호텔이깔끔하고 어메니티들도 다 록시땅입니다 퀄리티가뭔가 있어보이는..대신밖에서 음식을 사와서 먹거나마시면안돼요주위에식당은많이없고비싼게불편하지만 전체적으로 만족

They had excellent covid safety measures in place. Beautiful hotel in a prime location with a gorgeous beach. Many restaurants, nightclubs and shops are within walking distance. Since the beach does not have very strong waves we where able to paddle board and use kayaks during our stay (they are part of the hotel amenities). As well as rent jet skis. The food and drinks were excellent. There where many families with children at this hotel so we fit right in.

This hotel has gone All Inclusive since Covid. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly during our stay. This hotel would literally be a 10 out of 10 if it were not for their policy of allowing smokers to smoke on their balcony which of course travels to a non smokers balcony. Aside from that, their on-site restaurants were very good, although I would have to say that their Italian offering was my least favorite as its location within the hotel felt as if it was an afterthought. Their outside grounds were well maintained and their beaches will be among the calmest compared to other resorts.

Kids club closed down due to Covid and we were not notified prior to our trip. The AC unit broke in our unit and got everything wet. Rooms are not updated from the hurricane, mirrors have mold. No nightly shows or events. We spoke with the general manager and they did make it up by offering special things but definitely not worth the the money we spent at all. Extremely disappointed. Food is average. The meat at the Havana restaurant had tons of fatty pieces. Service was slow. The Mexican restaurant is the best by far. They take Covid very seriously that was probably the best part of the trip. The pools are nice and spacious. Location on the strip and very close to everything.

Das Hotel ist in bester Lage und hat einen wunderschönen Strand. Frühstückbuffet war vielfältig und sehr gut . Sämtliche Restaurants waren gut und die Aktivitäten am Pool und Strand immer sehr lustig und viel Stimmung. Benji der Animatör war super ! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und es fehlte an nichts .

This was my second time visiting this hotel in about two months, and it is hard to think of complaints. This is a wonderful resort with great service. I was very pleased that there were a little more vegetarian options then before which was my only real complaint last time. Before the breakfast buffet had so much meat in all the Spanish dishes or anything hot, I was tired of veggie omelets, HOWEVER this visit they had multiple vegetarian tostadas at Buffett and similar things that were delicious. The beach, and pool are beautifully located (not much seaweed in the water) and the view from each room I had was spectacular both times. I appreciate the small details in service like bringing fruit to the room without request in addition to prompt/ great maid service. It would be so nice if there were some sort of traditional Mexican snacks in the room mini bar instead of general American stuff like snickers and potato Chips, and as I stated in my last review the room service menu is not good at all there is nothing I would order from there so I didnt use it my first visit and my toddler didnt care for the nuggets on my second visit.

This hotel was amazing! The food is delicious and the hotel was GREAT about being clean and offering free masks and hand sanitizer!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a family getaway. Very kid friendly. My entire family loved this hotel!

This place is a great for families. The location and beach/water were great. We had teens so they did not partake in the kids club but they had fun. Room smelled like mildew but overall good accommodations. They did a wonderful job with vivid restrictions!

Great time had by all! Wonderful resort. Traveled with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a 6 year old. Awesome location, nice sandy low wave beach, relaxing pools and good service. Really nice family resort.

Not sure where all the raving reviews are coming from. We’re well seasoned travelers typically staying in luxury resorts with high expectations. We didn’t stay in the cheapest room either, but the 2 bedroom ocean front master suite (which sounds cool but is actually just 2 rooms interconnected). Service was slow, but not because staff was bad, but Because they were under staffed. Everyone was running around frantically but couldn’t keep up with demand of people. The hotel is old, and looks/feels old. Paint is peeling, mold in bathroom, cracked paint, just doesn’t feel like a 5 star or 5 diamond as they call it resort should feel/look. Food. It’s about the same as you’d get at a riu. You won’t die eating it but it’s pretty bad. Won’t wake up craving anything. We stayed 11/21/2020-11/24/2020 after staying at hotel xcaret the week prior. The latter hotel was incredible in nearly every category. I guess when looking to book the low price point of the fiesta Americana accurately reflects its condition.

Our had mold on the sealing in the bathroom which actually came out from being painted before in a couple of days. Strong smell of mold in the room. The toilet and the bathroom in general wasn’t clean at all had to call rooms the housekeeping right away. As well the maintenance as the bathtub was clogged. The meals options and restaurant choice are poor. No normal food for the lunch in a room service menu. No currency exchange at the front desk. Nether they can break big US dollar bills. For the money we paid hotel deserves 3 stars the most. Hopefully they’ll renovate and improve the food situation as we were planning on coming back in about a month or so.
