부페 음식이 일주일 스테이내내 거의 똑같아서 물리던 것만 빼면 신축 건물에 루프탑 수영장까지 굉장히 괜찮은 시설!

My overall stay was really great. The staff was very attentive to your needs and very friendly. The food was to my surprise really good considering it was resort food. The steak house was probably one of my favorites. The only downside was the room, it was very clean but had a damp feel and odor.

Ocean View einfach traumhaft. Das Animationsprogramm lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Party bis 1Uhr morgens. Ein sehr gutes Gym ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer war klasse, groß, sauber und das Bett einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren zuvor 12 Tage mit dem Auto von Stadt zu Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren und wollten uns zum Abschluß pure Erholung gönnen, Mission erfüllt :)

We highly recommend getting the diamond club experience. It’s worth it because you get better quality alcohol, a special section on the beach, which granted is just across from the regular section, but the people there are outstanding. You also get a butler which is very helpful in making all dinner reservations which you will need as the restaurants get full. You also have expedited check in and check out which alone is worth the price. Also a nice lounge where you can go daily to enjoy finger sandwiches and beverages with great service… I would like to point out the outstanding employees which took care of us during our stay… First of all, our butler Gustavo… What can we say he was just excellent helped us with everything, was always there… Got us great reservations and was very knowledgeable about everything. At theDiamond club beach we would like to point out Eduardo, Liliana and Carlos excellent beach Butler’s who will always take care of you. Also, our waiter Daniel in the diamond club beach area was phenomenal just an outstanding guy took care of us with everything we needed and you could tell all the guests love him! Kassandra at the diamond club check-in was also fantastic and very professional helping us throughout our stay.You will have fun... They have a great spa, excellent shows for an all inclusive and a fantastic rooftop pool and bar which is just beautiful. Beach ok, good value for the price.

Schönes Hotel mit einer sehr schöner Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Am Strand kann man sich aber leider nicht immer entspannen da ständig laute Musik läuft. Es ist eher ein Party Hotel. Ich habe kein Problem mit Techno Musik. Leider wurde meistens nur das abgespielt und das noch sehr laut. Man konnte das noch von weit entfernt hören.Am Strand hatten wir im vergleich zu den anderen Hotels oft nur schatten. Das Hotel ist auch höher gebaut als die anderen. I weiss nicht ob es am Gebäude oder wegen der Wolkenlage gelegen hat. Mit dem All-inclusive Angebot bin ich nicht zufrieden. Das Angebot im Frühstück und Buffet ist zwar sehr gross aber kein Wow was den Geschmack angeht. Buffet ist nachdem Frühstück offen und bis am Abend wenn die Restaurants im Hotel öffnen. Die Restaurants(Chinesisch, Steak-House...) haben wir nicht versucht. Gemäss Erfahrung von Freunden sei das gut. Diese sind ab 18:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr offen. Die Karte für im Roomservice ist sehr klein und das Essen war nicht heiss und auch nicht appetitlich. Der Service ist allerdings gut. Im Zimmer bekommt man leider auch keine alkoholischen Getränke serviert. Dafür geht man an die Bar die leider auch nicht lange offen ist.Im ganzen ein schönes Hotel. Gerne wieder ohne das All-inclusive Angebot. Für ruhe und Entspannung empfehle ich ein anderes.

This resort was beautiful! It was so clean and bright and modern. We had the ocean view room which I think is totally worth the extra $$. We did not have diamond club which I think we were perfectly fine without it. The employees were always friendly & had excellent service. I can’t think of one thing that I could say I didn’t like. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfektes Hotel für Adult only. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sicher und gut überwacht.Einziger kleiner (negativer) Punkt - die lange Wartezeit beim Aufzug. Sonst alles perfekt.

This is one of the nicest resorts Ive ever stayed at in Cancun. It was clean, stylish, modern, and had great customer service. It was about a 10 minute walk to the party zone which was nice, because Cancuns taxis will rip you off. The rooftop pool was amazing! They dont have a lot of lounge chairs on the beach, so you have to catch them early. My husband and I only got to stay there for one day, so we didnt get to eat at all of the restaurants. Needless to say, we will be staying there again to fully enjoy all of the Royaltons amenities.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the bellboys to the food to the pool and beach to the bartenders, especially at the pool. Special shout out to Donis, Alexsander, Fernando, Daniel, and all the rest. They even did something special for my gal’s birthday at the pool. We were very sad the 8 nights went by so fast m.

Very nice hotel would definitely stay there again. Eduardo the beach butler is awesome and in it getting you in to the perfect beach chair. Atmosphere, food and ocean views are perfect couldn’t ask for more.

I would stay again. Food wasn’t too bad for for an all inclusive hotel. Room service was disgusting and old tasting but the restaurant options weren’t bad and it was different places to choose from. It was a clean and modern style hotel. Alcoholic Drinks weren’t strong at all, I’m a lightweight but it was like it wasn’t any liquor in it so I was disappointed and just stop drinking. Customer service is great and the staff knew English which is helpful compared to other places. It was located not too far from the bar/club zone which

If you want to go in a ca action where there is no stop drinking, drunks all around pool and beach, loud music and partying 24/7, this is the place. Not for us. Slamming doors all night long. Loud all night long throughout halls. We have gorgeous view from our balcony which was a saving grace and service in restaurants was great. Front desk wasn’t very helpful and didn’t speak good English or understand. Won’t go back.

The property is beautiful, with lovely ocean views! The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many activities to choose from. The food is mediocre, but two of the available restaurants provided an excellent dining experience. Covid practices and protection was fully embraced and enforced. Overall, you wont be dissatisfied.

Das Essen ist vorzüglich – nicht nur in den A-la-Carte-Restaurants, sondern auch am Buffet. Wirklich sehr gut. Alles frisch und riesiges Angebot am Buffet. Hammer! Oh und super Cocktails überall!Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, grandioser Ausblick, grosse Duschen und super sauber. Radio-Wecker mit Bluetooth um auch vom Mobiltelefon her eigene Musik zu hören. Sogar die Soundbar im Zimmer lässt sich so nutzen. Absolut top!Zimmer-Service mit kleiner Auswahl an Essen ebenfalls in All-Incl. dabei und sehr lecker.Strand wunderbar. Super direkter Meerzugang. Bequeme Liegen. Und jederzeit Servicepersonal, die einem das Gewünsche bringen.Animation für unser Geschmack etwas zu laut, aber immerhin gute Musik. Aber sind eh nicht so Fans von Animation, also Jedem das Seine. Ist und war für uns jetzt kein Dealbreaker.SPA-Räume sind atemberaubend schön und die Massagen erstklassig. Sehr empfehlenswert.Das einzige „Negative“ ist das Resort-Geld/Guthaben von 300 oder 600 US-Dollar. Der Betrag ergibt sich aus mehrerern Gutscheinen für extra Wein/Spirituosen, die nicht inkl. sind, für SPA-Treatments, Ausflüge, Private-Beach-Dinner etc. … sind aber immer nur unter Auflagen nutzbar. Von den 600$ haben wir 0$ benutzen können. SPA gibts günstigere Tagespreise, beim Wein muss der Preis „75% höher“ liegen als der Gutscheinwert und so weiter … das ist leider ein absolutes Lockvogel-Angebot.Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel, super Service, grandioses Essen und Drinks!
