뷰도 좋고 가격도 좋아요~~~하지만 룸컨디션은 조금 떨어져요!!!하지만 저희는 외부투어가 주라서~~~숙소에 수영장도 있고 해변도 코앞!모든것을 원한다면 많은 사람들이 추천해주는곳, 같은 가격에 좋은 룸컨디션은 다운타운으로.그래도 멋진 뷰가 좋다면 이곳추천!

코너스위트룸에 투숙하였습니다 알티튜드타워에 위치했고 객실은 깨끗했지만 스위트룸의 느낌은 좀 아니였던..ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 직원들 친절하고 올인크루시브라 모든 레스토랑을 다 이용해봣는데. 아야미 레스토랑의 데판야키 강력추천ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 룸서비스도 강력추천 ㅋㅋ 호텔바로앞에 바다있어서 바다수영도 즐기기 좋아요

위치는 참 좋아요 ㅎ 돌아다니기 좋고 여러모로 괜찮지만 굉장한걸 기대하긴 어렵습니다. 저렴한 가격으로 숙박은 해결하시고 바깥 엑티비티에 치중하시기에 좋습니다~

1. 객실에서 특유의 물 냄새가 나는데(에어컨을 오래 틀어서 습기가 찬 냄새같은..)이게 호불호가 갈려서 저는 그럭저럭 버틸만했지만, 와이프가 너무 힘들어했습니다. 냄새에 예민한 분들은 참고2. 서비스가 너무 형편없습니다. 시설과 뷰는 물론 호텔 자체 위치가 좋아 어느 정도 커버되지만, 제가 묵었던 다른 호텔들에 비해 팁 요구가 과도합니다. 팁을 주는데도 평균도 안 되는 서비스를 받는데, 그 서비스를 받고 팁을 안 줄 시 굉장히 냉대하고 눈치를 줍니다. (제가 여기서 외국인이라 언어를 이해 못하더라도 그게 티가 많이 날 정도로) 다른 호텔에선 2-3달러를 줘도 정말 감사하고 친절하다 느낌을 받았는데, 여긴 5달러를 넘게 줘도 방 안에 있어야 할 슬리퍼를 반 나절만에 받았습니다.. 다행히 이전 호텔에서의 일정이 더 많아 여기 머무르는 시간이 적어서 그 점이 오히려 만족스럽습니다

3시 체크인이라 두시반쯤 갔더니 3시 되서 다시오라고 하더군요. 그래서 아직 체크인 시간도 아니고 해서 기다렸습니다. 세시돼서 갔더니 룸이 아직 준비가 안됐다고 10분만 더 기다려 달라고 했습니다. 10분 후 다시 갔더니 갑자기 20분을 더 기다리라고 하더군요. 그래서 항의했더니 20분 더 기다려야 한다던 직원이 갑자기 룸이 준비됐다며 체크인을 시켜줬는데 1층 제일 구석방을 줬습니다... 바다 전망 하나도 안되는 다 가리는 방이요... 호텔 예약할 때 오션뷰를 위해 추가요금까지 지불했는데 직원의 태도에 여행 시작부터 기분을 망치고 시작합니다

시설 많이 노후됨 룸 문안잠김 아침 4시간가량 단수로 개고생함 냉장고 매우작음 직원들 전반적으로 친절함 뷰는 완전 좋으나 시설이 개망

This is by far the worst stay of my life. I’ve been here since 6/2/21 and I’m still here and the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. When we arrived we waited in line for 2 hours just to check in, and it wasn’t because they were short staff. Then once we got our room it was the wrong room. So they finally switched us to the correct home and now the AC doesn’t work. We’ve been in this room sweating bullets. I’ve complained several times and nothing has happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

Positive: The location is great. Negative: The waiting time to check in and check out was incredibly frustrating. It took over 45 minutes to check-in and 20 minutes to check out. Also the staff didnt give correct information about covid-19 testing locations.

Positive: Nice location with beautiful beach. Negative: Staff are not nice. They Always try to cheat if you don¿t speak Spanish. Very slowly service. Bathrooms smell very bad. Water stinks!!! All ice machines are broken. Room survice is one hour of waiting.

Second all inclusive resort that I stayed at this trip. Very caring staff, lovely service. Drinks actually contain alcohol and the food was actually good! Sales people stayed in their area rather than coming to bother you all day. Swim up bar was great!I wish they cleaned the beach a bit, and kept the bars and restaurants open a bit later, but the proximity to the entertainment in Hotel Zonera makes it super easy to get whatever you want until about 2 am.If you DO get the late night hungries, go out the hotel entrance and take a left, down to the alley by La Vaquita, go past all the other clubs and take a left at the next alley, and down about 4 stores to Las Pescadillas and see Alexandra! The tacos are amazing, and they have great margaritas.

Do not stay here Worst Place I’ve ever been The refrigerator was full of mold room service took hours to bring me soda and then still charge me about nine dollars in all inclusive no beer after 11 super limited choices horrible horrible horrible,would not come back even if it was free the music was so loud from the close by bars I could literally hear queen singing from Coco bongo clearly till 4:40 in the morning no lies do not stay here !! The staff was super rude front desk shortly staffed elevators did not work did not know if they were coming or going Horrible bed I would not even consider this place to be a two star the only cool thing about the place was the beach besides that everything else was trash the all-inclusive was a joke at this place the buffet was super Limited reservations to the restaurants were completely booked by 10 o’clock in the morning super unconvenient super unprofessional will never ever ever come back to this place !!!!!

Looking for something affordable, don’t care about savory food, good drinks, and you just want to enjoy the view and love loud club music-this the place for you. We are not rewards members or grand customers - I am assuming that those facilities are better? Check in - we waited at least 30 minutes in-line to check in while associates stood at the top of the stairs and waited for customers to visit their rooms. Why were they not assisting with the line that was almost out of the door at this point; because they were there to sign people up for the timeshare pitch not assist guests with checking in or learning about the hotel. The door men were very kind and bought up the luggage and even told us a bit about the resort. Room - The ocean view was very nice. HOWEVER- the music was extremely loud and could be heard even when the balcony door was shut. We went to make reservations for dinner and none were available because we were required to make them before 12 when checkin is at 3...? Food -Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner at the buffet was not good at all. The room service was actually very nice. Pool - The pools are too small and crowded but one was heated which was nice. Drinks- The drinks are weak unless u pay for top shelf. Beach- The beach was extremely crowded and the waves are too rough for me. COVID Safety- Not once were we temperature checked or directed to use hand sanitizer when we arrived or at the buffet. I wiped down items in the room and the wipe had dirt on it.

It seemed as if the staff had been trained to help those that did Not pay for all inclusive. I don’t know if it was a tip issue because all-inclusive people have already paid upfront. The drinks are super watered down the food was alright. One night we went to dinner and they staff told my boyfriend that he could not wear sandals to dinner so we had to go back up to the room so he can change his shoes. Then mid way during dinner we see two other guys walk in with sandals. The promoted brunch at a near my restaurant as ofIt was in the all included deal then when you get to the restaurant, you find out that it’s actually not included in the all inclusive. When we went to the front desk to ask about why it was not brought to the guest attention, nobody had an answer. We went to eat at Las Velas, which is one of the restaurants at the location and they would forget to bring things we ordered so we had to keep asking for what we ordered. And there was never any consistency with food, so if you ordered a salad one night from that same restaurant, two days later it was a different tasting sals with different ingredients hahahahahah. They also promote that they have 24/7 room service but they never answered at 530 am, so you have to send your time calling front desk. Definitely read the fine print before you book and don’t expect to much.

Positive: The view is great... everything else was not to our expectations. Negative: The bed sheets that were changed had dry blood. The shower was missing half of the glass wall, making a mess whenever we showered. Restroom door did not lock. Took a little over3 hours to check in. Didnt receive a room key until next day!

This was our first trip to Cancun and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Reasonable price with great views. Staff was very nice and friendly and answered any questions we had.

Ok so this is great place for an inexpensive beautiful beach getaway. The food is repetitive and typical all inclusive buffet. The beach is STUNNING. But no beach wait service unless you pay for a Bali bed. The pool bar opens at 11 and bartenders very nice. The front desk line is ridiculous and you need to wait on it to check out. The doormen are fantastic. The elevator was VERY slow. Beach towels were hard to come by. Not many chairs to sit on sand. Everyone wears Mask and social distancing rules are adhered to. Great area to walk to the town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Overall great cheap beach getaway. Not luxury by any means.

Positive: The beds are comfortable, COVID-19 precautions followed. Beautiful resort facing a perfect beach for a family. The pool and bar areas are beautiful as well. They have hammocks and also beach chairs and tiki shades. Errors on breakfast corrected timely. Negative: The checkout time is 12:00 PM, not 1:00 PM as stated on the reservation. It would also be better if the COVID-19 cleaning fee (which is small) if it was collected at check-in and not a surprise at checkout.

Booked an ocean front but really it’s an ocean view. Went to get ready this morning and have a shower and shave no water at all. Can’t flush the toilet, can’t brush my teeth. Nada nothing. Decided I’ll iron my shirt and maybe the water will come back on. Took the iron out and it’s not even connected to the power cord $280 a night totally unacceptable

Food was not so good. Elevators were not working. The place was all inclusive but you got very little. The place was death at 930 pm. The drink were water down. No transpotation in or out of the hotel and taxis were extremely expensive. The price for the service was not fair. I will said an overpriced very old hotel with no much to offer anyone.

The location was great. Overall the hotel is nice, the only issue we had the toilet was stocked up the whole time we were there which made it very uncomfortable when we were in our room which we didn’t spend too much time in. They tried to fix the issue but it kept on going. Everything else was great!
