2017년 9월말 여기서 2박 했어요. 역 바로 앞이라 이동시 편했고 직원분들이 친절하고 시설도 깨끗했어요. 쿱도 가까워 장봐서 간단하게 음식 해 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요. 역 바로 앞이라 소음이 있다는 후기가 있어 걱정했는데 전동 우드 블라인드 내리고 자서 그런지 전혀 못 느꼈어요.

역에서 길 하나 건너면 바로 호텔. 최고의 위치. 비록 조식이 고급스럽지는 않지만 있을 건 다 있고, 커피는 언제나 무료로 마실 수 있고, 직원들은 친절하고 침대 좋고 방도 깨끗. 최고의 가성비 호텔.

올해 4월에 3박 했는데 매우 깨끗했어요조식도 맛있었고요스텝도 매우 친절해서 기분좋게 이용했어요

1. 기차역과 매우 가까움.2. 적당한 직원들의 응대.3. 짐 맡아줌.(맨 처음 보증금이 있다고 했지만 결국 받진 않음)4. 방 컨디션 무난함.(3성급에 비해선)5. 샤워가운, 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 치약, 샤워타올, 면봉, 화장솜 없음.6. 귀마개, 샴푸, 바디워시, 비누, 헤어캡, 드라이기 있음.※드라이기가 썩 좋지 않으므로 중요하게 생각하는 사람들은 지참하는 것이 좋을 듯.7. 수건 상태 적당함, 에어컨 작동 잘됨.(다만 세기 조절 불가능, 온도 조절만 가능.)8. 밤 늦게 귀가 시 대문 앞에 사람들이 좀 있지만 크게 문제 될 건 없어보임.다만 어리바리하다간 괜시리 말걸거나 그럴 수 있음.9. 방음 나쁨.(개인차가 있기에 단정지을 순 없지만 조용한 건 분명 아님. 그래서 귀마개가 있나하고 생각함)10. 조식 비추천.(인당 10유로에 뷔페식인데 나쁘진 않지만 좋다고도 할 순 없음. 하지만 양으로 승부보는 사람들에겐 추천. 종류는 별로 없음.)*총평 : 나쁘진 않음. 하지만 너무 좋다는 아님. 적당함. 지극히 객관적인 사실만 서술함.

밤에는 방음이 좀 안되긴하지만 보편적으로 다 괜찮았어요. 프론트 직원도 친절하고 좋았어요

위치좋고 객실도 깨끗하고 머무는 기간동안 정말 편안했습니다. 이호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

가족과 함께 피렌체 관광에 있어서 위치가 탁월합니다. 가족 4인이 함께 있을 수 있는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되는 방이 있으며 매일 청소도 해줍니다. 바로 옆 마트에서 음식을 사서 저렴하게 식사 할 수 있고 식기세척기가 있어 편합니다.직원 세 분 만나고, 청소해주시는 예쁜 분 모두 친절합니다.특히 조식 신청 관계없이 자유롭게 커피와 차를 마실 수 있게 해주어서 점심에 샌드위치 사들고 들어와 맛난 커피 여러잔 마시며 쉴 수 있었던 것이 참 좋았어요.다음 피렌체 여행도 여기 올거니까 번창하세요~^^

Lovely hotel right across from the Santa Maria Novella station. Good location not far from the Duomo. The hotel room was clean and spacious, loved the bathroom design with the bathtub. We arrived late and we were able to arrange for the reception staff to stay on to check us in with excellent communication. Bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us on arrival. The only downside is noise can be heard from the streets below but earplugs are provided in the room, despite that we had an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this b&b.

Very convenient location - next to the Florence Central Train station. Newly renovated hotel with good size bedroom and bathroom. The reception, Alex, is very helpful! One down side is a bit loud, but hotel provided ear plugs during our stay.

Very convenient location (despite there is no visible sign outside). The staff was extremely friendly and nice - Alex gave us insider tips to visit Florence. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a city getaway. As VIP Access Guests we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco in the room.My only comment to improve was the wifi signal; was somewhat weak in the room.

It is close to the train station and most of the attractions you would like to see in Florence, basically it’s just literally few minutes away. There are also loads of places to eat around this area. Public transport is very accessible as well. 7Florence B&B’s rooms were of good size and clean and of good standard.

- Very close to the train station, just 3 minutes walk you can reach the station. The location is also close to most major tourist check points.- There are some teens or others hanging around in the midnight, but since the entrance is facing the main street, you feel much safer.- the building comes with elevator so you don’t need to carry your luggages and walk up to the 2/F, but there are few step after the main entrance.- The room is a bit small but good enough to have everything, the lighting is bright enough too.- Bathroom is clean with good water pressure.- Both the air conditioning and the electronic window blind function well.- Nice breakfast selection.- No laundry service.

This BB is located near the station. Very clean room. I had to check out late and the owner allowed me to stay on.

Great interior. Its right across from RR station in an old ochre colored office building. but maps arent clear enuf to acturately locate. Yhe entrance doors are behind wooden storm doors which block address. Building is on Northwest corner.

Gefallen:Gute Verkehrslage Nähe Bahnhof und Altstadt.Weniger gefallen: Dadurch auch strassenseitig mit etwas Lärm verbunden vor allem nachts am Wochenende; bei geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage kein Problem. Hotel dürfte auch aussen besser und grösser angeschrieben sein, dann würde man es besser finden.

Establecimiento con grandes habitaciones y bien equipadas. Situado junto a la estación de tren, las habitaciones que dan a la calle son bastante ruidosas pero en cada habitación facilitan tapones para los oídos para mitigar el ruido. Muy cerca del centro histórico. Gran estancia.

B&B was very well located for us since we arrived and also left for next destination by train and hotel is across the street from the train station. The rooms and all areas in the B&B were modern and very clean. We spoke with a few different staff members at various times and all were extremely friendly and helpful. We asked them for recommendations for restaurants and the ones they recommended were very good and close by. We also asked other tourist type questions and again they were very helpful. This was a very good place to stay.

Tellement bruyant! Même avec des bouchons on entend très biens les gens crier dans la rue et des personnes douteuses qui passent la nuit au seuil de la porte. Nous avons quitté l’hotel Pour finir ailleurs car il était impossible de profiter de nos journée sans avoir dormis. Chambre minuscule, difficile de circuler avec deux valises par terre. je ne recommande pas du tout

Hermoso departamento, con cocina, vista a la ciudad. Reciclado a nuevo, limpio, muy comodo. Super recomendable.

Excelente ubicación, excelente la actitud del personal, sobre todo la recepcionista de las mañanas, agradable y resuelve cualquier duda o problema, guardan el equipaje hasta que salga tu avión o tren, la estación del metro está en frente y el centro a unas cuadras. La habitación era como un pequeño departamento y súper cómoda, la cama un poco dura pero en Europa casi todas las camas son así, todo lo que solicité estaba disponible. En general SUPER hotel

Hotel was in front of station. Very noisy and people talking outside was loud and we hear whole night. They need to improve windows glasses to avoid noises. Breaks fast área is very small and not too much diverse in what they served.

Florenz ist immer wieder schön. Das Hotel war absolut zentral gelegen. Modern und unkompliziert. Zurzeit waren leider Bauarbeiten vor dem Hotel. Aber sonst nah beim Bahnhof und von den Shoppingzielen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Fernsehsender in deutsch nur ZDF. War aber dann nicht mal ZDF, sondern ein deutscher Shoppingsender. Ansonsten ein Tophotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

The room was right across from train station and busses. It was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. They always had almost no internet. We were there 3 days. The staff was very friendly.

Llegamos a Florencia por tren desde Roma, así que la ubicación de este B&B fue una buena opción para no andar paseando con maletas por la ciudad, y muy cercana a museos y el domo, este piso completo de habitaciones bien equipadas para el descanso y muy pulcras, cuenta con unas cortinas exteriores que se cierran para disminuir el ruido del exterior, además de un menú para el desayuno que incluye fruta, huevos duros y jugos, suficiente para las largas caminatas para disfrutar esta hermosa y elegante ciudad
