해운대에서 이만한 가성비의 호텔은 찾을수 없을듯. 저렴한 가격에 위치도 좋고 시설도 깔끔해요~ 직원들도 친절하고. 유일한 단점 하나는 방음이 거의 안됨.

직원분들이 매우 친절하십니다. 뷰는없지만 해운대앞에 이가격과 이 시설이면 재방문의사 매우있습니다.

방음이 너무 안 좋다.나머지는 비지니스 호텔의 기본은 하는 것 같지만 뭔가 아쉽지만 가격이 좋아 별 4개서비스는 친절하다.

조금은 소음이 들리긴 했지만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.완전 바닷가는 아니지만 해운대해수욕장에 가까워 편리했어요.특히 직원분들이 너무 친절합니다.

객실은 작으나 깔끔하고 지내는데 불편 없음 그리고 바로 해운대 해변까지 걸어서 10분 정도라 접근성 좋으며 식당 및 기타 장소 접근용이 추가로 호텔에서 자전거 유료로 대여해줌

번잡스런 동네에 있지만, 그 말인즉슨 접근성 보장이라는 거.가격도 좋다.

해운대 옆이라 위치 굿. 그러나 체크인시, 남자분이 해주셨는데 친절하지도 않고 그렇다고 아주 티나게 불친절하지도 않은..애매함이 손님들을 불편하게 할듯. 내가 그렇게 느낌... 여기저기 많이 다녀봤으나 이런 케이슨 처음. 이것만 좀 개선되면 낫지않을까 하는 생각.

호텔위치는 부산해운대랑 매우 가까웠고 시내랑 붙어있어서 이동거리는 좋았다 그리고 건물 내부는 매우 심플했으며 청결상태도 나쁘지않았다 다만 아쉬운점은 창문을 열었을때 낮은층이라그런지 앞 건물면만 보였다

전반적으로 깔끔하지만 냉장고가 고장나서 동작하지 않았고 히터는 소음이 나서 켤수 없었음..

가성비 좋아요. 다만 겨울에 너무 건조해요..

ヘウンデの海と駅両方に近く便利です。ポットがなかったので借りましたが、親切でした。チェックインの時も親切に対応してくれました。部屋はアメニティはあまりありませんが、広い部屋だったので快適でした。

The staff here were super accommodating with everything we needed and asked for, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is really close to both the metro and the beach, it worked great for us.

Clean room, great location, excellent service. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were allowed to check in early at 2 instead of 4pm. Location is 5 min walk from Metro subway, 10mins walk to Haeundae beach, surrounded by lots of food. Rooms, although smallish is very clean. They now have curtains that block out sunlight. Overall, an excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again..

This is a superb hotel. Friendly helpful staff. My husband lost his wallet on the bus and the hotel manager went to the depot and r covered it for him. Above and beyond! Quiet. Room temp easy to control. Hotel very close to beach bus train restaurants market. Overall excellent location

Staff was very friendly and helpful, only downfall is if youre an English speaker like me it was a bit hard to communicate. Room was sooo nice and updated. The location was great too. Would defintely stay here again. Also love how there was a balcony from my room.

Stylish hotel in the middle of the (Haundae) action!

Good and nice overall. Staff is helpful, help us to print some documents, free flow coffees and drinks. Room is clean and nice. Hand gestures required when communicating. Dont expect staff is fluent in English.

Nice location, and clean room. The room is moden and bigger than I thought. But the receptionist were not cable to prived me tour information I need. If will be great if they could provide more information regarding the food and famous place in Busan. Overall, I had a great time during my stay at Industrie Hotel in Busan.

Wasnt a fan of this place. A bit to close to the all-night bars without sound-proof windows. Rooms designed very oddly with little desk space or counter space in the bathroom. No laundry services despite claiming to do so (theres a coin-op laundry down the road).

The bathroom has only rainforest type downflow shower, there is no hand-held shower head, so not so inconvenient to use especially when you wish to wash part of your body and dont want to get your hair wet. The bathroom has literally no hook where you can hang your underwear.The bed has two side board which can obstruct getting on and off the bed.Anyway, these are minor flaws and the general stay is a good one.

Modern boutique hotel in great location with execllent service and value for the room. Only con I can think of it is that pillow was bit flat for my liking. Please note that this hotel is minimalist in design, but very functional - Exterior, lobby and the room all follow this philosophy.

Pro-Clean room. Good Location, near mrt station, Haeundae Market and the beach. Next famous BBQ Res _O Pan Jan.Con-No amenities in room (no shower cab, cotton bud) No kettle, no mug. Very tiny table and no place to hang used towel.

Boutique hotel near the most happening street and best beach in busan. Parking is underneath the hotel with cctv. Staff is extremely accomodating and speak english very well. Will absolutely stay here again next year

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Including breakfast, the room was a great deal. As long as youre not sensitive to noise, its hard to beat this hotel at this price.

Great location. comfortable, simple, spacious, clean room. kind staffs. liked the small balcony to get some fresh air.

Diseño muy minimalista, casi espartano. Cama comodísima y habitación muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar. Sin embargo, la mesa y la silla de la habitación son incómodas. El respaldo de la silla es demasiado bajo. Después de 3 horas de trabajo, acabé sentado en el suelo. Por ese motivo no le doy la máxima puntuación en comodidad. El hotel está bien para una estancia corta en la que no se pase demasiado tiempo en el mismo. Una vez concluido el desayuno, no es posible tomar ni un café. Para estancias más largas elegiría un hotel más convencional, pero con más servicios y zonas comunes, en el que uno no tenga que estar metido en la habitación todo el tiempo.

The location was great near the Haeundae beach. The room was a little small but it had everything you needed. You could so pull the automatic screen down for privacy. You could also get a drink at the front desk when you arrive, also with parking service and they mentioned they planned to have Pokemon go at this hotel.

The room was a little old. Things usually in a room wasnt there such as a comb and a shaver. But there was a window. It made me feel good.
