호텔의 모든 시설, 식당 및 직원 모두 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 그리고, 키즈 클럽 직원분들도 모두 좋으셨습니다. 우리 가족은 다이아몬드 클럽 이여서 버틀러 서비스가 가능하여 매우 편하게 체크인과 아웃을 하고 식당 예약을 할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 한 번 더 다녀오면 좋을 것 같습니다.

다이아몬드클럽 이용 강추요 버틀러 서비스까지 제공되어 좋고 전용비치,수영장,레스토랑있어서 편하게 지냈습니다.특히 씨푸드그릴 레스토랑에서 추가요금100불에 랍스터 큰거,중간크기 이상 2마리를 와인한병포함해서 이 가격에 잘먹었네요 동남아나 한국서 먹은거보다 훨 싱싱하고 살도 꽉차있어서 잘 먹었습니다. 수조에서 직접골라 먹고 요리하기전에 꼭 기념사진 촬영하세요 한마리는 크기에 따라35불~ 60불 정도합니다.

When we arrived it took a long time check in. When we finally was able to check in the room was not what was advertised and what we paid for. According to the person checking us in there was no room in the hotel that has a king and Queen bed in the room.Once in the room it had a mildew smell in the air. We were told that someone would come and make up the sofa bed which they did not. We had to wait hours for someone to come and make up the bed.The food was barely edible. Every restaurant we went to the food was disgusting. The drinks were also hard to digest. They were either too sugary or too watery. We had to take 5 tequila shots to even get a buzz.The beach was full of seaweed. The water was not as pictured and the water was black. There was no effort or even an attempt to remove the seaweed from the beach.In order for us to eat we had to travel off the resort every day which was pricey. Especially when you pay for an all inclusive resort.In our room their was a jacuzzi outside on the deck. It was so nasty and dirty and they would not clean it. We called several times for it to be cleaned and no one ever showed up.The staff were friendly. Its a shame they work in a hotel where you do not want to tip because everything is horrible.I would stay far far away from this hotel. You will not have a pleasant experience.

My mom, sister, and myself had an excellent time here! All of the dining options were great to explore. The breakfast buffet was just delicious! The swim up bars were awesome! There were shows throughout the evening that were fun and entertaining! Live music in the evening was too much fun! Great resort, will definitely come back! Our server Miguel from the Italian restaurant was by far our favorite! He really made our dining experience wonderful!

There are were a lot of things wrong with this resort.This was a long awaited vacation for the family of 5 with 3 kids. After several requests to have the room cleaned before 2pm the room was only cleaned 2 times during our 8 night stay. The buffet was closed during lunch time. The food in the morning was really good and a lot of different variety. For dinner there was the same looking food like from the night before.The music was blasting starting from 7pm until 2am with the balcony facing the main pool it was impossible to fall asleep.The daily activities were done without any invitation from the staff.The straight liquer (tequila & vodka) shots were watered down.The best restaurant was The Hunter and Zen both the food and service was great.The Covid 19 test took 2 hours eventhough I was told by the front desk that it will be in and out. About 50 people showed up at 9 am and had to wait.I will never recommend nor visit this resort again.

Positive: How friendly and inviting he staff was. Negative: The food options were not what I expected. Since it is in Mexico I did expect more traditional food options.

My family stayed at this property for 3 days. Sadly it was during a hurricane. The hotel property was destroy. There were broken glasses inside of the pool. Food was average probably 2 restaurants open. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and decided to comeback because of the great experience. Not anymore, I asked for a partial refund with no luck. I would not recommend this property.

My stay at Royalton was great! I visited with my daughter for my birthday and we both had a great experience! The food options however could be a tad bit better but overall we enjoyed our visit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
