가끔 손님들 모시고 자주 갑니다.비치를 갈려면 걸어서 가야되어서 좀 불편합니다.

와이키키 해변에서 걸어서 5분 정도 거리라 위치적으로 충분히 좋다. 호텔 정문 앞에 트롤리 정류소가 있어서 교통이 편리하다. 가격에 비해서 호텔 시설이나 청결도도 괜찮은데 리조트피가 없는 만큼 다른 호텔에 비해 수영장 시설이나 기타 부대시설이 다소 미흡한 면은 있는듯 하다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절함!!

Positive: There was plenty around the hotel within walking distance. The beach was only a block away and many food options were around too. Negative: Tour staff was helpful but oversold (as in misrepresented) one of the activities we booked. After several conversations with different managers we finally were able to have the tour fully refunded. My wife was yelled at over the phone by desk clerk.

Positive: Very clean, close to beach and shopping. Nice property. Negative: Parking and resort fees were a little high

Positive: The view from my room was fabulous, an ocean view. The Valet and front desk staff were very professional and always courteous. Negative: The mattress on the bed really needs updating ( pillowtop). I had to sleep in the middle of thebed for a goods night sleep.Mattress slouched in middle from years of guest sitting on it. The ac didnt stay on as programmed hot in the middle of night disrupt

Positive: The location was great And the service was wonderful. One from the valet to the front desk, everyone was very helpful and I friendly.

Positive: I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and balcony off my room.

It was definitely clean, and the staff were helpful; but gift shop never opened, we were threatened by security even after we told him we weren’t the ones making noise, parking is ridiculously expensive, and when we were waiting outside for a store to open security pretty much followed us around as if we weren’t guest their and never bothered to ask.

Very clean room pool well kept and restaurant and shop convenient. Gym was nice and well kept, valet service very good.

The lobby was beautiful and the view was amazing. Five stars!

Overall the hotel was very nice. All hotel staff that we encountered was very welcoming and helpful. Onsite restaurant had delicious food and the free bottle of water each day was a nice bonus. Only thing that put a damper on this hotel experience was that the mattress was not comfortable. The mattress in our room is definitely at the end of its life in my opinion but luckily waking up to see the beautiful ocean right outside our window quickly made it so the pain caused by the bed overnight wasnt going to bring my day down.

All staff was pleasant and helpful. Any issues or questions we had were quickly taken care of. Certain staff that stuck out were our check-in clerk, Chantal - she was the best we have ever come across; bartender Jackie in the lounge bar and our housekeeper, Lily. All made our stay that much better. Our room was clean and other than the bathroom fan not working, we were happy with everything. The hot tub was not working one night, but was fixed by the next day. The staff at the Concierge desk were very helpful - thanks to Tyler and Cat.

Positive: The rooms were nice, the staff was excellent, and the views were amazing. Negative: Bathrooms were outdated and dirty.

Liked: The room was a good size, nice big bathroom with a big shower, a nice little balcony for sitting out with a drink and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the Front Dest agent was friendly. Disliked: the entrance to the lobby had a ramp for wheelchairs, which made it easier for senior citizens who dont walk well (like me) to get to the door. Once inside the door there were stairs, which are hard for me to navigate. There was a lift for a wheelchair but you have to ring a buzzer and wait for a bellman to come. There always seemed to be a shortage of bellman so I just hauled myself painfully up the stairs. Also, when I checked in there were no bellmen to help me with my luggage.

Service was excellent. They even let us come back after 5 on the day we checked out and have a complimentary room for 1 hr to take showers. That was awesome.

Location was great for our purpose. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The overall amenities provided in the room was also adequate.

We love everything and love it to coming back for longer days housekeeping they are doing a wonderful job cleaning this place also very comfortable to stay we will tell our friends to come here also the beach also the pool

What i liked about the property was the overall quality of the hotel and amenities. What i didnt like is they didnt give their guest an option regarding parking. They required only valet parking with a fee each night that was too much. The fee should of been less because they had no other options.

Overall the property and staff were great. We would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately our room backed onto the lift shaft and that kept us awake a lot at night. But overall great experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very nice ! The only problem was the first 4 days there were only 3 out of five elevators working then only 2 out of 5 we were on the 30th floor which made the stairs no option. This problem also made a lot of guests angry . They did get them repaired and the rest of the time was very nice.

Great room with comfy bed and nice view! The room was very clean and modern. The shower was spacious with good water pressure.

It is great location, near by the beach, and the buses are stop at the front of the hotel, food places also near to this hotel.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was done and the bed sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis. However, we were put on the third floor, which was close to the street and there were sounds of vehicles and buses driving by at night.

Appreciated the ***agers taking the time to talk with us. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Great value for what you get. Room amenities were top of the line. Parking is always easy to find. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The actual hotel itself is beautiful.

Their attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff was unsurpassed. Food in the hotel is good. The lifts worked perfectly at all times. We definitely got value for our money. Front desk help is very courteous. On clear days the pool will be a treat. We were very happy with the accommodations.

We had a very good visit. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Taxis from the hotel were readily available. Easy access with a little bit walk to the bus station. The range of amenities is fine. Plenty of elevators - seldom a wait. The hotel is close to the airport.

This hotel was good value for money. A/C in room was cold but did not seem to remove humidity so everything felt slightly damp. The closet was very small and cramped with no room to hang much due to ironing board. Shower was just ok due to semi low water pressure. Room was very clean and houskeeping staff was great. Comfortable bed and fridge and microwave put in room by request at no charge. Pool & hot tub pretty good but loaded with kids unsupervised spilling drinks and dropping pineapple into hot tub. Gym was acceptable but no steam/sauna/spa facilities. Restaurant very good and reasonably priced. Good location with bus stops right out front and close to beach. Business center free with computers, printers and free domestic fax. Bell staff a bit inefficient and unprofessional. Front desk staff just lovely! Overall a pretty good stay and value for money. Would definitely stay again but probabloy request a better room if available.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of shopping tips and how to get to places.

They need to make sure all those unseen areas are cleaned regularly, e.g. under the bed. It was clear that there was years of accumulation in some places.

Location was exceptional near the beach, eateries, shops and the bus stop. Also an easy walk to the zoo & Diamond Head. The 24 hour restaurant was also a big positive.

Stayed here for 4 nights earlier this month. The hotel staff were very helpful and always polite and attentive. We were upgraded to a very large suite. The best part is the convenience. You just cant beat the location. We thought the neighborhood was just fine. Breakfast - boring just something to fill you up.

We were attracted to this hotel because it does not impose any local resort fees. It is also very close to the beach - just one block back and no big deal to pop out for a swim in the ocean. The hotel business lounge is functional, although it only provides soft drinks throughout the day - no beers or wine. The lounge provides a reasonable breakfast each morning - quite sufficient. Our room was on the 36th floor - sometimes we had a little wait for lifts, but again, no big deal. The bed was very comfortable and staff provided a good service to the room - we are fussy about the type of pillows and had no problems getting all pillows replaced with foam ones at 11:00pm on the day of our (late) arrival.
