파라디수스 저는 전반적으로 좋았습니다만, 레스토랑들이 이해할 수 없는 맛들도 있었습니다. 그리고 처음부터 버틀러한테 팁을 주는 게 팁입니다! 그러면 그냥 다 해줍니다 어메니티 뭐 방 청소 수시로 해주고 대박맨. 금고에 다 보관하시고 다니세욥! 멕시코는 잃어버리면 아무것도 못 찾는다욥. 5박이상 멕시코에 있으면서 액티비티 다 즐기고 가세욥! 저희는 4박해서 짧았네여.. 발리베드는 체크인할때 예약하시고 7-11시 사이에 체크인 해야 쓸 수 있음니다. 저녁에는 그냥 가면 자리 남아서 쓰게 해줌니다. 신혼여행으로 왔는데 저희는 전반적으로 만족하고 갑니당. 저희는 로얄서비스했는데 일부 리뷰에서는 로얄서비스아니면 차별당한다고 해서 음 잘 몰게씀다. 그럼 땡큐쏘머치

너무 안락하고 로열빌딩은 조용해서 좋았습니다.전용풀장도 있고 로열서비스는 카바나 2회예약이 무료

방을 여러개 예약했더니 룸형태를 다르게 주기도하고 페이를 다 했는데도 안했다고하는등 5성급인데 업무처리는 좀 미흡했어요원래 가서 결제하는걸로 예약했는데 크리스마스시즌이라고 임의로 미리 1박씩을 결제해서 카드사에서 스캠인줄알고 카드를 정지시키기도 했네요.칸쿤 호텔존의 멋진 호텔이긴했지만 이런 처리 때문에 많이 피곤했습니다.

실내 시끄러움~~ 특히 중앙홀 근처이면 더 시끄럽고 귀가 울릴정도임~액티비티를 즐길 곳은 아님~음식은 그럭저럭~~ 동양음식은 맛이 짜고 일식이 그나마 괜찮음~부페는 괜찮으나, 대부분 육류임. 규모가 큰 만큼 투숙객이 많아 시끄러움중국인 많음~호텔존에 있고 가장 규모가 크지만 휴식을 취할곳은 아님!쇼핑몰도 인근에 있으나 버스를 타야 함.호텔존 길거리에서 물건 구입은 삼가 해야함 바가지 심함!

음식 메뉴판에 그림이없지만 바디랭기지 하면 어느정도는 먹고즐길수있네요

바다물색이 매우아름답고 직원들이 친절하며 어린애들이 놀기적당한수영장과 키즈카페가 운영중입니다음식은 훌륭하진않지만 평균이상입니다단지 호텔내부가 너무 낡고 구식인데다 밤이면 호텔내부홀에서 공연등이있어서 룸에서 그소음이 거슬립니다

좋은 곳이긴 하나 타일이 비오면 떨어지고 마감재나 이런 것들이 좀 더 고쳐졌으면 좋겠네요. 음식은 괜찮으나 3일이상 먹으니 물리네요. 사람들은 친절해요. 수영장도 좋으나 좀 더 깨끗하게 관리했으면 좋겠어요. 바닥에 모래가 좀 있구요 타일이나 페인트가 벗겨져나간 곳이 많아요

평점을 내자면 굳이 다른 호텔(인쿠르드)과 비스ㅛ하다 음식은 별로 직원들은 써비스가 별로이며 굉장히 느린편이다. 청소상태는 먼지는 그대로이며 커피포트는 청소가 안돼있어서 커피를 내려 먹울수 없을정도이며 저녁시간에는 별다른 페스티발이라든가 볼거리가 없어 놀러간 기분이 별로이다..점심 런치는 준비가 다 안돼있어서 이용에 뷸편을 겪었고 직원둘은 피곤에 찌든 얼굴들이여서 맘 편히 놀러갔다온 기분이 안들었다..이글을 올리는 이유는 한국인들과 동양인들은 더 좋은 써비스가있는 곳을 선택하여 즐거운 여행이 돠길빌어서이다..

허니문여행중임.리비에라 마야 그랜드 벨라스에서 2박하고 파라디수스로 넘어옴.파라디수스에서는올 인클루시브를 로얄서비스라고 하는데왜 로얄서비스인지 잘 모르겠음건물 구조상 로얄서비스동은 제일외곽에 빠져있는구조인데모든 식당과 편의시설은 메인로비쪽에 있어서항상 2개의 건물을 통과해서 걸어가야함구석에 박혀있어서 너무 불편함밤 11시넘어가면 콜센터 통화안되서 음식주문못함느린서비스와 풀장의 수질도 맘에 안듬팁주면 서비스 빨라짐....직원들의 영어발음이 너무 안좋은데다가나의 영어리스닝 실력도 구려서 죽을맛그런데도 불구하고 별3개인 주는 이유는버틀러 카를로스의 뛰어난 영어실력과 매너 및 친절한 서비스, 호날두 닮은 뛰어난 외모 (참고로 난 남자임)식당 음식들이 매우 맛있음숙소 내 바다 전경과 하늘의 하모니가 매우 아름다움그렇지만 더 나은 허니문을 즐기기 위해 2박남았지만 미친척하고 얼리체크인하고 리비에라마야 그랜드벨라스로 이동하는중..

칸쿤에 올인클루시브를 기대하고오는 허니무너들에게는 비추...... 돈좀 더쓰구 좋은데ㄱㅏ십셔ㅋㅋㅋㅋ싼게비지떡오래되고 노후됨...올인클루시브이나 식당들이 눈치줌로얄동을 반가워하지않음직원들이 친절하지않음음식퀄리티가 떨어짐우리는 3+1박으로 예약했지만 환불한푼도안받고 기존에묵었던 숙소로 이동함

리조트 전체적으로 보면 너무 이쁘나 오래된 리조트라 그런지 인테리어가 대체적으로 올드 한것 같습니다가격대비 식당수는 많은편인데 저녁식사(예약제)만 이용 가능한 식당이 많으며 한국인 입맛에는 그저 그런것 같습니다가족여행으로 적당한것 같습니다

다좋은데 방음이 안됨

음식이 별로 맛이 없고 가족 여행객이 많아서 분위기가 산만함. 해변도 별로 이쁘지가 않음. 로얄 서비스로 예약 안하면 식당이나 해변 이용 하는데 차별이 심함.

버틀러서비스 최고!! 하루종일 향기로운 아로마향 가득~ 로얄서비스는 단연최고~!!

다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 리조트올인크루시브 너무나 좋았음한 1달 정도 머물고싶음

Positive: Staff work very hard, they will bring you food and drinks to the beach or pool area. Always asking you if you need anything... hotel is gorgeous. Negative: At check careful with staff trying to upgrade you or get you a better room for a lot more Money,refrigator was never refill, room service will charge 5$ at the room do not give to staff, bring ur speaker,curfew is at 11pm,transport morexpensive book elsew

Paradisus by Melia was a wonderful resort. The staff was extremely attentive and always making sure you had what you needed. The resort was also beautiful and food was great. The only important thing to know would be that you have to make dinner reservations, as there is no dinner buffet. You can call guest services and make reservations for every night you are there, much better than using the app.

We have been to Cancun several times, but never with our children. This time we took our 2 and 3 year old. Paradisus exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the resort just as much, if not more, than some of the adult only resorts that we have stayed at. The food was exceptional at each of the restaurants. We paid a little extra once we got there for a larger beach cabana and beach side service which was really nice but not necessary. There are other palapa style umbrellas with chairs that are included with your stay. We just wanted something bigger for our girls to nap. ONLY thing we were disappointed about was the kids play area was closed due to Covid but Covid is obviously not the hotels fault and the kids had PLENTY to do between the pool and the beach. There is one pool that is about 18 inches and fairly large. This was nice and relaxing for us with toddlers. Will for sure stay again. Even without kids.

Positive: I loved the view of my room and the experience that came with having a gold all-inclusive bracelet. The resort was sooo clean. You saw people cleaning the main areas all day. The staff of the hotel had GREAT customer service. Everything was well organized Negative: I just wished there were more outdoor activity in the even hours. During my stay, the hotel only had 1 outdoor activity in the evening which was a silent headset party. which was fun but I wish there was a few more.

Very nice hotel. Excellent service provided by staff. Food and drinks in all restaurants/bars were very good, with ample variety and great quality. Extra clean rooms, public bathrooms, pools, and beach.

Wow wow my family was so impressed with this hotel, we had been in Cancun before and different hotels, but this one Melia has been the best in every aspect. All the staff are very friendly and attentive to help, hotel very clean, the beach is close and beautiful. Also the restaurants are really good. I highly recommend if you are planning to visit Cancun. Thank you to Cornelio, Irving ( Mole restaurant and Alexis.. all of them were so friendly and kind people.

Positive: The staff and pool. Negative: They put our room right above fryer exhaust duct after we paid extra for ocean front view. When we tried to have hotel fix - they moved to non ocean view so we moved back and just accepted the fryer blowing into our room for a week when we opened patio.

Location was amazing, my view from the balcony was to die for. I wish I booked more nights. Bathrooms are very nice, and the whole place is huge. Stuff is great and friendly, every one is always smiling. They really make you feel welcome. I was in Tulum prior to coming to Cancun and I was walking a lot, so I hurt my feet really bad. When I got to Cancun, it finally got me, I was having trouble walking and I just got there, I was stressed out a bit. I asked a lady that was walking by next to me, to see if she could be able to help me and right away she called first aid guys, told me to wait for them. Even though I was doubting someone would come, after five minutes, two guys really showed up, they did not speak English, but they were so cute and kind, they saw my feet, and they took care of it. They called a third guy that was a translator, he told me that I had to call them in the morning and in the evening for the rest of my stay so it doesnt get infected. That really made me feel like they cared, and that meant a lot since I was there by myself, the whole resort was a great experience for me. It was my first time in Mexico, and cant wait to go back. I had never had this type of service, everyone going above and beyond and doing it with a smile. Big shout-out to Roberto at Bana, Rene from the Cocos beach bar and Andria at the front desk. Highly recommend the place.

The resort is in a great location, beautiful lagoon and ocean views, restaurants are very clean and food is good. The beach was amazing! The pool was nice and the service from the staff was friendly. The only one thing that I didn’t like was that the concierge keep asking people to attend to their presentation and that was very annoying. Other than that it is a good place to stay and have fun

El hotel en general tiene un diseño espectacular a pesar de tener ya sus años, donde si se nota la antiguedad del es en el mobiliario de las habitaciones, son cómodas pero pudieran tener ya una actualización, al menos en la que nos hospedamos. La oferta de alimentos y bebidas fué muy buena, el personal muy atento, buen frente de playa. Todo estuvo muy bien, mi única queja es que en el área de alberca muchos huespedes llevan sus propias bocinas y las usan a alto volumen, lo cual puede ser molesto, el personal del hotel debería cuidar esto.
