방음이 거의 천장 다 뚫린 고시텔 수준. 옆 방 사람이 너무 시끄럽게 떠든다고 생각해서 복도에 나가보면 맨 끝방 사람임. 한 50m 떨어져있는데도 다 들리면 말 다했지.

옆방 사람 방구끼는 소리까지 다들림...

로비에 있는 커피숍은 넓지는 않지만 아늑하다.매우 친절하고 주차가능하다.강추!

위치 북창동 먹자골목 중심에 위치한 호텔 입니다. 1,2호선 시청역과 4호선 회현역에서의 접근성이 좋습니다. 주변에 카페도 많고 편의점도 많은, 숙박하기에 편한 곳입니다. 도보로 덕수궁, 남대문시장, 명동 모두 접근할만한 거리 입니다. 여러모로 위치는 최상 입니다. 청결도 침구류 등 전반적으로 매우 깔끔 했습니다. 단 화장실에 머리카락이 좀 있더군요. 서비스 및 시설 객실내 기본적인 물품은 모두 갖추었으나 냉장고가 약하다거나, 호텔 내 전자렌지가 없다거나 하는 등 갖춰지지 않거나 부족한 부분들이 좀 있습니다. 하지만 불편함은 없습니다.

출장때문에 5박투숙했습니다위치는진짜굿입니다객실도깨끗하고 좋습니다만 시트에 살짝 피약간 묻어있었어요뭐크게신경쓰일정도는 아니였지만베개랑 이불에 살짝 얼룩보였어요그리고 보통호텔객실에 데스크랑 등받이의자있는데트윈룸은 없더라구요좀 불편했어요일박 이박은 오케이인데 저처럼 출장차 5박 장기투숙이라면 비추입니다

由机場坐Arex,到首爾站後轉1線到市厅站7号出过馬路見到donut店再行入小巷就到,留意7口出口要竹長樓梯,如拿大件行李系好吃力酒店附近有便利店食店樂天百貨行去好方便,明洞步行20,分鐘酒店服務員態度非常一般,沒有笑容,不會主动打招呼房間設施ok,住了一晚之後就發覺沒有清潔浴室鏡,地下,梳洗日用品,茶包也是隨意補充沒有购買早餐券,有兑換機除了房間沒有用任何設施有指示去对面the plazs酒店搭機場巴士won$16000最後一天自行訂trip.com機場接送車到机場,60分鐘到,好方便

Superb front desk service. Very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that cleaning service had a bit of a hiccup on one occasion.Other than that, great value hotel in a excellent location

住3床房 ，房間整潔，有雪櫃，有升降機，有足夠空間開三個行李箱。很近市廳站，可步行去南大門市場，去弘大、梨大、廣藏市場不需轉車，很方便，但去明洞需要轉車，步行過去約20分鐘。附近有便利店和幾間餐廳，有烤肉和伴飯。建議使用房間內的個人清潔及潤膚用品前，先試一下會不會敏感。而洗水間裡的是浴缸，需要先開了水掣才拉上面的轉掣花灑才有水。

The Hotel Thomas Myeongdong is located a walk away from subway lines, City Hall, and is literally located in a restaurant alley. The staff is nice and speak Korean, English, and some of them Mandarin and Japanese.The rooms are efficiently appointed, modern, and cozy. They have a small buffet breakfast that can be purchased for about 7700 Won which is roughly $7 US. It is simple and sufficient for the price.We love the1 location, the general manager is very nice and sociable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend for good quality amd price... also location location location. It is not an expensive hotel like the big Lotte and others but a good boutique traveler and business hotel. It is also in nicely lit and populated area unlike some hotels deep in the back alleys.

Convenient location. Just 5mins away from city hall station (blue and green lines), very convenient if you take the airport rail. There are a lot of eatery just 1 min away from hotel. You can even walk to Myeongdong about 10mins. Hotel is new, everything was state of the art. I will stay here again. Bed was comfortable too. Only small issue is that the light on the front corridor is on energy saving mode so I have to keep moving ard to make use of the full length mirror. I would recommend to install a switch for it.

距離明洞.樂天免稅店蠻近的，可坐機場巴士（KAL) 6701到廣場酒店下車很方便，飯店裡大致上都很好，但就是房間燈光太暗，還有每天的早餐都一樣（希望可以改善）！

Convenience! you can take 6701 airport shuttle bus to Plaza Hotel & walk 5-8 mins to Hotel Thomas.And also just walk 4 mins to no.7 entrance - City Hall station. or 10 mins to Lotte Young MyeongDong. I feel good!

位置1，2號地鐵線旁，前往弘大及東大門十分方便。房間面積大打開兩個29寸行李箱還可以行動。但房間補充茶包及牙膏不是每天補充。住了5個晚上只補充了兩次另外隔音一般，晚上還會聽到街上車聲及人聲。

During our 2nd night stay with the hotel, we met a rude front desk staff. We had accidentally left our room key with our friends & they had left in a taxi. We requested for the spare room key but the front desk staff was rude to us asking us why we lost our room key. We explained to him we didnt lose it, we will return the next day but we need the spare room key. Unwillingly, he gave us the spare key.Then we had a parcel left at the hotel by one of our friend, we told him that we want to collect our parcel, without even checking, he said NO. We showed him the tag which the hotel staff earlier in the noon had passed to our friend, then he went to take the parcel for us. He had totally spoilt our mood for that night.During our checkout, the hotel GM was at the front desk & asked if our stay is pleasant. We told him about the incident & he apologised for the staff behaviour. He asked us to give the staff another chance as he was new & he finds the staff hardworking. He will give a warning to the staff & more training for him. Housekeeping was interesting as only the beds are tidied, towels are replaced with new & other stuff (cups not washed) in the room was left the way it was when we left the room. we did not feedback to the GM as we were running out of time.Other than the above, the hotel is new, 15min walk to Myeongdong.

Air-conditioning in room is good.Pillow and bed are good and comfortable.Some towel are not so clean, sometimes find somedirts aspectially the large towel.The wallpaper found torn out in some area.

Almost everything was good. Room is spacious and comfy. Location is good. Service of staff were friendly and effective. However, the water pressure for the shower was weak.

Hotel looks new and modern, however upon further inspection, there were stains on the bed sheets and pillow. No toothbrush were provided, they did not refill coffee and tea, and when we first checked in, no bottled water was provided

由於三月，只有暖氣提供，要開窗作通風透氣，不過開窗會有由升降機發出的一點聲音，通報後第二天轉子房間，問題沒有了！位置一流，近明洞/南大門/市廳，首爾站和鐘閣站亦可步行前往！十分滿意！

ツインで3泊利用させて頂きました。浴槽があると思って予約しましたが実際はシャワーだけでそれが残念でした(浴槽がある部屋もあるのでしょうか？)暖かい時期だったのでシャワーだけでもやり過ごせましたが寒い時期だったらきつかったかなと。それ以外は何の不満もなく、ホテル全体的に綺麗でしたし立地も申し分ありません。明洞までは徒歩10分くらいでしょうか、道に慣れれば近く感じました。最寄りの市庁駅までもすぐで交通は便利です。リムジンバス利用の場合はKALリムジンでTHE PLAZA HOTELの目の前が乗り降り場です。ホテルまではそこから徒歩3分程です。

Hotel is nice; Staff are cordial. Front Desk Staff did not know they could provide laundry services as stated in the guest book; it took two days for them to figure it out. They could not know how to explain operation of the Air Conditioning Unit; woke up every morning sweating.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this modern, clean, hotel in which the service was impeccable.

Check in was painless....a 10,0000 ($10.00) deposit for an extra room key seems ridiculous. The breakfast was fair for the price $8.00. There is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts just around the corner...otherwise Soft Tofu Soup was the closest place open for a morning meal.
