The entire property was was well maintained and kept clean. The service was overall great. The amenities were plentiful. The buffet was ok but the 6 specialty restaurants were very good to exceptional. The only flaws were that it was very hard to communicate with the property prior to our arrival and so there were several unpleasant surprises upon arrival. Most of the large Cancun resorts the mandatory covid test to get back into the US were included. The Crown Paradise is not one so it was a surprise $100 expence and because of the day we left (Monday) and the day the testing center was closed (Sunday) we actually lost a full day of our 7 day vacation with having to leave the property to deal with all the covid requirements. This would have been a tragedy had we only had a 3 day stay instead of a 7 day trip. Also be aware that the Crown Paradises beach is almost gone due to the last hurricane but there is still plenty of great beach within a safe walking distance from the room. There was no visible information or printed schedule on the live entertainment and events on the property we just stumbled on to things we would not have wanted to miss and wonder what we did miss. The biggest tip I have is pre book your restaurant reservations prior to arrival. Over all we had a wonderful time. If we return to Cancun we will re book there.

Positive: The staff is amazing! The pools are a great size. It was great. Big shout out to the cook Alejó at the overnight burger joint .. he was great! Bartender Homar from the adult pool bar, he kept the drinks rolling in! We will be back!

Very enjoyable stay. The resort is very nice. Staff were the best. Elizabeth the concierge so helpful everything.My room attendant Elizabeth very efficient friendly and what a nice job she did. The room was always made perfect. Jesus, my bell hop very friendly and courteous. Gabrielle and Vanessa at concierge desk also so knowledgeable and helpful.The food was very good. Good quality, good choices/variety at specialty restaurants. Breakfast buffet always good also.I definitely recommend and will be back again.

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel. The beds were a little hard but the kids club and all the activities for them were amazing! They had a blast. Wish the adult swim up bar and hot tubs were open a little later than 5pm but we managed. Food was good. We would def stay here again.

In general, it was a clean resort and directly on the sea shore. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were well served. The food options were limited. For morning there was only one option, with a buffet with same limited menu daily. There were 3 restaurants for dinner but you have to reserve a spot 3 days earlier. Otherwise, you are left with the same morning buffet with same limited menu. The night shows were nice but no advanced brochures of what to expect to see.

This resort, I can’t even stress enough...was one of the best I have ever been too. Extremely family oriented. STAFF IS AMAZING! Mexico is my favorite place to travel now. Everything from getting off the plane, getting through customs, getting a ride to your resort is literally seem less! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, willing to help. I highly highly recommend! Juan, Luis, & all the other servers by the pool are literally the nicest human beings ever. We loved it! So much. Was amazing for our family! Have to take the Tulum & Cenote tour as well through the Mayan caves!

Positive: All inclusive nature of hotel. Negative: The hotel is further south than shopping, dining, public beaches so you will have to spend 25-40 USD to get anywhere (there is no uber). Also, this is a full family hotel, expect to be surrounded by kids. Lastly the waves here are too strong to waddle in.

Overall excellent stay. The check in was smooth, but because not all checkout instructions were given during check in process, checkout was long and difficult! We would have been better prepared had we known details.

The service was outstanding! Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and happy to help us out. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of staff to pamper you and your family during a great vacation. Our 9 and 11 year old loved it just as much as my wife and I did. Definitely a great destination!

Great property if you are travelling with kids!! So much to do , they have big waterpark, classes and fun activities for kids, there is another water park with slides, magic and dancing shoes, game room, painting... and service is amazing! Look for Jessus bellboy!!! Anything we needed he helped us out, restourant reservations, coffee machine, any informations.. great guy! Food was delicious with lot of options! Nice and clean rooms!We had a great time! Thank you

Negative: When we arrived they told us it was a extra $90 to have VIP services and a King Size be. Which Im pretty sure my reservation was for a long already. We were also told with VIP we would have 24 hour room service. Which was a lie everything shut at 11pm.
