시간이 좀 지난 2018년 신혼여행으로 5박을 지냈습니다. 올인클루시브라 마음 편하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 단 팁은 생각하셔야 되서 한국 개념의 완전 올인클루시브라고 보기는 어렵습니다. 음료 주문, 푸드트럭 등 뭐 먹을 때마다 1달러는 드리는게 예의인 것 같은 분위기에요.룸은 바다전망의 사이드 객실이었는데(각 층별 가장 저리가 좋음 센터자리 쪽은 고층아니면 뷰랑 태라스 별로), 베란다가 넓어 만족했습니다. 룸 내부가 넓지는 않지만 고급스러운 느낌이 듭니다. 베란다와 룸 내부에서 보이는 바다 전경이 정말 멋져요.라이브아쿠아는 전반적인 서비스가 좋은 편이었습니다. 스탭들이 밝게 인사해주며, 친절합니다. 하지만 영어를 잘 하지 못한다면 매우 프렌들리하다는 느낌은 받지 못할 수도 있습니다. 제 경우 미국인이 리조트 85% 이상 묶었는데, 영어를 잘 못해서인지 미국인들이 받는 서비스의 일부만 받는 느낌이 들었습니다.특히, 일부 직원의 태도는 매우 불쾌했습니다. 크레페 푸드트럭에서 먼저 와서 기다리고 있었음에도 불구하고 늦게 온 아메리칸에게 먼저 주문을 받고, 그와 조금 다르게 음식을 만들어 주더군요(데코 등 차이 발생). 같은 돈을 내는데 왜 다른 서비스를 제공하는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 일부 직원 때문에 허니문으로 왔는데 둘 다 기분이 안 좋았습니다.일부를 빼고는 세탁 서비스, 룸서비스 등 전부 좋은 서비스를 받았다고 느꼈습니다.음식은 전반적으로 괜찮았지만, 좀 짭니다. 그래도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만 현재(2018) 리모델링 중인 식당이 몇 군데 있어 레스토랑이 2곳 정도만 있어 저녁 음식이 큰 차이가 없습니다. 12월 언제부터 마무리된다고 하는데 공지가 따로 없어 아쉬운 부분이네요. MB를 기대하고 왔는데 아주르에서 같이 제공하다보니 저녁먹을 때마다 식당 웨이팅이 있어서 좀 짜증났어요.와이파이 속도는 느리고 폰 끌때마다 끊어지니 참고하세요.리조트 뒤에는 라이슬라 몰이 있어 호텔에서만 지내기 답답할 때 구경가기가 매우 편합니다. 다만 라이슬라는 맥 이외에는 크게 저렴하다는 느낌은 받지 못했어요.

객실과 부대시설, 레스토랑등 모든 면에서 부족함이 없는 호텔임특히 Heated Pool은 날씨와 무관하게 즐길 수 있기 때문에 단연코 최고라 할 수 있음.어디서나 초고속으로 터지는 WiFi도 유용했음누구에게나 추천하며, 다음에도 반드시 라이브 아쿠아호텔로 올 것임.

모든 직원이 친절하고 가족과 함께 휴가를 보내기에 아주 좋은 곳 룸서비는 이주 좋음 호텔 레스토랑에서 제공하는 스프류는 너무 짜고 전체적으로 음식들이 짠 편임.

오션프론트뷰 개좋음직원들도 스윗하고 음식도 다 맛있는 편한국인이 적은 편이라 좋고24시간 술먹고 맛있는 거 먹으면서 한량놀음하기 좋다.

라이브 라쿠아 비치 호텔은 다좋고 무얼 먹을까에 대한고민. 어떤 술을 마실까에 대한 고민을 해야한다. ㅋㅋ 모를때는 무조건 다 시켜본다. ㅋㅋMB 드레스코드. 깔끔하게만 입고들어가면됨코스처럼 3가지 음식을 선택. 식사 시간때에 사람들이 많아서 기다릴수 있음.음식맛 깔끔 좋음조식일반 호텔식으로 뷔페Azur지중해식 식당호텔 외부에 있어 수영장 바로 옆에 붙어있다.배가고파서 에피타이저 전부를 시키고메인을 먹기 시작했다.스벅커피 간판이 있는 곳에서 커피한잔. 그냥 원두만 쓰는듯 일반적인 맛과 다를수 있음. 내일은 아메리카노를 마셔봐야지.자쿠지는 하나 밖에 없어서 추운날은 자리가 없네~~호텔마다 특성이 다르기 때문에 2곳 3곳으로 나눠서 묵으면 좋을듯 하다. 내일은 다른 곳으로 이동

다른어떤말도필요없어 최고의휴양지

24시간 룸다이닝을 이용할수 있어서 좋았고, 수영장도 여러곳으로 스파도 있고 음식도 모두 맛있었습니다.

허니문 아주좋았음

한국인이 많이 없고 동양인 자체가 많지 않아요. 서양인이 많아서 그런지 음식도 대체적으로 맛있었고(짠건 어쩔수 없지만), 수영장은 인피니티풀과 넓은 수영장이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 라이슬라 쇼핑몰과도 가까워서 쇼핑도 즐기기 편하고 시내로 나가는 R1 버스 스테이션도 가까워서 이동걱정을 줄일 수 있었습니다. 다시 가도 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

모던하고 조용해서 휴향 및 허니문에게 강력추천하는 올인클루시브 리조트입니다

객실은많은데 레스토랑은 자리도 적고 인원도 적어서 서빙이 굉장히 느리고 밥먹는데 줄서서 기다려야함. 오자마자 1시간정도동안 와이파이 연결이안돼서 큰불편을 겪음.조식도 메뉴도별로 없고 난생여행하면서 이런 소량의조식은 처음... 수영장뷰만끝내줌

아직까진 한국분들이 별로 없어서 시선에 구애받지 않고 지내기 좋습니다.음식이 전체적으로 짠 편이어서 주문시 미리 말씀하시거나 하는 것이 좋으며, 근처에 쇼핑할 곳이 많아서 호텔에만 있기 답답하신 분들께도 좋을 것 같습니다.

음식이좀 짜지만 !

Stayed at the property for a wedding. The condition of the property was the best Ive encountered at any all-inclusive - minimal wear/tear, and very clean.The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.The views from the couple of guest rooms I was in were both picturesque looking out over the ocean.The property felt safe.The only thing I would suggest is that the Egos bar have a DJ, a ju or a central system with premium Spotify account. The bartenders would literally - in all likelihood to pacify the drunk people or to accommodate us - just hand us their phones to search YouTube. They were extremely good sports. LOVED that everything closed down at 11pm. I believe that this decision kept guests from over-imbibing, prevented any altercations, and made sure people could fully enjoy the beautiful days around the pools and on the beach.

My wife and I travel a lot and this place is great. We opted for the Aqua club and would suggest you go this way as the extras count. Food was great down to the sidewalk grills out by the pools, in fact Guadalupe who was working the burger stand went above and beyond in his efforts noticing us sitting in the distance and brought us over additional treats.Pools were nice including one swim up bar. Service on the beach was spot on.We dressed up for dinner every night and their steak house was on par with some of the better places in the USA.Making an appointment to have a COVID19 test was simple and paid for as part of the cost. The location takes in the water view on both sides. If you forget anything there’s an upscale mall right across the street. We look forward to going again!

All in all it was pretty great! I guess one has to simply lower expectations for food and alcohol no matter how many stars a hotel has. The room was clean and gorgeous, as was our view from our private patio, and the turn down service // free wine + chocolates was a great touch. The beach in front of the hotel was also stunning, just know that renting cabanas is like getting into the most premiere nightclub in the world - you pretty much cant unless you wake up at 7 or 8am to get in line. And even then, Im most likely sorry you cant Good food options though Id say 7.5/10 on quality, and good bar options which made for few lines. Ask the front desk - What do I need to know to make my stay the best here? - on day one, that should help!

It was absolutely amazing! We had an ocean front room and it was beautiful. The service was impeccable, the food was wonderful, the property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. The poor pool staff worked their fingers to the bone with what seemed like very needy vacationers and did it with a very positive and pleasant attitude. They were very conscious of COVID and was careful but not crazy! We have had many beach vacations, but this property was exceptional! We will for sure be back!!

Live Aqua was amazing! The service was incredible, and we loved the restaurant options! We had so much fun at the breakfast buffet every morning and exploring dinner options at night. We would love to come back anytime! The only thing we had any issues with was scheduling our COVID test. We were told it was a complimentary service and were very excited because this made it very easy for us to travel back to the US without having to track down a testing center. We emailed the concierge desk a few times prior to our trip in an attempt to schedule a testing appointment. They assured us we would be fine to just schedule one when we checked in! Unfortunately, when we checked in there were very few time slots left and none of them worked with the timing of our excursion we had planned. We ended up having to pay for our COVID tests from a roadside stand on Isla Mujeres while we were there.Other than this miscommunication with the concierge desk, our stay was incredible. We highly recommend booking with Live Aqua!

This resort is absolutely amazing! Very nice staff always ready to help and get you what you need. Very clean property, smell really nice. The restaurants are really really good. Outstanding presentation of the foods and taste is high quality. The Hidden Garden definitely the best one for dinner and Azure for lunch. I’ve stayed 7 days in February, 2021 and it couldn’t be any happier. Masks, social distancing, and all COVID regulations apply at all times. Two things that could really improve the resort are ice cream stand and more Mexican food options maybe a taco station during the day. Highly recommend Live Aqua to anyone who wants to escape for a bit from the daily routines or enjoy long vacation on the beach.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the food selections that were included with a 5 star property. Limited wine included with price we paid ( not good) We have stayed at 4 star resorts which included better included wines and food selections. Especially seafood options. Other than this the resort and service was excellent

Amazing resort!!! I was so pleased with our stay. I usually don’t want to return to the same resorts I’ve stayed at, but this one is the exception. I will definitely be returning to live aqua beach resort. The food at the resort was amazing and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are cleaned. 5 stars!!!

Positive: Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Negative: Not enough chairs as they prefer to have cabanas to sell. They never restocked fridge in room, even after I ask. I didn¿t appreciate the timeshare sells pitch after checkin.

Positive: It was super clean. Amazing pool and beach area! Rooms are very spacious with a large balcony. Negative: The sales pitch to join the vacation club. The food was good but not great. Mixed drinks are watered down, no top shelf liquor available.
