로렌조는 많은 리뷰에서 처럼 매우매우 친절했습니다. 숙소도 매우 깨끗하고 조식은 간단한 것들만 제공 되어서 몇가지만 준비하면 멋진 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 호텔만 다니던 저에게 공용욕실은 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 생각보다 중심지와 멀어서 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 구글 검색과 잘 맞지않는 오락가락 노선의 버스를 타고 숙소까지 오는 일은 조금 힘들었습니다. 전체적으로 가성비는 괜찮은 곳이라고 생각합니다.

Property is well managed and maintained. Staff were very helpful and they pay attention to every small detail. Highly recommend. Walking distance to attractions. Cleaned daily by Lorenzos mom, she is friendly and amazing. I enjoyed my stay.

This was my daughters (20) and my first trip to Florence and we were definitely not disappointed. This is an excellent place to stay when you visit Florence. Our room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and topped off with a comfortable bed. Although the bathroom was shared, it consisted of a wonderful and modern shower and sink; it is also important to note that we never encountered any problems waiting for the bathroom. The living room area was spotless with fresh flowers, featuring a well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace. We enjoyed a continental breakfast with coffee, tea, croissants, fruits, yoghurt and juice. The owner, Lorenzo, was very nice, informative and attentive to all the details as he contacted us the day before and allowed us to check in early. He had many good recommendations for activities and public transport. The B&B is located on the other side of the Arno River, allowing us to experience and live within a non-touristic and authentic Italian neighbourhood. The B&B is close to the bus station and is only a walk away from fantastic restaurants and bakeries. We were lucky to be in walking distance of the picturesque Piazzale Michelangelo; to get to the historic city center, we either enjoyed a 30-minute walk along the river or took a 10-minute bus ride. We will definitely come again, and next time, we will stay a few more days.

Lorenzo was a fabulous host who went the extra mile. Lots of good advice. The unit was well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay with Lorenzo.

Excellent place for stay when you visit Florence.I couldnt asked for better cleanse and comfort. The room was huge. Lorenzo received us very kind and informative, He told us about the betters spots of the city. On the B&B you can find all what you need to cook by yourself (we didnt). Magnificent balcony for sitting and eat morning or drink something at the end of the day. They have some little things extra, like espresso machine that makes the place feel like home. We highly recomended.

Nice place to stay, for me was a bit far for a daily walking distance to the center but have a great view while you walk, maybe 25min. I will recommended to my friends and I will stay again probably as everything was good to great for us, rent a bike if you want to enjoy the view while going to the city and yourselves are not used to walk a lot and takes around 10min.

Very lovely stay in a modern place away from the main tourist traps.Lorenzo was extremely helpful.Coffee and tea, great breakfast, cooking facilities, lounge area, outdoor balcony for eating.Bathroom clean and modern.Great walk over the bridge, you get to see the less hectic part.Definitely would return

We toured through Europe and this was by far the best room we had and also the cheapest! Not a central location though, but public transit was very easy to figure out.
