피렌체 여행내내 가장 즐거웠던 것은 바로 이 숙소때문이었던 것 같습니다. 산타마리아 노벨라 역 바로 근처였을 뿐만 아니라 호텔 시설도 굉장히 쾌적했고 무엇보다도 친절하신 사장님과 스탭이 가장 인상적이었습니다. 하나부터 열까지 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주셨고 어매니티, 침구 등 호텔 방의 모든 것이 완벽했던 숙소였습니나. 그리고 아침 조식은 작지만 알차게 구성되어 일반적인 호텔의 조식 이상으로 맛있었습니다. 특히, 빵와 오렌지 주스 등. 모든 음식들이 신선했으며 오후엔 커피와 빵도 간식으로 챙겨주십니다. 마지막으로 이 숙소는 1층에 있어 힘들게 계단을 오르거나 엘레베이터를 타고 이동하지 않아도 되어 무척이나 편리했습니다. 피렌체에 다시 오게된다면 다음에도 꼭 여길 다시 오고싶을 정도입니다.

아... ㅡㅡ 실수로 샤워실 비상 케이블 땡겼는데 아무도 안옴.실제 상황이였다면...아침은 재탕해서 내놓음빵도 그전에 먹던거 내놓고포장되있는 빵만 들고 나오셈.옆에 자매호텔 있는데 거기가 나은듯주인 아줌마 밤에 없음

역에서 진짜 가깝고, 사장님이랑 스탭분들 모두모두 친절하세요! 조식도 산뜻하고~ 구경하고 돌아왔는데 너무 더워하니까 아이스크림도 주셨어요.... 다 좋습니다! 룸 컨디션도 좋고.. 다만 방음이 좀 안됩니다!

위치는 역에서 가까워서 좋아요호스트도 친절 하시고 비교적 저렴한 가격에 매일 조식도 먹어서 좋았습니다한국인 이라고 한국어로 매일 편지를 써주시더라구료기념일이라고 와인도 주시고그치만 방은 좁아요2일 묵었는데 결론적으론 좋은 추억️️️

역에서도 가깝고 유명 관광지 접근성도 매우 좋습니다! 특히 조식에 나오는 빵이 너무 맛있네요 ㅎㅎ 여사장님도 매우 친절해요! 두오모 티켓 프린트 못해왔는데 바로 뽑아주셨어요 ㅋ 다음에 피렌체 오면 또 여기서 머물것 같습니다!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Eco Urban B&B. The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Check-in was easy though we completely missed the actual building our B&B was in but someone came to get us to walk us to where we needed to be. The rooms were nice and clean. We liked that they had drinks and snacks stocked for us. The property also offers evening drinks which is nice and some dessert. The breakfast area is cute and inviting. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and it was a great way to start our mornings before we were off to explore. The breakfast was AMAZING! Lots of selection, fresh eggs prepared at our request, cappuccino made every morning, it was the life! We really want to shout out Dina because she was so wonderful! She would leave us little treats and cute little notes in our room upon arrival after being out all day. Its just the little things like that that really leave a nice impression and is a nice touch. The location was perfect as it was near the train station and we arrived and departed from there so it made it easy for us to walk with our luggage to and from the property. The property is also really close to tourist attractions, sight seeing, lots of food, and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl der familieren Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Die persönliche Betreuung durch Xenia und Gabirella hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Früchstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich,Zimmer und Bad sind großzügig. Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, alles ist bequem füßläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación central (Santa María Novella) y de tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente servicio, sobre todo de Gabriella; siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a hacerte sentir como en casa. Es un lugar que se preocupa por los detalles. Los desayunos son muy buenos (y completos, puesto que puedes incluso pedir huevos).Habitación muy moderna y limpia.Lo único en contra es que se escuchan los ruidos de la calle (autos y camiones).

Location was very convenient and check in was quick and easy. The staff was amazing and so accommodating! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved Eco Urban B&B! Our room was very spacious, clean and offered a relaxing space after a long day of exploring Florence. The staff are very nice and accomodating. The property is a minute walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and is also close to the Mercato. I would highly recommend this place if you were to visit Florence.

Bright clean rooms and friendly welcoming staff. Little touches like turndown service and evening cookies made the stay personable. Convenient location near train station. Loved staying here!

The rooms were beautifully decorated and roomy. It is in a central location and the breakfast was wonderful. The WiFi is fast and the people who work there are so friendly and helpful!! I loved our stay there!!

It was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was great every day. We got great restaurant recommendations from the front desk. It was easy to walk to many of Florences famous sites from this hotel.

Situation très pratique, à proximité des nombreux centres dintérêts de Firenze .Le personnel est aux petits soins, très accueillant et sympa, et donne de nombreux et bons conseils.La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, lumineuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est génial : délicieux, copieux, varié. Les gateaux et la marmelade dorange fait-maison par Gabriella sont un délice !Petit point négatif : La connection internet est parfois un peu faible.Je conseille vivement EcoUrban B&B, et jai hâte dy séjourner à nouveau.

Talk about personal service - from opening a bottle of wine for us upon our arrival to making a custom bagged breakfast for us on our early departure morning - THE BEST! We cant wait to come back to Florence; and when we do, this is the ONLY place we will stay.

The service was incredible, we were greeted with such kindness coming in from a huge rain storm we felt safe, cozy and at home, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was super, I cannot say enough about how wonderful we were treated, it we’re ever in Florence again we will only stay here! Five stars!!!

The Hotel is located in the middle or Florence. So the arrival by car is a bit stressy, especially because you are not allowed to drive through the streets and should actually get a fine for 60€ if the car park does not contest it. But the staff is so welcoming and nice that you feel like home. The room is decorated with love and the breakfast provides you with all you need, using assorted bio products mainly without lactose or gluten. We would definetly come back.
