안내데스크에 일본인여성분 정말 불친절 합니다.(눈똥그랗고 히메 머리) 한국인 싫어하나 싶을정도에요.호텔은 와이키키에서 완전 가깝고 가성비 좋습니다.The Japanese woman at the information desk is really unfriendly. I feel bad.Its close to Waikiki and has good caustic ratio.

ㅐ가성비 최고입니다.하와이 물가가 매우 비싼편인데 그 중에 아쿠아 퍼시픽은 가성비 최고입니다.일단,단점부터1. 방의 가구나 비품들이 오래됬습니다.하지만 깨끗합니다.2. 음식을 해먹을 수는 있으나 환기가 어렵습니다.3. 에어컨 소음이 매우 심하고방 크기에 비해 에어컨 용량이 작아 시원하지 않습니다.그러나장점이 위의 단점을 모두 커버합니다.1. 오래된 가구와 기구들은 깨끗하며 관리가 잘 된 느낌입니다ㅡ또한 접시, 냄비, 프라이팬, 인덕션, 싱크대뿐만 아니라 설거지할 세제까지 있어서 앞 마켓에서 고기 사서 해먹으세요. 고기 엄청 쌉니다.2. 환풍기가 없어서 화기가 안돼나 방이 엄청 크고 베란다가 활짝 열립니다. 다 열고 30분 있으면 냄새가 빠집니다.3. 저층이 아니라면 밤에 에어컨 틀지 마시고 문열고 주무세요 ^^ 시원하고 쾌적합니다. 에어컨 소음으로 수면에 방해되는 것보다 나으며 진짜 기분 좋아요4. 갖가지 쿠폰과 자체 셔틀을 운행하고 있어서 알라모아나와 주변을 갈 수 있어요.5. Dvd카드로 게임도 할 수 있고, 메이시스 10프로 할인도 받을 수 있습니다.6. 듀크 동상까지 걸어서 5분 안걸려요. 와이키키 메인까지 가깝습니다.7. 수요일마나 풀장에서 4시부터 5시까지 무료 스낵과 음료를 주고 있습니다. (풀장은 작아요)8. 3층에 세탁실이 있는데 주변보다 저렴합니다.세탁 3불건조 3불(60분)세제, 유연제 각각75센트입니다.주변은 세탁이 3.25불 건조 3불 세제가 1.5불입니다.저는 퀸침대와 소파베드를 이용했는데 조금 불편한거 말고는 괜찮았고,직원들이 친절한 사람도 있고 불친절한 사람도 있어서 별 하나 뺐습니다.일본인들이 특히 많은 것 같아요.(밥솥까지 있는거보니)여튼 저는 이 정도 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 만족합니다.

호텔 이용은 문제 없슴. 하지만 애들이랑 같이 온다고 하면 제대로 된 수영장이 있는 곳을 추천. 애들이 자기네끼리 놀 수 있어야 어른이 편함. 음식은 해 먹을 수 있으나 양념은 가지고 와야함. 소금, 설탕, 후추 등등 근처에 푸드 팬트리가 있으나 비쌈. 생각보다 꽤. 해 먹는거나 좀 저렴한 식당에서 먹는거나 그게그것 임.혹시 먹을일 있으면 비비고 정도나 라면 햇반 정도가 관찮을 듯.하와이 올 때 절때 비치타월이나 튜브 가져오지 마세요. 짐만 됨. ABC 마트에서 싼거로 사면 되고 큰 튜브는 바람 넣을 수도 없슴.참고로 쇼파가 침대로 변신됨. 싱크대 막히면 음식 갈아 버리는 버튼 이용바람.

와이키키 해변에서 가깝고 시내 한가운데 있어 식당이나 편의시설을 이용하기 좋음숙박객은 한국인이 없고 주로 일본인이나 서양인프론트 직원은 영어랑 일본어만 가능하고 그다지 친절하지는 않음방은 와이키키 대부분 숙소가 그런데 오래되서 호텔치고 그다지 좋지는 않음숙소에 대한 큰 기대가 없으면 머무르기에 적당함다시 하와이를 방문하다면 재방문할 의사 있음신혼여행이라면 돈을 좀 더 주고 더 좋은 숙소를 구할 듯

같은 가격의 동남아 특급 호텔을 기대하지 마세요. 와이키키 지역 대부분의 중저가 호텔 시설들과 마찬가지로 내부 많이 노후되었습니다. 아침 식사 제공되지 않습니다. 호텔내 주차비 추가로 하루 $30불 받습니다. 다른 추가 비용으로 비치타올 사용료인데 사용하지 않더라도 내야 합니다. 한마디로 하와이 숙박 비용이 비싸며 여기 호텔도 그 가치에 비해 비싼것 같습니다..

저렴하면서 깔끔함, 와이키키와 가까워서 걸어갈수있음.다른곳도 그런진 모르겠지만 호텔 주차장은 공용주차장이라 별도금액을 내야 함 (1일 25달러)

와이키키비치랑도 가깝고 타월이랑 의자도 대여해주고... 주방도 있어 레지던스 형태의 호텔이라 가족단위 여행객들에게 안성맞춤일듯... 침대가 하나라는게 아쉬움!

너무 불친절하고 서비스가 엉망이었다. 대니라는 직원은 서비스를 너무 가식적으로 앞에서는 웃는척하고 뒤에서는 표정굳고.... 여행 참 많이 다녔는데 이런 호텔은 처음이다. 화장실 휴지도 잘 채워주지 않고 청소도 잘안해주고 사람 있을때 와서 청소 한다고 하고 아주 엉망이다. 뭔가 요청하면 본인들 담당이 아니라고 하고 도와줄 맘 자체가 없다. 기대하고 간 여행인데 불쾌감에 여행을 망쳤다.다시는 이호텔 이용하고 싶지 않다.

가성비 최고 주차장은 동물원 필수ㅎㅎ와이키키해변 가깝고 마트에서 고기사서 구워먹기도 좋습니다시설이 조금낡았지만 방넓고 만족스러웠습니다

와이키키해변과 그리 멀지 않은 곳에 있습니다.

룸 크기는 다른곳보다 넓어서 선택했는데 샤워시설이 불편하고 주방은 좋고 꼭대기 수영장은 생각보다 작음 비치와는 가까워서 그냥 보통임

The hotel is decent condition. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. We paid to park onsite and it was fine. One annoying thing was we had to take one elevator from the parking garage to go down to the main floor to get on another elevator to go up to our room. The noise from the city was tolerable. It was about 2 blocks from the beach. They charge $25 a day for amenities , we didnt read that in the fine print obviously. It was decent for the price.

Amazing location, not even 2 blocks to the beach. The room was spacious and more like a suite (small kitchen with appliances & hot plate, etc. included)! Parking was great, as long as you ask for the card and make sure you paid the meter ($30 for 24 hours or by the hour, at least when we stayed there). Very nice staff, clean, overall wonderful stay.

I feel this hotel w/ a full kitchen is a real hidden gem. Close to the beach right by the Duke statue & all the good eats. They are all individually owned so it’s kinda of a crap shoot as to what style of room you will get when you first check in. The front desk lady (Keiko) was very accommodating & let us look at several units before we settled on what room we really wanted which was super cool. The service of all the staff was amazing. We stayed there twice already & the service is what brought us back. May Rose was also very nice each time we had questions or needed anything. Our first stay we had a partial 1 bedroom ocean view not modernized w/ patio balcony. Our 2nd stay we ended w/ a 1 bedroom modern ocean view room w/ a patio balcony. As for the cleanliness since COVID we always clean sweep any room we stay in with Lysol for all the soft surfaces & Clorox wipes for all the hard surfaces. Overall, the rooms were pretty clean. The upper deck pool has an awesome view. We only used it a couple times because the beach was always calling us.

Nice room, good kitchen set up, awesome view and only a couple of blocks from the beach. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Roof top pool and jacuzzi was nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The Hotel is very conveniently located 2 blocks from Famous Waikiki Beach. Our suite was awesome with all the convenient items needed with the best view ever. The staff was awesome, very friendly, efficient and helpful. I will absolutely stay there again.

This property gives you more bang for the buck. I had a fantastic ocean view on the 17th floor. My room was well stocked with linens and kitchen items and everything I would need for a six night stay. The bed was really comfortable!

One of best hotel my whole travel experience. It is very clean, friendly staffs, excellent location.

People staying on top of us were smoking and spitting from their balcony. some of the spit went on our balcony. i appreciate there was a kitchenette.

This hotel was a problem since we step in the lobby it was a massive line to be able to use the elevators, they only have 2, in our room floor was smelling disgusting. I think the hotel has a humor y problem, plus also were a very strong smell like weed. Room was okey, it was big. The bathroom was a tinny square where if you are a big person is difficult to fit.

It’s worth the money. Best security/staff ! Every welcoming!

All of the rooms are super loud. The windows dont close all the way, so you hear the downtown noises all night, unless maybe if you were on floor 18 and up.

We had the one bedroom queen suite with ocean views. Absolutely loved how to room looked! Looks nothing like the pictures. Very modernized, walls were all mirrors, tile floors, kitchen had electric stove with oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer and the bathroom had two shower heads! There were kitchen knives, cups, a full fridge, spoons, forks etc. We cooked a lot and food delivery was easy. The view from the Lanai and seeing the ocean right outside the living room windows made my quarantine in hawaii absolutely worth it. Staff were very nice and answered any questions I had. I would say the only downside we had was the bed. The bed cave-in the middle, and towards the end of the stay we noticed we were itchy and had bites. I hope the hotel looks into this and replaces the bed. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Great view and price for being so. Lose to the beach.

Price too high and having to get out of car and go in to request gate be unlocked was very inconvenient as well as separate elevators for garage amd rooms.
