는지 아님 원래 호텔 방침인지 샤워타올과 비누가 비치되어 있지 않더라구요 쪼금 아쉬웠어요편안히 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

동대문역사역바로앞이고 공항버스도 바로 앞에 위치해잇습니다.조식은 양은 많지않지만 가격대비 괜찮은거 같네여

객실도 깨끗하고 위치나 모든것이 맘에 들었음

동대문역사공원의 야경이 한눈에 들어오고 지하철과 바로 인접해있고 방분위기도 아늑하니 넘 깔끔한 객실 1박이 아쉽네요

주차장이 없는게 좀 아쉽지만 그래도 잘 쉬다갑니다

선물로 팩도 한개씩 주시는 센스. 깔끔하고 방도 조금 넓은 느낌. 좋네요~

헤리티지 호텔은 동대문을 방문할 때마다 묵는 호텔입니다. 개인적으로 위치와 호텔내 청결도,직원분들의 친절한 서비스에 대단히 만족하는 호텔인데, 한국 내 앱이나 검색엔진을 통한 예약보다 씨트립을 이용한 예약이 훨씬 저렴한 것이 더욱 마음에 들었습니다. 다시 동대문을 방문해도 헤리티지에서 꼭 묵을 계획입니다.

시설 깨끗하고, 지하철과 가까워 접근성이 좋은 호텔입니다.

방의 소음이 계속됩니다 1~2분적으로 간헐적인 소음이 나는데아마도 다른방의 수도사용시 나는 소음같습니다호텔측의 잘못으로 방교체를 제안받았지만같은방으로는 준비가 안되어서 결국 소음과 함께 숙박하였습니다

I enjoyed the location right next to the night market. Subway stops right out hotel door. Convenience store on both sidoof hotel as well as street food. Area felt safe even at 12 midnight. Room was bigger than average size Asian hotel. King size was us size and twin bed a bit bigger than US size so perfect for 3 adults. Would have liked drawers for clothes but oh well. I would stay here again!

The location is fantastic, especially if you are on day tours. The pickup venue at Dongdaemun is right below the hotel. I only have 2 other comments. There was once when I had to wait for a good 20 minutes for the lift to bring me to my room at level 19. I did not know what was the issue. While I finally got into the lift. it had to stop at several level because some hotel guests pressed the Up button when they wanted to go down. The other comment is really not the issue of the hotel. The 2 station exits near the hotel have long flight of steps and I could not find any lift.

Für Korea ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Bad sehr schön. Mobiliar nicht mehr ganz neu aber in Ordnung. Frühstück sehr günstig aber wenig Auswahl, Kaffee lecker nur eine Sorte Brot aber es war genug da um satt zu werden

Its one minutes walk from Exit 9 of Dongdaemun Cultural Park Station, very convenient and accessible location. Decent room size and nice city view on higher floor.

立地は、ナイトショッピングしたい方には最高の立地です。東大門でお買い物してもすぐに置きに帰られるという点が私は嬉しかったです。また、フロントの方も日本語が出来て丁寧に色々と教えてくださったり、優しかったです。お部屋も綺麗で清潔感があり、心地よく過ごせました。唯一気になったのは、ボディーソープとシャンプーが一緒という点です。トリートメントを持って行っていたので問題はありませんでしたが、少し気になりした。

The staff went out of there way to say hello. The subway is just minutes away walk. Food and shopping is plentiful.

Room size is good , enough space for our luggage. Good location, next to metro station, very convenient. You can take crazy shopping at nearby wholesale malls

Had an excellent stay. Very close to the subway station and street food/late night snacks available. Also great to have the airport shuttle right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff too!!!

Great location. Airport bus stop just outside. Nice stay. Metro stops within couple of minutes.

Location is excellent and easy access by limousine bus. Most of the staff are friendly except one. When we asked for recommendation for breakfast nearby, the guy at night just said there is nothing good around the hotel which is pathetic.

Conveniently located. However there’s definitely room for improvement in the hotel’s piping system. The wheezing noise from water piping can be annoying or disturbing to some.

Overall the hotel was great. Nice view. Clean room. Only complaint was the location of the TV. During the day the glare made it very difficult to view and could not watch the TV from sitting on the couch. Had to sit on the bed to watch. Would highly recommend due to location.

We stayed 4 nights with an ample sized room with modern decor and facilities. nice large shower and comfortable beds.TV reception for some channels was bad so could not watch that channel.Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating when I requested a later checkout about one and a half hours it was granted without fuss or charge. Only issue we had which was minor was that housekeeping did not restock the water bottles on the last night (3 supplied daily) and no bath mat. Again when reception was informed this was rectified. The hotel location is good with a subway entrance next door and a bus stop to the airport at the front. Short walk to markets and shopping malls.No swimming pool which I would usually look for in a hotel.I would stay here again

The view was insane! And the bathroom was so relaxing. I could have lived there.

Front desk staff is nice but, for some reason, the manager has a stinky face. Housekeeping lady was pretty nice and friendly.

It was 10 steps from train station. Very convenient location. The center of shopping is right outside the door

A perfect location with tons of shopping malls and restaurants around. The shopping mall nearby closes at 5 am. A good place for me to hang out at night. ***y nice restaurants around the hotel serving stunning food but charging reasonable price. I stayed at Myeong-dong Skypark last time, but I find that KY Heritage is much better in terms of its location and shops around. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Needless to say, I will definitely pick this hotel again.
