We were here for a wedding.Check in was stalled due to power outage. It was hot and humid in May. We were offered drinks and the buffet, as it was an all-Inclusive stay.Finally got our room at 6:30pm. The AC was not working. We had to finally ask for a new room after having the unit serviced by maintenance and it still not working.Not many things for children, so i wouldnt bring my kids here.Pools were nice. They had an adult-only pool, very nice atmosphere. Bring sunscreen.A few very nice restaurants, good food, and plenty of options. French, Italian, mexican, asian, and the buffet.Preferred Club is an additional charge but gives you top-shelf liquor, access to air-conditioned lounge, bar, and premium beach access.Beach access was too much for me due to previous knee-surgery. Beach area was nice but small.Most staff were extremely friendly, very polite, and willing to help.All-in-all, it was a fair stay.

Excellent. Service extraordinary all fronts. At the Carnival buffet please recognize Tito, an attentive host who is talented at anticipating needs and fulfilling any special requests! At the Asian restaurant recognize manager Aliuat? ( sounds like Elliot-apologies)-exceptional! Same for Paramour and all hostesses. Coco coffee shop is a gem!!!

My experience at this hotel was amazing . The staff are very friendly and know how comfort . Food was amazing , drink were amazing . If your at the pool side make sure you have Jesus and Maria they will make sure your drink is refilled no matter what. And attend to you at the speed of light . They show management like skills . Alex, the pool concierge and his team: Yolanda and Luis were AMAZING, making each day of our vacation better than the next day! Alex always had his eye on us making sure we didn’t lift a finger and granted every request! Russell at the Preferred Lounge was fantastic and made us feel very welcomed and always remembered what we drank.The bartenders at the Adult Pool were always fun! We had one hiccup the first day but the resort took care of it immediately and even went above and beyond! Can’t wait to visit again

There were several staff there that made my experience at the hotel bearable. Russel (bartender) was great, he was very attentive to our group and kept the drinks coming and the atmosphere lite. Marco listened to my concerns and put me with the right people to try and solve them. Manuel gave good hospitality. Besides that I dont have much positive to say about my stay.

Staff is incredible, especially Luis Moo and Juan the Doorman!!! You can tell the resort has been impacted by covid, and has recently been taken over by new mgmt---but they are making wonderful improvements. Breakfast is amazing. If I could improve one thing it would be to improve the dinner quality in the restaurants. Its very very hit or miss. Mostly miss. BRING CASH TO TIP THESE WONDERFUL STAFF MEMBERS!!!

Great service. Food and drinks were good! The beach was beautiful and Luis, provided Top Notch beach service to us on our stay. The Urban show was super cool and fun to watch. For a short trip we loved it at Now Emerald.

Nosotros Nos emos hospedado en varios hoteles al rededor del mundo Incluso en varios en Cancún y Nos encanto sobre todo el servicio y la atención de sus empleados!!Es espectacular, ellos hacen todo lo posible para que siempre estes satisfecho por ejemplo si algo del menú no te gusta o eres alérgico o no te ofrecen un buen trato entonces hablan a sus superiores y ellos se encargan de que quedes satisfecho y Felíz en tu estadía.Nosotros estuvimos más de 10 días y no uvo uno solo en que nos trataran mal.Con esta HERMOSA manera nos despidieron.Gracias por toda su atención y su servicio.Manager de bebidas y comida:JorgeSe encargó que TODAS las personas estuviéramos satisfechas estuvo al pendiente de que todos nuestros objetivos estuvieran cumplidos y se aseguró en todo momento de que si no estabas satisfecho, hacía hasta lo que no para vernos felices, está al pendiente de TODOS sus huéspedes eh incluso nos toco ver en una ocasion de que cuida su bienestar cuando están muy tomados y poco conscientes de lo que hacen y eso no es parte de su sueldo! Increíble!!!
