장점트램이있어 시내로 다니기 편함피렌체에서 자동차렌트 하실분들 호텔 추천함.주차장이 나름 호텔앞에 있어서 좋았음.큰 마트랑 가까워서 좋았음.단점화장실 샤워부스 물이 안내려감.. 발을씻어도 또 씻어야할것같이 물이 철렁철렁조식은 그럭저럭임

렌트카여행족을위한 호텔. 모든것이 적당함. 큰마트사이에 있음. 주차좋음. 더몰갈때 버스안타고 차로 왔다갔다하기좋음. 호텔앞버스정류소. 관광지 버스타면됨. 호텔프론트에서 버스티켓 구매가능. 2번방문3일씩 지냈는데 불편한거없음.친절

친절한 직원. 깨끗하고 세련된 인테리어. 아침식사는 별루예요. 호텔앞 쇼핑몰이 있고 호텔 뒷 편엔 슈퍼가 있습니다.

가격대비 훌륭하고 조식도 괜찬고 위치좋고 주차장이 무료이며 바로 옆에 대형마트있으며 편의시설 다양하고 좋으며 직원들도 친절한편!! 여러번 이용한 호텔!!!

무료주차된다해서 갔는데 자리없다고 길가에 주차하라합니다. 1시간을 싸웠고 결국 다른차가 나가서 제가 주차했습니다.리셉션 직원은 전혀 친절하지 않습니다.

Great location, just out of Florence tourist area, but there was a tram stop directly opposite the hotel, so it was very easy to get in and out of the areas we wanted to visit. We had adjoining/family room and it was massive, the kids enjoyed having their own bathroom and space and we had a small entrance area into the rooms which made it feel very private. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again when travelling with family.

Great location next to tram station so easy to get into city. Parking right outside was great. Room was quite small and hot. Didn’t use restaurant but they recommended one nearby which was excellent. We didn’t know about the 35eur charge for the dog which I complained was excessive but they decided not to charge me which I think was commendable.

Great hotel for access to the tram to Florence (right outside the door) and also for easy access to the Florence airport (5 min drive at 5am). The onsite parking was easy to access and the front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Highly recommend

We were flying out very early in the morning so wanted to stay close to airport. It was a great hotel. I think if you don’t want to stay in the city of Florence this would be a great location. Close to the train and buses. Also over price taxis. Had dinner at the hotel service and food was amazing!

Don’t know how to thank the staff who attended us. One of the on line booking agents confirmed our reservation when in reality there were no rooms available. They found us two rooms in a nearby hotel. The next night we stayed with them. No many people would have cared for. Us assuring we had a place to stay . Thank you guys

Lovely Hotel on the river. Small room but well appointed. Easy walking to all the museums and sites you want to see. We enjoyed our stay.

This is like a 5 star hotel. Our room a junior suite room was big, bathroom spacious as well as living room, excellent buffet breakfast. clean n comfortable, only thing missing no iron

Although it is not in the city center, you jump on the tram right in front of the hotel and you are at the city center in less than 10 mins. It is much more convenient than a taxi because it is faster and cheaper. You have a big supermarket next door which is open late and convenient to buy water, snacks, and toiletries you may need.It is a high end hotel at a good price.Well worth it. I wod definitely stsy here again.

Lovely hotel with a tram stop next door. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast buffet! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The property is lovely. It is not as close to the airport as I imagined it would be, but the staff was very helpful and arranged for taxi service to the airport. It was maybe a ten minute ride at 5am. Perfect for our last night in Italy.

It’s a nice hotel with really comfortable beds and a pillow menu. However the service isn’t the best - the staff seemed annoyed when you asked them for help or guidance. When cleaning the room the maid took the towels without giving new ones. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest when I arrived - Staines on the sink from the previous guest.

Just okay hotel. Best thing is only they have tram right outside of the hotel. Other than that I don’t think this is a well worth hotel. They have good breakfast.

Muy cómodo, muy bonito. Nos dieron una habitación separada de nuestros hijos pero en la misma área lo cual fue muy cómodo y nos ayudo a descansar. Estacionamiento amplio de costo pero tiene uno pequeño gratis afuera del hotel. Al lado de un súper mercado, lo cual es excelente. Cerca hay lavandería y un McDonald’s y muchos restaurantes. Nos encanto el hotel, el mejor de toda nuestra estancia en Italia.

Hotel moderno a pocos minutos del centro de Florencia. Las ventajas de los hoteles modernos en Europa y sobretodo Italia es que tienen elevador, habitaciones grandes y limpias y funciona muy bien el AC.Queda a 10 minutos del centeo en tranvia.Desayuno muy rico

Das Hotel machte sofort beim Betreten einen rundum perfekten Eindruck. Unser Zimmer war ruhig gelegen, sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man erreicht das Zentrum wirklich einfach, schnell und ohne Stress mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ohne umsteigen. Der Bus fährt ca. alle 10 Minuten.

This hotel was so lovely! The staff was super friendly, the room was spotless and really comfy, and the location was great. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean, but the air conditioner was turned off and the temperature cant be controlled from the room. It was so hot that I had to sleep without clothes. Because of this I cannot give 5 stars.

Good clean hotel, near to the city by tram that stops outside hotel. Very pleasant reception staff, rooms of good size, good selections at breakfast, a good hotel for business and pleasure trips.
