왜 칸쿤 최고의 호텔로 꼽혔는지를 체험할 수 있다. 각 방에 세탁기도 있다.스튜디어에 머물렀는데 작지만 알차고, 수영장에 이어 바다까지 야경을 만끽할 수 있다.스파는 미화 150+ (80분 기준) 정도고 수준급이다. 호텔 마사지라 비싸긴하나 이정도 가격이면 나쁘지 않은듯.Oceano 식당의 조식이 비싸서 부담스럽다면, 지하의 Tiera에 들러 스타벅스 커피와 샌드위치를 사서 수영장에서 먹는 것도 좋을 듯.

The Westin Lagunamar hotel is a fabulous family friendly resort with a private beach area. Several wonder pools with a water slide, swim up bar and several restaurants. The service was outstanding but special recognition needs to go to concierge Irma Ruz and bellhop Oscar who both went above and beyond.We stayed in room 272 which was a wonderful spacious one bedroom Villa with an outstanding ocean view. The room had a full kitchen with a full size fridge,TVs in the bedroom and living room, safe, washer and dryer, separate dining area, ironing board and a great shower.Across the street from the hotel is an outdoor shopping area with several restaurant and gift shop options.Also in the hotel lobby was a transfer company called “The One” who provided our transfer from and to Cancun airport.($69 for both trips) They were great.We also took a day trip to Tulum with Riviera Maya transfers who were fantastic!Excellent service and prices. You can find them on FB and Instagram.The resort also had a room set up for Covid 19 testing for a small fee which was very convenient. We loved our stay at the Westin Lagunamar and highly recommended it!

Had a great experience there, would stay there again. Loved the atmosphere. The rooms were great. We had the villa, 2 bedrooms.Theres shops across the street that made it convenient.

Absolutely loved this hotel-the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, the pools were a blast, and the view was amazing. Both of our adjoining rooms had jacuzzi tubs which the kids got a kick out of. I can’t express enough how clean this place was. There’s even a small set of Mayan ruins on site that was pretty neat to look at as well. My only regret is only staying here 2 nights-we did a lot during the day off-site so we were bummed when we left to go to our Air Bnb in Playa Del Carmen for the rest of the week.

Very convenient Rooms, with a kitchen, laundry, and balcony, and huge hot tub. Pools and beach were very nice. The concierges were very helpful and helped arrange our travel to Xcaret and arrange my covid test (which was a big headache, but they pulled it off). The only thing is that I did not appreciate trying to be sold a timeshare. I guess one has to be constantly vigilant but the extra sales pressure was not appreciated on our vacation.

Wonderful place to stay! They had the other pool closed for refurbishment, but there weren’t that many people visiting. The normal activities around the pool have been cancelled due to the pandemic. Safety measures are in place and it seems like they clean everything every hour. Hotel is right across the street from La Isla shopping center and is just a quick bus ride to Coco Bongo.

The hotel mixed up our reservation and it took hours to sort out during a short trip. Such a waste of time. They put people in the wrong rooms, and we had to put sheets on our own beds. It was quite literally the worst hotel check-in experience of my life. And I travel a lot. But its a really nice property with an amazing pool, comfortable beds, beautiful beach and great location across from the Isla outdoor mall. The food, though, is mediocre, so walk across the street to Isla for restaurants.

Loved everything about this resort! Clean, amazing service and super friendly staff. Private concierge team are amazing. And the view, pool are stunning. We extended our original stay to 4 more nights just because we liked is so much.

Everything was good.we love this hotel.but what disappointed us was the food inside the restaurant.We ordered a big fish and waited for 1hr then served the frozen and bloody fish.the fish was $120.but all the employee are nice.

Trip and Stay was good. However, management needs to overhaul and train some of the staff. Some had attitudes with certain requests and efficiency and communications with some simple requests and tasks were not executed.

Great hotel, even more amazing staff! The only issue i had was their fire alarms going off in the middle of the night on our last night. I guess it was a technical issue. Other than that, it was great.
