위치 좋고 큰 마트도 주변에 많아 괜찮은 호텔입니다.무엇보다 실내 장식이 아름답고 조식이 맛있습니다.중정 형태의 구조로 멋집니다.단, 엘리베이터는 없습니다.

Very good stay at Quattro Poetti. Very clean rooms with great decor including a fresco in the breakfast room. (Seems everyone in Florence is a painter) Stayed for 3 nights and no issues at all, no noise from the street and very comfortable beds.Breakfast was plentiful and replenished whatever time you arrived.Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Florence. There is quite a few stairs to climb, which the hotel informs everyone about, as long as you don’t mind that it’s a great place!!

Location is perfect for all attractions. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. As advised by the hotel, there is no lift, so travel light for a perfect stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay! It was a walk-up which we knew going into it and was doable (and helps work off the pasta!) The team was lovely and helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend paying for the hotel breakfast - we only did the last day and wish we had the whole stay. The only negative is the walls are pretty thin - we could hear every door opening and closing and full conversations from the room next door.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Badezimmer sind neu und auch sehr schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nahe am Dom und rundherum hat es viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten gibt es nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen.

Really friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived we were given a map by the very friendly man on the front desk and ideas of where to visit. Hotel was in lovely Florentine style and we had a very nice traditionally decorated room with view towards the mountains and a 12th century ceiling painting. Was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely; a mix of hot and cold food. Location is fabulous, just five minutes walk to the Duomo and easy to access sights in the opposite direction just as San Marco and only about 20 mins walk to main train station for day trips. All in all, a fabulous stay.

We liked the location and the helpful staff. The breakfast was more varied than during our last stay. Despite its location in the centre, it was very quiet and peaceful. What we were not keen on was the quality of the room. It was quite small and very basic in terms of decoration and furniture. The bedside tables were so small that we could hardly put anything on them and had to have books etc on the floor. The quality of the room was a distinct contrast to the one we had stayed in during a previous visit. We also didnt like the fact that it had an external bathroom. This admittedly was my fault as I did not realise that i was booking such a room. The external bathroom was very narrow and not comfortable to use.

Very well located right near the Duomo, clean, comfortable, good a/c, loved the classic decor and painted ceiling in our room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby parking garage. The only drawback is there is no elevator and 3 flights of stairs,

Location is good. Hotel is good. Breakfast is good. Just keep in mind no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, good luck to you and your back. It’s on the 3rd floor. The workers helped us take it up but they don’t really want to. Overall our stay was great.

Toma en cuenta que el hotel se encuentra en un 3er piso (pisos de altura y media, o sea 4.5 pisos) y tendrás que subir 81 escalones cargando maletas cuando llegues y cuando te vayas. Había leído los comentarios al respecto pero no me importaron hasta que tuve que subir cargando una maleta de 20 kgs. La ubicación es lo mejor. Estás cerca de todo. El personal es muuuy amable y hablan español. El cuarto amplio. La cama muy dura e incómoda. El baño bien (OJO: hay cuartos que no tienen baño privado y hay que salir a un baño compartido). En el desayuno ofrecen huevo revuelto con tocino, queso, jamón, panes y lo de siempre. Te preparan el café a tu gusto.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen + doch ruhig. Personal freundlich. Alles sauber + zweckmässig, aber sehr einfach. Frühstück sehr einfach, Kaffee i. O. Dusche etwas unpraktisch, da eng + nur eine Deckenbrause, haben die Duschhaube gebraucht :-). Fernsehen abends war schwierig, da etwa drei Programme zur Verfügung standen, die verpixelt zu sehen waren, der Ton war verzerrt. Insgesamt gut!

This B&B was an amazing value for the price! It is located right in the center of Florence, less than 5 minutes away from the duomo. Considering the price and location, I was expecting it to be a low-quality room. To my surprise, the room was amazing. Each bedroom had a personal fan which was a great touch. Our bedroom had an incredible mural on the ceiling. We felt as though we were waking up every morning in the sistine chapel. The room was extremely spacious and clean. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. It is such a hidden gem!

Florence is a stunning city. All the attractions are within walking distance. Beautiful food, shops and culture. This hotel was central and very welcoming with some great advice for visiting local restaurants.

Me and my friend went to Italy for Spring Break and it was an amazing decision. Not only is this B and B a really good deal it is also only two blocks from the Duomo. Everything is close by and the service was excellent. They provided great information about the local area.

The hotel is very close to everything, excellent service. The room was very clean, spacious, bathroom behind hidden door which was nice. We only spent one night but was a very nice experience! Would highly recommend!

Nachdem wir vom Bahnhof mit unseren Koffern die schmalen Wege bis zum Hotel und das dritte Geschoss per pedi erreicht haben, wurden wir von einer sehr netten jungen Frau begrüßt, welche uns mit größter Begeisterung und Freundlichkeit die wichtigsten Destinationen von Florenz in einer Karte eingezeichnet hat. Danach wurden wir in unser Zimmer geführt, welches wirklich sehr geräumig war und stilvoll eingerichtet worden ist. Unser Zimmer besaß kein integriertes Badezimmer, jedoch quasi einem Meter von unserer Zimmertür entfernt ein externes, jedoch privates Badezimmer, zu welchem nur wir Zutritt besaßen. Auch dieses war sauber und sehr schön. Sogar eine kleine Regendusche gab es. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in Florenz in der Nähe des Domes und im direkten Umkreis befindet sich alles was ein Tourist braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars etc. Trotz der zentralen Lage, auch direkt an einem Krankenhaus gelegen, hörte man im Zimmer keine Geräusche der Stadt, was in der Nacht wirklich erholsam war.Zum Frühstück wurden jeden morgen frische Croissants vom Bäcker serviert, welche wirklich köstlich schmeckten. Außerdem gab es sogar Rührei mit Bacon, was nicht typisch für ein italienisches Frühstück ist, aber von uns gerne angenommen wurde. Allgemein war der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Frau, welche in unserer Woche für das Wohlergehen der Gäste zuständig war tat wirklich alles, damit der Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich für uns ist.

Place is beautiful and staff is amazing. My wife wasn’t feeling well the morning we were to check out. They let us have the room for a while longer and then let us use one of their other properties ( a short walk away) to rest and have bathroom access. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you ring the bell outside the building they will help you carry your luggage up the stairs

This B&B was so nice. It felt special to be staying in a 14th century building. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The surrounding area was really quiet at night also. The stairs are a hefty climb especially with bags, but you get your exercise every day . I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Lovely staff. Would stay there again and recommend it. Only slight negative was we had a private but external bathroom. We knew it going in though. So no fault to the B&B.

It was a very good choice for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. Only disappointment was that I would have liked a comfortable easy chair in the bedroom, as after a long day walking around the city it would have been nice to relax in a comfy chair.I feel there was plenty of room to accommodate One.

The hotel room was lovely and clean and really spacious. However the beds were uncomfortable and you have to climb up 10 flights of stairs to get to the B and B. This is very hard especially with luggage so keep that in mind when booking.

Wer weniger Wert legt auf ein opulentes Frühstück, sondern an dem alten Flair interessiert ist, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Rundum sehen wir hier, wo das moderne Europa seine Wurzeln hat. Auch das I QUATTRO POETI TEAM verkörpert einen jungen, traditionsbewussten und zugleich weltoffenen Stil. Sehr freundlich.

Servicio muy bueno, son muy amables.No hay ascensor y los tres pisos son muy complicados de subir, sobretodo con equipaje.

Salle de bain extérieure à la chambre. 3 étage à monter sans ascenseur.

Muy buen establecimiento en general, deberían mencionar que no tienen elevador y hay que subir muchas escaleras

Beautiful room, the staff are great and really helpful - loved the location it is so close to everything but slightly back enough so that you find great places to eat that wouldn’t always find. Only thing I would mention is the stairs, it is clear on the booking that there is no lift but there are quite a few stairs - this just seems normal in Florence though!

They allowed us to check in early since my husband was sick. Very helpful for finding places to eat and where to buy and not to buu souvenirs.

Sehr nettes Personal, super bequemes Bett, komfortabel, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Klimaanlage und Minibar vorhanden, sehr zentral gelegen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Très bien situé et personnel très réactif.Cependant situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et ce sont dénormes étages...

Es war von Anfang bis zum Schluss eine Sensation. Den einzigen Minuspunkt unserseits gibt es für die etwas harten Matratzen, aber dies ist individuell, je nach dem was man sich von zu Hause aus gewöhnt ist.
