En general el hotel esta bien, yo solo lo use para dormir.

Muy buena y rapida atención en recepción. La habitación y el baño son amplios con muy buena limpieza. Lo único deficiente es el servicio de internet ya que la señal no llega buena la habitación, apenas y hay recepción en el baño, que es lo más cercano al pasillo. Hacía calor en el restaurante a pesar de que tenían un aire acondicionado encendido.

We got such good deal trough Expedia so we didnt expect much. Oh what a surprise! Our room was HUGE, with jacuzzi and beautiful shower. The bed was XL king size. Everything was clean and nice. It was only for one night that we stayed in Cancun to catch the plane, but we enjoyed the location of Hotel Plaza Kokai - walking distance to the center and bus station; plus its quiet. We also used a pool just before leaving. We absolutely loved this place!

Had to change room for 2nd night but staff wonderful. Reception spoke excellent English to make transition easy. Pool clean but leaves and seeds floating on it

The room was brand new. To the point of no amenities being in it, and the sink was yet to be siliconed properly. I could actually move it back and forth. also no shower door. the tv only had Spanish channels, no English and no option for English subtitles. The hotel was under construction so sleeping in and peace and quiet was impossible. But the room was clean, and once they complete the construction it will be nice. The staff were great at the restaurant and front desk.

This was my second time staying here. I liked everything including the restaurant. More importantly, my son aka a dog liked it too. I shall be staying with them again upon my next visit to Cancun. I was provided exceptional, over and beyond services.

It was just an overnight stay so we could catch the ADO bus to Mérida the next day; nice bar with live music and very attentive staff.

Stayed in this hotel two seperate times. Great location for us. Its close to a ton of good local cheap delicious food. Also really convenient walk to the ADO BUS terminal.Room is really clean and internet in the room included in the price. Other hotels we have stayed at in Cancun you have to pay for wifi in your room.Staff if super nice and really helpful. Its nice they have a pool but really not meant for swimming laps, just to hang out in.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Did not have time to use pool or bar facilities. Good stay for downtown Cancun, great food market close by, not to expensive for airport transfer. local area a little dark at night. Air con not super cold but enough to keep the room at an ok temp. wifi not great in room but good in lobby.

Está céntrico, habría que remodelar o cambiar unas cosas como el aire acondicionado más actualizado para que diera a toda la habitación, ya que el actual solo da a una pequeña parte
