최악의호텔 룸컨디션도 엉망.방종을즐기러온 젊은이들이 새벽까지 미친듯이 떠드는 곳 지옥같던 4일

종업원들의 불친절함. 사람들이 많지 않은데도 체크인만40분걸림. 미니바 그리고 기타물품들 잘 챙겨놓지 않음

The hotel is amazing but the communication is horrible. They know we’re visitors from the US they do not communicate that a COVID test is required prior to leaving. Also for the best restaurants on the property they make you make your own reservation. It’s horrible customer service on their part. I would not stay there again despite how beautiful it is.

I loved how big the property was and the variety of restaurants that were offered. The hotel took covid precautions and were great about sanitizing. They had a good balance of mask-wearing in restaurants and at bars, but having pool and beach chairs spaced out enough that masks were not necessary in those areas. Additionally, they had Dos Equis on tap which I was a huge fan of. The burlesque and cabaret shows were amazing too. I would definitely stay again.

Black band Sian Kahn ocean view room. Pools extremely cold. Food was terrible, constant peddlers in beach area, weak drinks, no swim up bars and Sian Kahn benefits are non existent. Some staff were very mean and rood (coffee shop in pyramid, room cleaning and room service staff) and some were very nice (pool area bartenders, check in staff pyramid vip and buffet workers). Pretty beach, Overall ok if your young 18-21 and only want to party with the basics. Riviera Mia resorts much better for treatment, luxury and value.

This was amazing! Loved it and was pretty cheap for a 5 day stay!!! Definitely recommend!! People who work here give maximum respect to you and treat you well. Thank you for the stay and will definitely come back again soon!

I loved that the staff was so polite, and very covid friendly in these times. So many good restaurants within the resort and everything was very clean and the peacocks and koi fish are an eye grabber. we will definitely be back in the future!

Grand Oasis is a gorgeous, well-staffed hotel where we met great people and great workers. However, do not expect quality food or quality drinks when you are here, as obviously these are on the cheaper end of Grand Oasis’s budget. Facilities, service, and rooms were great though.

Half the property was shut down, the drinks were low quality local alcohol only, and watered down you had to pay and upcharge for import spirits. On the property the highest grade of Scotch whisky was Passport. Here in Oklahoma Passport is a third or fourth tier whisky. Id guess management stopped importing, and uses local spirits to maximize profits, and keep the local crowd happy. (My guess).The food was geared towards traditional mexican food, and repetitive at the buffets. Spanish is the main language outside of the Pyramid however, everyone was friendly and helpful. The bracelets black, gold, whatever, only bar you from restaurants we believe. We had people of all different bracelet types in the black and gold VIP area....BUT thats not the worst of it. The panhandlers that walk the beach hawking cigars and shirts actually have a designated table for them to sit at AND receive our butlers attention, for drinks and food !!!!!!! I have the pics. We got hit up every 5-10 minutes of everyday we sat in the VIP area. What a load of crap !!!! The NEXSEC (?) security that was supposed to be keeping people situated and keep the peddlers, just watch them pass in and out unmolested. Someone is getting kickbacks from them, one man sat under the careyes reserved cabana each day they all seemed to check in with him every few pass of the properties. Lastly. Bait and switch on the room we booked. Booked a ocean front Sien Kaan room with outdoor hottube. Got a gulf sunset

Positive: Room was clean and had a decent ocean view. Negative: The food was terrible. Staff was not helpful. Alcohol was very low quality. Very few bars on premesis to get a drink. You had to stand in line for sometimes 30 min to get a drink.

Positive: Staff was very polite and helpful with answering questions and giving directions. Also, the hotel app was great,we got information on open restaurants and events going on including times and locations. Negative: Their food is good, but getting a reservation at the restaurants was a nightmare. For the restaurants which did not require a reservation, the wait time was really long. Onetime, we had to wait in line for 2 hours just to get a table.

Positive: I loved every, the staff was great, house keeping Department were so friendly. I needed an extra comforter abd was brought to me, within minutes. Negative: When i order room service, i was told that there was a service charge of $175.00 per main course that i order. There were 2 of us in the room, but we order 3 main course plates and was told that it was going to about $26.00 dollars.

Most of the restaurants that were supposed to be open were closed. So because of this we ate at the same restaurants all weekend. All of the food at the restaurants was very bland. The best food came from room service. Being that it was raining all weekend you would’ve thought there would’ve been entertainment. There was NONE. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. The casino & nightclub/lounge was closed entire weekend. The jacuzzi on the balcony did NOT produce any hot water. When we went to guest services about the issue, the worker told us that the jacuzzi isn’t temperature controlled & that it does not produce hot water because it is a jacuzzi & Not a hot tub. To top it all off the staff doesn’t stay on top making sure all of their appliances are up to par & Working properly. The bathtub in the bathroom also works as a jacuzzi. When I filled the bathtub with water I pressed the button to turn on the jet bubbles & Brown rust water squirt out causing the water to turn yellow. If you don’t mind a beautiful resort with no entertainment & bland food, I highly recommend that you stay here.
