전망이 매우좋다 봐도봐도 질리지 않는 뷰 직원들은 다들 친절하며 음식이 좀짠감이있지만 맛있다.. 일식집 빼고

약간 옛스러운 느낌.하지만 이상하지는 않고 적당함. 식사가 짠듯하지만 시킬때 소금을 넣지말라하고 소스에 먹으니 굿. VIP 레스토랑 이용하려했는데 문이 닫혀있기도 하고 설명도 없을땐 불편하다 느낌. 동양인이 많이 없다고 들었는데 한국인 단체가족을 보기도 하고 여러 나라 사람들사이에 동양인도 꽤 보임~ 자쿠지는 잘 작동하고 직원들은 친절한 편임. 버스를 타고 잘 찾아갈수 있게 길옆에 크게 위치함. 버블파티를 했는데 수영장에서 지린내가;, 다른 외부 수영장은 잘모르고 빌라 이용하니까 성인동이라서 수영장 따로 깨끗이 관리하고 있어 피부 트러블과 알러지 있는 나도 괜찮았음. 참. 랍스터 무제한인데 난 스테이크가 짱인듯ㅋ

아름다운카리브해를 바라보며 .........바다로,수영장으로 휴양지 맞습니다.호텔에서 갖가지음식을 거의24시간 먹을수있어 여유로운 휴식이 될것입니다.밤에는 쇼를즐기며 일상에서 벗어난 자유로움을 만끽할수 있었습니다.

괜찮은 리조트. 하지만 요리가 맛있다고 소개받은데 바해 별로임. 고기류가 나음.부페에 초밥이라고 나온건 비쥬얼만봐도 손안대는게 답. 랍스터는 바닷물맛. 커피는 칸쿤전체가 개노맛.고기랑 콜라 쥬스같은거 먹는게 개이득임.수영장도 괜찮고 다른 시스템은 만족스러움올인클루시브 기준새벽에도 룸서비스 가능해서 식당들 시간 아닐때 먹어야될 경우에도 먹기 편함 단 룸서비스의 경우는 팁 1달러정도는 주는게 매너로비들어와서 좌회전하면 스포츠바? 거기가면 그래도 과일 핫도그같은거 먹기에 적당하고 24시간이라 팁도 아깝다면 가볼만낮시간에 수영장쪽에 바비큐장처럼 해놓고 먹을수있게 차려놓는데 그것도 좋음리조트 내 사용하는 비치타월은 사람 많을땐 부족하기도 하니 눈치껐 절 가져다 써야함

음식이 맛 있습니다 호텔 제공하는 세면도구 샴푸 바디워시 바디 크림 비누 딱 네가지 뿐이에요 수영장관리가 잘된편이지만 금요일기점으로 물이 매우더러워집니다 뷔페에 항상 랍스타 나오는건 아니고 목요일 저녁디너 뷔페에만 나왔어여저녁뷔페 기본적인건 똑같은데 날마다 메인요리는 달라요 목요일 랍스타 금욜 칠면조 이런식으로 달 라져요 다른 레스토랑 예약 안해도 되고 진짜 맛 있음 짱짱맨

정말좋아요!! 저녁엔 랍스터도 주는데 정말 맛있습니다호텔 자체 프로그램도 많아요꼭 하고 싶었는데.. 시간이 없어서 못한게 넘 아쉬워요ㅠ그리고 풀파티도 있고 매일밤 공연하고 아무튼 좋아요..더있고싶어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 이곳이 천국...

Positive: Hotel staffs very nice and professional especially in the buffet restaurant area. Hotel room was cleanest. Negative: Foods just ok! Nothimg special about gourmet dinner restaurants. Foods mostly just like in the buffet dinner restaurant.

I was nervous as an inexperienced solo traveler when I began looking at different resorts and became overwhelmed by all the different options. I went with Riu palace peninsula and was extremely pleased with my entire stay! The staff was courteous and prompt from the time I checked in to the time I left. The room far exceeded my expectations and the view was phenomenal. I enjoyed the various entertainment and different options for pools and beach access. I felt safe the entire stay, which was a concern as a female solo traveler. I highly recommend and will be back again!

I’ve stayed at this resort 3 times now. I’ve always really enjoyed my stay. The staff works so hard to accommodate all needs. Very clean in my opinion. There were some changes made this time due to Covid which kinda sucked but can’t blame anyone for that. I read so many bad reviews normally and I just wanted to be sure to leave a good review! If you are looking for a clean, nice, sun shiny place to go with the most beautiful views then this doesn’t disappoint!

Positive: Our first room was very musty smelling and they switched us to a different one with no hassle. Food was good and drinks were great. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed everything.

This was my 3rd time staying at a riu property. The service has remained the same each time. The staff is excellent and make the stay great. A few cons was we got placed on the 1st floor right above the buffet. Every single morning and night we heard the noise of moving chairs and plates on a tray. The food also was pretty subpar. The Japanese restaurant was terrible. The buffet was pretty good but you had to keep it simple or youd have an upset stomach. On top of that the drinks were not that great either. Very cheap liquor and cheap flavoringThe best part about the hotel was the cleanliness. Not just COVID related. The staff keeps the place extremely in shape and every day Id see someone cleaning something Id never think needed cleaning. This of course is not an easy task especially with a bunch of drunk tourists roaming around. The nightly entertainment was great and the staff really kept everyone involved. Lastly, I do feel like the place needs a bit of a remodel. The entire place looks like it stayed in the early 2000s. With a resort this grand and large it would do them well to become more modern. All in all it was a great stay.

Hotel was amazing. Staff always asked how you were or if you needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like as much is that the shows are night are mostly American. We didn’t feel as much as we were in Mexico with Spanish music because at the pool they would play English music and shows as well. Other than that it was excellent. Food delicious!!

Me gusto que hay muy buen servicio del personal, los shows estan muy padres, ojala nunca baje la calidad de estos! Creo que pueden meterle mejor produccion al escenario unicamente. Creo que el hotel fuera excelente si metieran mejor calidad de camas y almohadas; estan muy apenas. Otra cosa que puede mejorar muuucho son los baños generales y los del cuarto (los publicos huelen raro y las intalaciones de acabados ya viejas.. y los del cuarto hacen un ruido chillante cada vez que le bajas).De ahi en fuera todo bien.Tiene todo para ser un hotel de primera, solo falta un empujon mas!

I made a reservation in this hotel where they promote family friendly. Every room has a tub in the middle of the room where my 1 1/2 year old would constantly climb. Not to mention the sharp corners on it. The shower door had no lock and inside no anti slip Matt when I would shower her. It’s not safe for children. I ended up switching my hotel after 1 night there and they refuse to give me a refund for the remaining days I did not utilize at the hotel. The did not provide a comforter on the bed and the mattress was hard. They brought a crib in for my toddler with no sheets I had to use a towel as a blanket for my baby. The staff was very nice and friendly but due to safety I needed to change and they did not give me a refund. They said I did not need to make a reservation for the restaurants but when we showed up it was an hour wait to be seated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are a family coming to stay.

Beautiful property! Clean, clear beaches and shady sanded palm tree area on one of the beaches. Plenty of pools and pool loungers. Very good variety of food available and excellent quality. No problems with bars and drinkers and plenty of wait staff throughout the property.

I would definitely stay here again! The hotel was very clean, the food was great, the service was also amazing. Special thanks to Poncho who took very good care of us during our time here. I honestly do not have any complaints about my vacation..
