하루를 묵었고 전체적인 서비스는 나쁘지 않았다. 다름날 새벽에 나가야 해서 프론트에 택시 예약을 요청했으나 새벽에도 늘 택시가 있다며 나오기만 하면 된다고 안내받았다.다음날 새벽 호텔직원이 알려준 택시기사는 아주아주 별로 였다. 호텔에서 출발하기전엔 호텔직원과 이야기 하여 400페소에 공항으로 데려다 주기로 합의해놓고 공항에 도착하자 말을 바꾸었다 .호텔에서 출발할때 가격은 자기랑은 상관 없다며 600페소를 달라고 했다. 기분이 매우 나빴다 처음부터 600페소라고 해도 탈수밖에 없었을텐데 저렇게까지 하다니 ..매우 불쾌했고 칸쿤에대한 나쁜 기억으로 남았다.님들 조심하세요....I stayed for one day and the overall service was not bad. I had to go out at dawn to ask for a taxi reservation at the front desk, but I was informed that the taxi driver always told me that there was a taxi at dawn. Before I left the hotel, taxi driver talked to the hotel staff and l agreed to take 400 pesos to the airport. When I got to the airport, taxi driver changed his words. I was in a very bad mood. Even if I had 600 pesos from the beginning, I would have had only dehydration, but it was so uncomfortable and bad memories of Cancun.

수영장 있고.. 식당... 스타벅스... 있어요. 방에 냉장고가 없습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 좋아요.

깨끗함/ 호텔 레스토랑의 분위기가 만족스러움/ 1층에 스타벅스/ 수영장이 작은편 & 호텔방에서 타월을 가지고 가야함/ 썬배드는 충분/ 냉장고가 없어서 불편/ 아이스박스가 작음/ 근처 편의점이 멀지는 않은데 가깝지도 않음

We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t go to the beach but there is a beach close by. We loved the restaurant with views to the lagoon and the staff there were great. The Pool is very comfortable too. The front desk is very willing to help. Not walking distance to bars and restaurants but it’s a very short bus ride away.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sauber und großzügig. Leider hatte das Zimmer aber, obwohl auf dem Bild auf Hotels.com erkennbar, keinen Balkon. Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Frühstück im Hotel zu bezahlen - Preis in Ordnung - Großes Buffet mit kontinentalen aber auch karibischen Speisen. Nähe zu Playa Tortugas und Fähre nach Isla Mujeres. Etwas weiter entfernt von der Restaurant- und Party-Zone. Öffentliche Bushaltestelle aber in Hotelnähe. Mitarbeiter ohne Ausnahme sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

First of all I love this hotel for its location and ease of use. I visit cancun often and like being able to have friends come visit so this hotel is perfect for that.This trip I had two incidents that happened. One was just a very rude run in with the evening security and I think he mistook my friend for a taxi driver. Felix the manager was the perfect manager and took care of the situation with kindness and ease. The other situation was no ones fault except bad guests. I will return here over and over again.

The view to the Laguna was beautiful. The room was very clean, had a good size restroom, hot and cold water. The beds were not queen more like full size so not as comfortable as we thought. The balcony had two sun lounge chairs overview the pool. The pool was nice had its own restroom and a Starbucks next to it. Breakfast area was convenient but not the best food very plain buffet. The staff was very nice they had someone at the door greeting with hand sanitizer and when we checked in they sprayed our luggage so that was very nice.

Beautiful hotel, boat dock is right at the hotel. Pool and dining area overlooks the lagoon and cityscape. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Walking distance to beaches across the street.

The cleaning crew was very helpful and the front desk was very nice... whoever answers the phones during the day needs better customer service training.. also later check in should be available.. we landed at 2 due to delays and they gave up our room with a balcony and had to get whatever they gave us.. we never saw any other guest so idk how they didn’t have the one we booked available.

The staff is great, the service was awesome. For a place in Cancun the hotel food was very affordable. I’d recommend almost perfect score for affordability to value. Great stay.

Beautiful pool n bay view, tropical feel, excellent service, from the front desk to the maids, reasonable rates, on the bus route, about 50c one way. Definitely get the rooms facing the water n pool.

The view from the was AMAZING!! Felt very secure and a high level of attention to COVID-19 security. Front desk a little challenging. Could’ve been some inexperienced staff. No vending machines and the snack area closed at 9:54pm with no signage. Room service ends at 11pm. Atm in hotel only gives out large pesos and the front desk doesn’t provide change. Slipped entering the location because they mopped the floor under the entrance map and had no signage. Bell hop and restaurant staff was great along with the associate that cleaned our room. FYI - No refrigerator in the room so if you bring meds, you will need to keep refilling your ice bucket.

The pool and outside view is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant on the property is mediocre at best. One woman at the front desk was very helpful, but I had Mixed reviews of the other male staff and they were not very accommodating. On my day of departure, I asked If they found my very expensive Patagonia jacket. They told me they had found it but it was locked away until housekeeping came in. I had To leave Mexico without my jacket :(

I loved the lagoon view, the pool was big. I really enjoyed my experience with real inn.

Todo bien siempre que me hospedo aqui, el area de la alberca super agradable, muy tranquilo todo excelente.

On three occasions, my key didnt work which required three trips to the front desk. then they insisted i was staying in a different room, so they had security come up with me, so after much insisting, we went back to check in to get the key enabled for the room that was actually mine. it was time consuming and annoying. the pool area was pretty, but many tiles were missing from the pool. there was no refridgerator in the room, we didnt get clean towels on our second day, had only one hand towel, and ran out of toilet paper as we had only a small amount when we arrived with no extra roll. lastly, reception said a taxi to the airport would be $18, but it was $28. the lobby area was pretty, but overall, this hotel was a disappointment

El personal de recepción del turno de la mañana le dio mejor trato a un huesoed extrnjero que llegobal mismo tiempo que yo. A mi me pido que esperara hasta las y a elnse la entrego al momemto y fue mas hamable. La chica del siguiente turnobque me dio check in al contrario. Fue demasiado amable

Excelente hotel, instalaciones nuevas, alberca grande y limpia, personal muy atento y amable, vistas al mar y a la laguna en cada lado del hotel, precio muy adecuado.

Positive: View of Lagoon. Negative: Smelly pillows, only sheets and thin cover on bed. One small bar of soap to use between shower and sink. Unprofessional ckin and no one knew what time they closed bar and restaurant beside the ckin! Later come down and all closed. Would not stay.

I like the pool area and the staff was great!The hotel is not near any restaurants or attractions.

Room Flooded my first night there, the safe did not function and it took 3 days for them to communicate how to use the shower correctly after 5 calls.
