주차할 수 있고 가족 단위까지 커버할 만한 넓은 룸도 있는 게스트하우스 중에 준상급.친절한 직원분이 숙소 근처 이마트와 상가 위치까지 자세히 알려주어 고마웠고 같이 운영하는 유니콘 카페에서 모닝커피 또는 웰컴 음료 제공.비어있는 바람에 페밀리급에서 젤 급높은 방으로 업그레이드 해주심.최고 등급 방 (7인실)기준: 무료와이파이 있음. 일부 룸 간단 자가 식사조리 가능. 밥솥 있는 룸도 있음. 별도 샤워실. 세탁기 및 건조대. 헤어드라이어, 샴푸 및 수건 제공, 별도 온도조절.

1층에 주인이 카페를 하시는데 고양이들이 많으니 알레르기가 있는 사람은 주의 요망. 고양이를 사랑하는 사람이라면 그야말로 천국. 숙박하는 사람들에게 웰컴 드링크로 카페 음료 한잔을 주시는데 커피 마시면서 고양이들과 놀수있다. 고양이 이름이 엄청나다. 포르, 마세라, 에스턴 안녕~~숙소는 엄청 넓어서 6명이서 하루 놀면서 묵기에 적당했다. 침대가 엄청 좋다.============================================There is a cafe in the lobby. You can check in and get a welcome coffee at that cafe. MOREOVER, there are some CATS playing cafe ground, so if you have an alergies just becareful, otherwise you can see and play with thoses CATS during drinking welcome drink.Accomodation was clean and also they had nice bed and blanket. The place can afford 6 people.

친구들하고 여럿이서 놀다가기좋아요. 주변에 편의시설도 많고 사장님도 너무좋아요 펜션에서 놀다가는 느낌!! 방도 포근하고 귀여운느낌!

일단 이런 서울쪽에서 이런시설로 취사가 가능한곳은 없었고 무엇보다 너무 친절했습니다 또한 입실퇴실 따로따로 꼭 직접만든 커피도 타주셨습니다 서비스가 장난이아니예요 또 오고싶을정도로 인테리어도 정말 깔끔하고 이뻣습니다 크크크킄

청계천 도보2분거리 황학롯데캐슬 뒷편 레지던스로 넓고 쾌적한 시설이 좋다

개조 된 객실 객실의 차이점은 침대가 하나 더 있다는 것입니다. 도보로 쉽게 갈 수 있지만 자동차로 입구를 찾기가 어렵습니다.

직원친절도, 시설깨끗함, 아기자기한 환경등 매우좋앗네요~ 주변사람들에게 적극 권장하고싶습니다.

동대문이라 가깝고 교통편하고 친구들과 파티하기 좋은 곳

가격대비 시설은 낡았고교통도 불편한 편커피 서비스는 좋다 근처에 편의점이 있음

What I gathered from my 2 weeks stay. I really enjoyed the room decoration as they changed the decoration every few days. They had a very friendly but fun feel. The owner was very nice and helpful. This hotel offered so many amenities like: free coffee in the morning, washer in room, and even a free phone to use for when you are away from the hotel. The only problem I had was the bed was a little to hard for my liking. I wish the hotel would have put some kind of mattress pad to soften the bed up.

Excellent location, 2min walk to bus stop where we could take bus 421 direct to Myeongdong,namdaemun and subway station. Alternatively, can walk about 10 mins to dongmyo subway station for access to many parts of seoul. It is also a 1 min walk to Emart and a cinema, and many cafes& restaurants. Excellent host and staff- Ponny, her father and JJ. They took care of us very well and was very responsive whenever we text her questions and enquire. She also lent us her wifi egg to enable communication between us. If we need to order food delivery, they were very happy to assist. During our stay, EXO had a comeback and ponny helped us to order their album and we got it before we left seoul Every morning, we will have a drink at the cafe and play with the cats while planning the day with ponny. The washing machine is a bonus for us. Although ths bathroom is small, we had everything we needed. The only small pointer is that the bed was hard but the bedsheet and the blanket was very comfortable so it made up for the small little discomfort.The floor heating system was also very good. Definately reccomend to families and anybody who wants to experience hospitality in seoul

I was very pleased with this experience. The room was spacious and kept clean. When I booked, I did not realize it came with a clothes washing machine, which was an added bonus on a 4 week trip (plus Ive never come across a commercial laundromat in Korea.) The owner/staff was truly exceptional in responding to questions, and helping me get my hot water turned on when I accidentally turned it off.

We were with 4 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space in the large apartment, suitable for our 2-night stay. Ms. Ponny the owner connected with us via email and later an app and was very helpful with given directions in Seoul, even assisting us to with public transportation. Plenty of towels, a mix of bunker- and kingsize beds. Easy to find as it is right behind a gigantic eMart and Starbucks (1 minute walk!!), though Ponnys Unicorn has also a nice cozy coffeeshop by itself, which functions as the reception to the around 15 or so apartment rooms. It came very handy that Ponny and her small team speak English very well, and communicate around the clock for anything needed, being very friendly and helpful. We walked in about 20 minutes to Dongdaemun Market & clothing shopping malls area. Ponny also assisted in calling a large van who drove 7 of us with huge luggage safely to the airport for Won 100K at 7am. We would surely recommend Unicorn if we return to Seoul and need a large family room.

Our room was bigger than what we expected. Run by lovely caring and attentive host. Of course the food was delicious. I like the cafe very much. You can easily get to the huge supermarket and movie theater in 1min on foot. Its near the subway station and E-mart. Hope to return.

It was a pleasant stay for my family especially Ponny was very helpful to guide every day. I strongly recommend new travellers to stay in unicorn. Very clean accomodation.Thank you very much for helping my family to have a wonderful winter trip.

A little bit hot at night. Restaurants in & around the mall are plenty. The apartment is next to Emart, a biggest supermarket Ive seen, so its so convenient for us to go shopping. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The sauna was a wonderful way to end the day.

We were very pleased with Residence Unicorn. Location 20 min walking to Dongdaemum DDP, 10 min walking to 清溪川. I thought the walk to the train station was a little longer than stated in the description but the walk towards the train station was very pleasant. Ms Pony Lee, in making sure me and my family are well taken care of.

独角兽公寓位置还是挺好的，距离地铁站不远，附近有超市和餐饮。这里有各种各样的房间，进去给人温馨的感觉，被铺干净清新，韩式风格，住在这里很舒服😌我是4月份住的，现在才记得写评论，8月份去韩国也选择入住这里，准备十月份再打算入住，老板娘好热情️

Everything was good. The person in charge is very friendly. We have a very comfortable 7N stay at this place.

The living condition was awesome. the staff was pretty nice too!

I looking for hotel but this hotel is not ordinary hotel style what I want to stay.But I have another experience.

The host, Bomi is very nice and considerate, she cared about us and showed us how the neighborhood is clearly and gave us ride while we arrived and left the residence. The room is big and clean, equipped with everything we need, just like home.

깨끗함집처럼편한곳내집같은곳주방도구등 다갖춰져있음빌라?콘도형식으로 다 독립되어있음호텔처럼 으리번쩍한곳은 아님...가족들이 딱지내기좋음
